Ninth Review Conference of the
Biological Weapons Convention - Russia Spilled the Beans -
now what??
Back in March, 2022, Russia
requested an emergency UN Security Council meeting to follow
up on the U.S. military biological weapons labs that Russia
found in Ukraine when they invaded the country.
Russian units were deployed to secure these labs and in the
process they recovered a literal treasure trove of documents
showing the United States violated the international accord
governing Chemical and Biological Weapons.
Russia has
repeatedly asked the U.S. to respond to all of these
documents that Russia collected from the bioweapon labs in
Ukraine. The U.S. continues to refuse to address
these. It took a while, but the Senate was finally
able to get the U.S. to admit that there are/were many
U.S. bioweapon labs in Ukraine. And U.S.
documents on U.S. Embassy in Kyiv's official website
confirmed the presence of at least 11 bio labs, plus 2
other new labs which were due to be constructed in Odess
and Kyiv.

This letter has info on theses
U.S.bioweapons labs in Ukraine, Hunter Biden funding for
these labs and Rosemont Seneca, Joe Biden declaring there's
going to be a new world order and the U.S. will lead it.
And then this recent letter -
about a public petition sent to President Zelensky begging
him to shut down these bioweapons labs, and Russia claims
these labs justified their invasion of Ukraine. There
is info on Metabiota and Black & Veatch and their
connection to the DoD and Ukraine. Info on Hunter
Biden, John Kerry's stepson and Rosemont Seneca; the U.S.
stating Russia's claims are "preposterous" and "laughable" -
then the DoD admitted they exist; the U.S. embassy in
Ukraine admitted the existence of these labs; the US

The Ninth Review Conference of the BWC:
"The event was held against the
backdrop of a scandal involving US military-biological
activities in Ukraine,...The conference dealt with the
current status of the BWC, compliance with its provisions,
increasing the 'transparency' of national biological
programmes. Let me remind you that the Russian
Federation has proposed a number of initiatives to
strengthen the biological weapons non-proliferation regime
and to improve confidence-building measures within the
framework of the Convention."
Russian proposals to the BWC:
"First and foremost, to
renegotiate a legally binding protocol to the BWC with an
effective verification mechanism that would include lists of
pathogens, toxins, specialised equipment and be
comprehensive."
"The second is expansion of the
format of confidence-building measures by providing
information on biological defense research and development
carried out outside national territory."
"The third is the establishment of
the Scientific Advisory Committee to evaluated advances in
science and technology, which would have broad geographical
representation and equal rights of participants."
"The fourth is the use of mobile
bio-medical teams within the BWC."
All of these proposals except the
third were blocked by the West. And the Americans were
"particularly sensitive" to the document violations of the
US/Ukraine obligations under the BWC and their conduct of
military-biological activities on Ukrainian territory."
The Russian Ministry of Defense
had documented evidence of US funding and supporting
(including financial, technical, scientific, and providing
support personnel) "work with biological weapons
components and research into pathogens of particularly
dangerous and economically significant infections" carried
out within Ukrainian territory. Work with deadly
pathogens carried out by Pentagon funded Ukrainian
bio-laboratories was confirmed by eyewitness testimony and
participants in US programs. Russia has the "names,
positions of specialists and biological project managers, a
list of the laboratories involved, as well as evidence of
exercises and drills with highly dangerous pathogens. This
has made other countries at this convention question the
U.S. military and their BWs labs/research.
Russia went on to say that "they have presented
materials confirming the involvement of Hunter Biden and
his Rosemont Seneca Foundation, as well as other US
Democratic Party-controlled entities, in funding the
Pentagon's main contractors operating in Ukraine."
And "It has been shown how deeply the son of a sitting US
president, Hunter Biden, is involved in funding the US
DOD-controlled company Metabiota.
Russia goes on to point out that
they know the US Democratic Party leaders acted as
"the masterminds of military-biological research" and were
directly involved in "covert money-laundering schemes to
benefit a narrow circle of US elites."
It is these people (the Democrats) who should be
asked why taxpayer's money is being spent on illegal
military-biological research in Ukraine and other
countries around the world."
"The Pentagon is reportedly
actively transferring unfinished research in Ukrainian
projects to Central Asian and Eastern European states....Of
particular interest to the US military are states that
already have high levels of biological containment
laboratories."
The Russians bring up the
Republican investigation going on now of Fauci and his lies
concerning gain of function, Covid-19 origin, and concealing
US government involvement in the associated research
programs.
Then Russia drops this
bombshell: the US has carried out gain of function
research on numerous pathogens and has created a
coronavirus infection at Boston University. This
virus has an 80% lethality rate and causes atypical
neurological symptoms and severe lung damage.
The Russians claim that the US is
obsessed with global domination that "the White House has
built into biosecurity strategic planning documents."
(I take it this means that the US is planning to use
bioweapons to gain this world domination.) Joe Biden
said the U.S. needs to lead the new world order that's
coming...
In conclusion:
The Russians have pretty much
covered what I wrote in those Doves letters above and many
many other letters about Joe and Hunter Biden, the DoD,
Metabiota, Rosemont Seneca, the Democrat leaders, the
'elites', Covid-19...(and Pfizer, NIH, CIA, CDC, are named
in this mess too by Russia.) Russia is directly naming individuals - Fauci of
NAIAD, Collins (former NIH Director), and many
others. Russia is saying what the MSM and U.S.
government will not say - Fauci et al lied to the American
people and colluded with Social Media to manipulate the
American people. They are pointing fingers at the
U.S. for the creation of Covid-19.
We know that our government covered
up for the Biden laptop, covered up for Joe and Hunter Biden
business dealings in Ukraine, covered up for China and
Covid-19 research, for the U.S. military and Covid-19
research, for U.S. gain of function research on Covid-19,
and then lied to the American people about the "vaccines"
being "safe and effective" - when in fact what they really
created was a bioweapon against their own population!
Russia was blocked at all levels at
this Geneva meeting, to hold the U.S. accountable for the
violations of the BWC that took place in Ukraine. The
Pentagon's biological weapons projects are directly linked
to the U.S. Democratic Party.
If the rest of the world sides with
Russia - if they believe that the U.S. DNC and others in
positions of power in the U.S. created and released a
bioweapon, Covid-19, things could get really ugly..
And how many other western countries were/are in on this
bioweapon attack? How many knew? The release of
a bioweapon is an act of war.
And Russia didn't even get into the
Covid-19 mRNA "vaccine" that was released as a follow up
bioweapon in America - that's for us to take on - the same
people involved, the same government agencies involved, the
same Big Pharma (Moderna, Pfizer), the same Social
Media....not hard to connect the dots. The hounds of
hell have been released.
There are a lot more reasons to
believe what comes out of Russia than what comes out of the
White House!
