Hello John and Doves,
In this letter I
wrote about the little known bit of news that earlier this
year two NIH employees, virologist Vincent Munster and
scientist Claude Kwe Yinda, were caught trying to sneak in
vials of pathogens collected from patients in the Democratic
Republic of Congo/Uganda. Both of these NIH employees
worked under Fauci. The pathogens were Ebola (lab
created like it's 'cousin' Marburg) and Monkeypox. We
don't know what other pathogens were in those vials.
And, of course, there
was a tabletop exercise conducted on a Monkeypox
pandemic. With the usual big players - Gates, China
CDC, Merck, WHO....
And in January Bill
Gates funded a mRNA 'vaccine' to be developed for Ebola by
Merck...specifically the one that the WHO, just four months
later, declared a PHEIC (Public Health Emergency of
International Concern). That Ebola species is: "Bundibugyo ebolavirus"
Coincidence??
Looks like someone is
still trying to kill us off.
Two NIH Scientists
Caught Sneaking in Pathogens:
This article is dated
May 5, 2026:
"While on a trip back
from the Democratic Republic of Congo earlier this year,
Munster and a scientist in his NIH lab were pulled aside for
an airport security inspection. Inside their luggage,
one of the two had a hard-shelled protective case used to
transport sensitive property such as electronics or
firearms. When the protective case was opened, it was
found to contain pathogen samples collected from
patients." These included Monkeypox virus - "but may
have been inactivated by reagents and rendered no longer
infectious."
"Munster and his NIH
research fellow Claude Kwe Yinda published a February study
in a Lancet journal that cited Monkeypox as a global
threat." "The Democratic Republic of Congo has been
considered the global epicenter of Monkeypox virus, with
over 100,000 cases as of October last year."
"HHS regulates Monkeypox
as a "select agent" - microorganisms and toxins that pose a
severe threat to public safety. Federal programs
control their possession and use, while Department
of Transportation regulations manage their shipment and
transport."
"Munster and his lab
scientist did not have paperwork required by law to
transport deadly pathogens from Africa to his NIH lab in
Montana. Both NIH scientists were placed on
leave....The Montana facility (where Munster's wife also
works) has a BSL-4 lab (BioSafety Level 4) where
virologists study the world's most deadly viruses including
Ebola, Marburg, and Lassa Fever."
"The news about Munster
hits during an especially hard media cycle for
virologists. I reported last week for
RealClearInvestigations that the federal government had
quietly removed University of North Carolina virologist
Ralph Baric from all his NIH grants' UNC also placed Baric
on leave. A senior HHS official, who reviewed the
government's classified material, told me that UNC is
terrified the public will learn that they were complicit in
starting the COVID pandemic."
"Baric designed the
gun," he said. "But the Chinese built it and then they
pulled the trigger." The DOJ indicted Fauci's senior
advisor David Morens "for concealing federal records
concerning funding for virus research during the COVID
pandemic. The indictment listed Pater Daszak of
EcoHealth Alliance as "co-conspirator 1" and Boston
University virologist Gerald Keusch as "co-conspirator 2".

Laura Loomer wrote about this on
her X account Laura Loomer @LauraLoomer. She
wrote that "Fauci holdovers at NIH and HHS are about to
unleash Ebola in America in an effort to undermine President
Trump's second term with another pandemic so they can steal
more elections." She went on to write that the FBI,
NIH and HHS "have been covering this up since foreign born
virologist named Vincent Munster who worked with Dr. Fauci
was recently just caught smuggling Ebola like viruses into
the US with his wife and one other colleague. Munster
is now under FBI investigation, but he and his wife still
remain employed at NIH." She asked, "Why are foreign
virologists who were caught smuggling deadly pathogens into
the US not in prison?" She's calling for the
resignation of NIH Director Jay. Munster's wife is
Emmie de Wit, Ph.D., Senior Investigator, Molecular
Pathogenesis Section. (I am not including the link because

Monkeypox
Tabletop Exercise:
"In March 2021, NTI
(Nuclear Threat Initiative) partnered with the Munich
Security Conference to conduct a tabletop exercise on
reducing high-consequence biological threats. The
exercise examined gaps in national and international
biosecurity and pandemic preparedness architectures -
exploring opportunities to improve prevention and response
capabilities for high-consequence biological events."
"The exercise scenario
portrayed a deadly, global pandemic involving an unusual
strain of Monkeypox virus that emerged in the fictional
nation of Brinia and spread globally over 18 months.
Ultimately, the exercise scenario revealed that the initial
outbreak was caused by a terrorist attack using a pathogen
engineered in a laboratory with inadequate biosafety and
biosecurity provisions and weak oversight. By
the end of the exercise, the fictional pandemic results in
more than three billion cases, and 270 million fatalities
worldwide."
The terrorist attack
occurred on May 15, 2022; by January 10, 2023 there were 83
countries affected with 70 million cases and 1.3 million
deaths; by May 10, 2023 there were 480 million cases with 27
million deaths; by December 1, 2023 there were 3.2 billion
cases with 271 million deaths.
Their summary of a
Monkeypox pandemic: "the international system
of pandemic detection, analysis, warning and response is
woefully inadequate to address current and anticipated
future challenges."
I see in this exercise
that the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation was involved
along with WHO, the pharmaceutical company Merck and the
Director-General of the Chinese Center for Disease, Control
and Prevention (China CDC)...among others. The usual
big players...
Since the Covid
pandemic, numerous scientists, virologists, reporters, etc.
have been warning us of various outbreaks: Ebola,
Marburg, Monkeypox, Bird flu.....
Then we fine two NIH
scientists (who know better than try to sneak pathogens into
the U.S). were caught with Ebola, Monkeypox and whatever
else we haven't been told about in vials from DRC
IF these pathogens were rendered non-infective - why
hide them and try to sneak them into the country?
I strongly doubt these were rendered
ineffective. I suspect they were pathogens to be used
for gain-of-function. And who knows how many other
trips these men made and successfully brought pathogens into
the country!

Bundibugyo Ebolavirus
in Congo/Uganda:
As of May 15, 2026,
Africa CDC has identified the cause of a recent outbreak of
Ebola - it's been identified as Ebola species "Bundibugyo
Ebolavirus."
"In response, Africa CDC
is convening an urgent, high-level coordination meeting
today, 15 May, 2026 with health authorities from the DRC
(Democratic Republic of Congo), Uganda, and South Sudan as
well as key partners, including WHO...US
CDC...Merck...Johnson & Johnson,
Moderna, BioNTech, CEPI, the Gates Foundation,
Gavi, China CDC...etc.
Bill Gates Funded
Ebola - Bundibugyo Ebolavirus - mRNA "Vaccine" January

And in this article
dated May18, 2026, we found out that Bill Gate's CEPI
(Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations) has
funded Moderna $26.7 million for an Ebola vaccine.
"Just a few months ago
(January 2026) Bill Gates' vaccine cartel CEPI gave
Moderna and University of Oxford $26.7 million to begin
developing Bundibugyo Ebolavirus (BDBV) mRNA and viral
vector injections."
WHO Declared Ebola -
Bundibugyo Ebolavirus - a Public Health Emergency of
International Concern PHEIC:
And on May 17, 2026
WHO declared Ebola and Public Health Emergency of
International Concern (PHEIC). Specifically
for the outbreak of Bundibugyo Ebolavirus in the
Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda.
Four months after
Gates funds Moderna for a Bundibugyo mRNA injection...the
WHO declares a PHEIC for Bundibugyo Ebolavirus. Mpox
was already a PHECI by WHO August 2024.
Coincidence?
Dr. Peter McCullough,
M.D. - whom I have great respect for - he was very
outspoken about Covid, the Covid vaccine, and still is;
and he's testified before Congress on these topics - he
reported on this Gates funding of Moderna/Oxford to
develop a vaccine to Ebola using mRNA calling
this an "impeccably timed investment just a few months
before a well-published Ebola outbreak."

All the big players in
the Covid plandemic! And the same big players in the
Monkeypox tabletop exercise above. WHO, Gates, China
CDC, Merck....we
Obviously, THEY are not
done with us.
Here are links to a few
of my previous Doves' letters concerning 'possible' future
pandemics and numerous whistleblowers telling us another is
coming. Some say Marburg and Ebola are the same thing
- we know they were both lab-created.
And in this letter,
Russia claimed that the U.S. was "preparing for a new
pandemic by searching for virus mutations."
Is this what those NIH
scientists were doing - looking for mutations? Wanting
the Bundibugyo Ebola? And what about whatever else
they had: Ebola, Monkeypox mutations ?? Bringing in vials from patients
in the Congo. No one trusts NIAID/NIH.
Something is definitely
up with these NIH people. Dr. Fauci probably
weaponized the NIH, like Obama, Biden did the FBI, CIA, DOJ,
DHS etc. Dr. Vincent Munster is head of the Virus
Ecology Unit at NIAID's BSL-4 Rocky Mountain Laboratories in
Montana. Fauci was head of NIAID for decades.
And Munster was a top bat coronavirus researcher for
Fauci. And Claude Kwe Yinda did his postdoctoral
research at NIAID's Rocky Mountain Laboratory in
Montana. Yinda has written numerous papers on
Monkeypox virus and the SARS-CoV-2 variants. He also
worked under Fauci. Are they still 'working for'
Fauci??
NIH scientists sneaking
in vials of pathogens sounds like something Fauci et al
would do for creating another gain-of-function
pandemic. They want us dead.
The prophets have warned
us of coming plagues and pestilence.
