WHO is preparing for the next pandemic
that they are calling Disease X.
They are predicting 20x more deaths than with
Covid-19.
And Russia believes the US will be the origin of this
new pathogen. Just like they suspect the US was the
origin of the Covid-19 virus.
WEF, WHO and
Disease X:
At the WEF
annual meeting this month there is a panel that will be
discussing the next global pandemic.

"Preparing for Disease X".
"With
fresh warnings from the World Health Organisation that an
unknown "Disease X" could result in 20 times more fatalities
than the coronavirus pandemic, what novel efforts
are needed to prepare healthcare systems for the multiple
challenges ahead?"
"The World
Economic Forum is slated to hold a meeting called
"Preparing for Disease X" on Wednesday (January 17, 2024),
where a panel of international speakers, including from
the World Health Organization, pharmaceutical company
AstraZeneca and conglomerate Philips, will discuss which
"novel efforts are needed to prepare healthcare systems
for the multiple challenges ahead."
"Disease X, a hypothetical unknown threat, is the name
used among scientists to encourage the development of
countermeasures, including vaccines and tests, to deploy in
the case of a future outbreak - the WHO convened a group of
over 300 scientists in November 2022 to study the 'unknown
pathogen that could cause a serious international epidemic,"
posting a mortality rate 20 times that of Covid-19."
"WHO Health Emergencies Program executive director
Michael Ryan argues that targeting viruses and pathogens to
research and develop countermeasures is "essential for a
fast and effective epidemic and pandemic response."
That research is used to identify "knowledge gaps and
research priorities", not only for Disease X, but a list of
viruses and pathogens identifies as priorities, including
Covid-19, Crimean-Congo heamorrhagic fever, Ebola, Marburg,
Lassa fever, Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS), Severe
Acute Repiratory Syndrome (SARS), Nipah, Rift Valley Fever,
and Zika. Richard Hatchett, CEO of the Coalition for
Epidemic Preparedness Innovations, argued Disease X "is
something we must prepare for," while a 2021 paper published
in the Cambridge University Press compared a hypothetical
outbreak of Disease X to other unexpected infectious disease
that 'have repeatedly rocked the medical confidence and have
taken the medical world by surprise."
In September,2023, in The Lancet, there is an article
titled "Preparing for Disease X". Here the author
explains a 100 days mission - "to make development of any
needed vaccine possible in just 100 days. Currently,
the record stands at 326 days for Covid-19 from discovery of
the virus to first emergency use of the vaccine." To
prevent the selfish use of vaccines by richer countries, to
make them equitable, "WHO's pandemic treaty embodies
this ethos, looking to initiate an all-government and
all-society (ie, stakeholders) response in the next
pandemic by way of a legally binding agreement.
By ensuring agreement now, a Disease X's pandemic can be
better managed to minimize illness, and countries
can be better held accountable for inequitable actions....Local
manufacture will enable low-income countries to access
vaccines at appropriate prices and without competition from
high-income countries so that no country is left without
health care."
"With these measures, the world can be far better
prepared for a pandemic in the short term while work towards
the 100 days mission continues." The world needs
vaccine research and development as a priority and vaccine
availability must be a priority too "to avoid another
pandemic on the Covid-19 scale."
Preparing
for Disease X - The Lancet Infectious Diseases
The U.S.
Department of Defense:
I have written many, many letters to Doves about the
origins of the SARS-CoV-2 virus - names that consistently
pop up are DoD, Chapel Hill - University of North Carolina,
Wuhan Lab of Virology, EcoHealth Alliance, DARPA, etc.
Seeing the U.S. military involved is not surprising.
Especially when information from Dr. Alexandra Latpova (see
my other Doves letter today) concerning the DoD's "mass
genocide of Americans" via Covid-19 "vaccines" is added to
this. The DoD creates the crisis (Covid-19) and then
provides the solution (Covid-19 "vaccine"). Many have
said the virus was created for the "vaccine". All for
depopulation.
The Russians:
"Russia now suspects that USAID (United States Agency
for International Development) might have been directly
responsible for the emergence of the Covid-19 virus,
according to Kirillov (the head of Russia's Radiation,
Chemical and Biological Defense Forces) who pointed to a
Lancet article by Columbia professor Jeffrey Sachs, who
suggested that the virus likely created in a lab with the
help of America's latest achievements in the field of
biotechnology."
And in this August, 2023 article, once again Russia is
speaking out - this time about the US preparing for
a 'new pandemic' by searching for virus mutations."
And once again it's Russia's Igor Kirillov.
"Russia on Wednesday claimed the US has begun
preparations for a "new pandemic" by searching for virus
mutations through the newly-established Office of Pandemic
Preparedness and Response Policy (OPPR).
"Despite that fact that the stated goals of US
programs are to monitor disease incidence and provide
assistance to developing countries - we see the
Pentagon conducting uncontrolled dual-use research in
circumvention of international obligations," Igor
Kirillov, the head of Russia's radiation, chemical,
biological protection troops, told a briefing in Moscow."
"Arguing that US military projects are primarily aimed
at studying "potential agents of biological weapons,"
Kirillov claimed US military-biological activity posses "a
security threat to many nations around the world."
(Russia, of course, has their own bioweapons research
facilities - so they would recognize what the US is
doing. A Russian defector named Alibek reported on how
Russian scientists had created chimeras with

Ebola and Marburg genes inserted into the actual smallpox
virus." And that was way back in 1991.)
"There is a clear trend: pathogens that fall
within the Pentagon's area of interest, such as Covid-19,
avian influenza, African swine fever, subsequently become
pandemic, and American pharmaceutical companies become the
beneficiaries," Kirillov said."
"He added, "As in 2019, the US has begun
preparing for a new pandemic by searching for virus
mutations. We do not rule out that
the US will use so-called defensive technologies for
offensive purposes, as well as for global governance by
creating situations of a biological nature."
Kirilov claimed that the OPPR is "directly involved" in
collecting dangerous pathogens in various regions of the
world..he bases this on documents found by Russian forces
during the Ukraine war.
In my other Doves letter today about Bret Weinstein,
he talks about a "re-run" of Covid-19 with all the
'necessary' controls and changes to get it right, next
time. The US will do this with the help of WHO and the
pandemic treaty.
So what could Disease X be? "Some public health
experts believe the next Disease X will be zoonotic, meaning
it will originate in wild or domestic animals, then spill
over to infect humans. Ebola, HIV/AIDS and Covid-19
were zoonotic outbreaks." Marburg Virus Disease comes
from zoonotic spill-over (from animals to humans)
"The possibility of an engineered pandemic pathogen
also cannot be ignored." said the authors of a 2021 article
in the journal of Infection Control & Hospital
Epidemiology."
"The release of such pathogens, either through
laboratory accidents or as an act of bioterrorism, might
lead to a disastrous Disease X as well and have been
remarked as a global catastrophic risk," the authors added."
"The other priority diseases on the WHO list include
Marburg virus, Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever, Lassa fever,
Nipah and henipaviral diseases, Rift Valley fear and Middle
East respiratory syndrome."
Russia wasn't lying about the U.S. bioweapons labs in
Ukraine. The U.S. eventually admitted to them.
So I doubt Russia is lying now. Russia knows
things. And with so much that has come out in the last
year on our DoD and the origin of the Covid-19 virus and
"vaccine". It wouldn't surprise me if the DoD has the
Disease X/Pathogen X ready to go.
Bioweapons:
In another Doves letter today about the Florida
Surgeon General, there is a link to a research paper where
plasmid DNA was found in the Covid-19 "vaccines"
("billions to hundreds of billions of DNA molecules were
found per dose in these "vaccines") In this document
by the US Air Force (possibly written in 2002?), there is a
section on Binary Biological Weapons where they write about
plasmids and DNA fragments "that code for
virulence or other special functions. The virulence of
anthrax, plague, dysentery, and other diseases is enhanced
by these plasmids". The Covid-19 "vaccine" was
manufactured - so everything in it was put there on purpose.

"Genetically engineered pathogens constitute the "next
generation" of biological warfare agents."
The document ends with "The 20th century was dominated
by physics, but recent breakthroughs indicate that the next
100 years likely will be "the Biological Century.
There are those who say: "the First World War was
chemical; the Second World War was nuclear; and the
Third World War - God forbid - will be biological."
