Are THEY getting ready for the next pandemic?  Will it be bird flu or mpox (monkeypox)?  

 

Looks like WHO is getting us ready for declaring mpox as 'a public health emergency of international concern'.  Tedros has requested a committee to meet 'as soon as possible' to advise him on if this recent mpox outbreak represents a public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC).  And WHO has asked mpox vaccine manufacturers August 9, 2024 to submit an "Expression of Interest" for Emergency Use Listing (EUL).

 

THEY are gearing up for their next pandemic.

 

Has this deadlier strain in the Congo resulted from gain-of-function research?   Congress discovered that Fauci and NIAID had "submitted plans to create a more transmissible and more lethal strain of mpox"- with pandemic potential.  And a tabletop exercise was done in May 2022 with an engineered mpox that infected 3 billion people and killed 270 million.  Much more in this letter -

July 31, 2024, "Kenya and the Central African Republic have declared new outbreaks of mpox (monkeypox) as Africa's health officials race to contain the spread of the disease in a region lacking vaccines."

 

"Nairobi announced the outbreak on Wednesday, after a case was detected in a passenger traveling from Uganda to Rwanda at a border crossing in southern Kenya.  The Central African Republic was the first to declare a new outbreak on Monday....'

 

"Monkeypox became a focus of worldwide concern during an international outbreak in 2022 that saw he disease spread to over 100 countries, and has been endemic in parts of central and west Africa for decades."

 

"The World Health Organization said in November it had confirmed sexual transmission of mpox in Congo for the first time.  African scientists warned this could make the disease difficult contain."

And now the WHO Director Tedros "has convened an Emergency Committee to advise him on whether the outbreak represents a public health emergency of international concern."

 

"Currently, two mpox vaccines have been approved by WHO-listed national regulatory authorities, and which its expert group on immunizations, SAGE, have also recommended."

 

And, he has conveniently "triggered the process for Emergency Use Listing of both vaccines, which will accelerate vaccine access...."  

 

"Emergency Use Listing means that the global vaccine alliance, GAVI, and the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) will be able to procure doses for distribution."  COVAX will help ensure global 'vaccine equity'.

WHO confirmed sexual transmission in 2023 in Congo (Democratic Republic of the Congo - DRC). and said that this will make it difficult to contain.  (Do we see 'gain-of-function' with this mpox?)

Is it just a coincident that Dr. Nathan Wolfe (founder and CEO of Metabiota - Metabiota set up the Ukrainian biowepons labs in Ukraine; Metabiota was a U.S. DoD contractor during the Obama administration.  And these labs were moved to several African countries, one was the Congo (DRC) when Russia invaded Ukraine.  And Wolfe set up labs and one is in the Congo to study monkeypox to humans transmission..

Wolfe has spent decades studying viruses "as they crossed over from wild animals into humans."  He set up "research outposts around the globe, in hot spots where potentially devastating viruses were poised to make the jump: like the Democratic Republic of Congo, which had seen human outbreaks of monkeypox."

 Wolfe wants to create a database of genetic information from pathogenic viruses.  From this database, bioweapons can be made or "vaccines".  Supposedly "vaccines" is "just one reason that the Department of Defense and other federal agencies have been highly supportive of Wolfe's research."

And on August 9, 2024 "WHO has today issued an invitation for manufacturers of mpox vaccines to submiot an Expression of Interest for Emergency Use Listing (EUL)...The EUL procedure is an emergency use authorization process, specifically developed to expedite the availability of unlicensed medical products like vaccines that are needed in public health emergency situations....EUL will accelerate vaccine access ...and enables partners including Gavi and UNICEF to procure vaccines for distribution."

 

"WHO is requesting manufacturers to submit data to ensure that the vaccines are safe, effective, of assured quality and suitable for the target populations."

Remember, Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) is pretty lax in 'testing, trials, results' etc.  And no one verifies the manufacturer's reporting on 'safe and effective'.  We saw this with the Covid mRNA "vaccine".

 

The WHO committee is suppose to be meeting as soon as possible.  I'll be watching for their report to Tedros.

 

The declaration of a public health emergencies of international concern (PHEIC) is a cornerstone of the IHR - International Health Regulations." We've been watching how member country 'voting' has been going for the IHR and amendments...hoping they don't all sign on.  Covid-19 was the last PHEIC.

 

This article published in June 2024, notes that at the annual meeting of the World Health Assembly, 194 member countries "agreed on a package of critical amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) and made concrete commitments to completing negotiations on a global pandemic agreement within a year, at the latest, and possibly in 2024....The package of amendments to the Regulations will strengthen global preparedness, surveillance, and responses to public health emergencies, including pandemics."

WHO will make 'temporary recommendations" of guidance and response to countries concerning the global alert of a pandemic. These are not legally binding - but the U.S. has backed WHO on all of the Covid-19 'recommendations'.  So expect the same with a mpox PHEIC.

UNICEF is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.   GAVI is supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation..

 

Note the listed names:

 

"WHO, UNICEF, Gavi, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation launch "humanly Possible' campaign to scale up vaccination programmes around the world during World Immunization Week 2024"

 

Of course, they want to get everyone "vaccinated' with their 'approved' "vaccines".

 

And it's probably not far-fetched to say that gain-of-function research is being done/has been done on mpox virus!

 

WHO is counting on countries follow their 'recommendations' for the coming pandemic.  We saw how that worked out for the U.S. with Covid-19 pandemic.  It was BAD!

 

My money is on the Russian warning about the next U.S. pandemic - "migratory birds" and a reference to mpox in the Congo.  We're being gain-of-functioned and manipulated into the next planned pandemics.
