Russia has made its complaint
about the U.S. and Ukraine committing violations of Article
6 of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention "in the
context of activities of biological laboratories in
Ukraine." to the UN Security Council.
Several Doves letters have been
written about these bioweapons labs in Ukraine...these are
labs that Russia secured when they entered Ukraine.
For several years Putin has asked Zelensky/Ukraine govt to
close down these labs on Russia's border, or Putin will
enter Ukraine and close them down himself. That's
exactly what Putin did over the weeks and months following
Russia's "military operation" into Ukraine.
These laboratories have not been a
secret - Russia is not the only one aware of these. Here is
a petition sent to Zelensky in 2021:

Zelensky did nothing, of course,
as a puppet of the Biden regime. (Remember the
Hunter/Joe dealings with Ukraine when Biden was VP under

all the lies told by the Ukrainian ambassador about Trump
during his impeachment hearing - the embassy personnel

March 26, 2022, "Russia's assertion that President
Biden's son Hunter was "financing...biological
laboratories in Ukraine" (through his investment
firm Rosemont Seneca Technology Parners) was based
in truth, according to e-mails reviewed by The
Post. A trove of e-mails on Hunter Biden's infamous
laptop - the existence of which was exclusively reported by
The Post in October 2020 - found that he played a role in
helping a California defense contractor analyze killer
disease and bioweapons in Ukraine."
"Moscow has claimed that secret
American biological-warfare labs in Ukraine were a
justification for its unprovoked invasion of the neighboring
country last month. It doubled down on the accusations
Thursday, claiming the labs produced biochemical weapons at
the Biden family's behest. "US President Joe Biden
himself is involved in the creation of biolaboratories in
Ukraine, Russia's State Duma speaker, Vyacheslav Volodin
said, according to state media."

Of course, US
intelligence working for the Democrat regime deny such
claims, calling them "disinformation" and "Russian war
propaganda". Instead of presenting any evidence to
the contrary. The Post went on to report that
"..Russia's new claim that the first son's investment fund
was involved in raising money for biolab projects in
Ukraine was accurate, according to e-mails involving
Hunter Biden's gas firm dealings in Ukraine..." The
Post is not the only news outlet reporting that Rosemont
Seneca Technology Partners (Hunter's company)
invested $500,000 in Metabiota (a
pathogen research company)...and raised millions more from
Goldman Sachs and others.
So Hunter Biden was involved with
a gas firm in Ukraine under shady circumstances, to say the
least, and he was involved in providing funding to Ukraine's
bioweapons labs!
Also, the U.S. Department of
Defense gave an "award" of $23,866,388.00 to Metabiota,
Inc. for "research and development in the physical,
engineering and life sciences...in international affairs and
cooperation". Here's a link to this "definitive
contract" with a start date of 2/10/2014 and current end
date of Nov 15, 2016.

One of the people this book is
dedicated to is Jeffrey Epstein. Wolfe
was named in Jeffrey Epstein's will as his "successor
executor". And Wolfe is a former chief advisor for
science and technology to Bill Gates. Of course he
is.
It's just 'amazing' how many of
the the same names and organizations keep popping up -
especially since things really started moving along in early
2020 with Covid.
Back to the Ukraine biolabs...
The U.S. has called these claims by
Russia as "preposterous" and "laughable". Denying the
existence of 'labs'. "Washington has been
urged to come clean over its biolab program in Ukraine
after the Department of Defense admitted its existence...China
has joined calls for the United States to explain the role
and capacity of the laboratories following the
Pentagon's stunning reversal after months of denial."

Defense "works with the Ukrainian Government to consolidate

It's interesting to note that Putin
months ago made claims of these biolabs creating ethnic
weapons to use on Russians.

biolabs in Ukraine - for "peaceful efforts".

OK, after that very short amount of
background information (this is a huge rabbit hole)...back
to the Russian complaint against the U.S. and Ukraine for
bioweapons labs in Ukraine. Keep in mind that the
White House and DoD denied that U.S.labs in Ukraine
existed. Slamming the Russians as liars. And
then came out later and said they do exist.
"Russia requested to convene this
meeting of the Security Council on the basis of Article 6 of
the Biology and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC) in order for
the Council to consider a complaint lodged on 24 October
2022 that contains evidence of violations of the BTWC by
Ukraine and the United States in the context of activities
of biological laboratories in Ukraine. The complaint
is contained in the letter that was circulated on 25 October
2022 as official document of the Security Council
S/2022/796."
"Over a long time, the Russian
Federation has repeatedly expressed concern over military
biological activities carried out with the most direct
assistance and participation of the US Department of Defense
in laboratories in the territories of the former Soviet
republics away from the North American continent and close
to the Russian borders. Such activities are
conducted inter alia indirectly through the Pentagon's
Defense Threat Reduction (DTRA) and private companies that
are permanent contractors of the US DoD, including "Black
& Veatch Special Projects Corp", "CH2M Hill" and
"Metabiota". This poses a direct threat to
biological security of the Russian Federation."
The Russians note they have
documents and evidence showing these military biological
activities. They go on and on how over the last
several months they have brought their concerns to the
Security Council, submitting a formal complaint including
questions. "However, based on the results of the
exchange of views among participating states, the
overwhelming majority of the claims put forward by Russia have gone unanswered."
"In accordance with Article 6 of
the Convention, the complaint includes all possible evidence
confirming its validity."
During Russia's "military
operation" in Ukraine, they secured these biolabs along with
the documents that prove "a most vivid insight in the scale
and focus of these military and biological activities on the
territory of Ukraine." They noted 422 cholera storage
units and 32 anthrax storage units. Along with a
"large number of test tubes that contained the same strains
of difference pathogens." "Absent mass outbreaks of
these diseases in Ukraine in recent years, the range and
accumulated volumes of bioagents challenge their alleged
preventive, protective and other peaceful purposes."
"At the same time, the list of studied pathogens disagrees
with the current Ukraine's health issues...but included
pathogens of dangerous infectious diseases that are
potential agents of biological weapons."
"The documents obtained contain the
description of UP-4, Flu-Flyway and P-781 projects to study
the possibility to spread dangerous infections through
migratory birds (including highly pathogenic influenza and
Newcastle disease) and bats (including pathogens of plague,
leptospirosis, brucellosis, as well as coronaviruses and
filoviruses that are potentially infectious to humans that
can be considered as means of delivery. The geographic
scope of both projects included the Russia-bordering regions
of Ukraine as well as the territory of Russia itself."
The Russians also reported
finding aerial vehicles and drones with containers and
equipment that could be used to spray bioagents."
They also have information on a
U.S. patent for "an unmanned aerial vehicle for the aerial
release of the infected mosquitoes..."designed to be applied
as a technical means of delivery and use of a biological
weapon - "biological and immunobiological agents, bacteria
and viruses" (including highly contagious) "that could wipe
out 100 per cent of the enemy troops." "The attacked
people get infected with the highly contagious diseases via
mosquito bites...the document goes on to state that
"sickness can be a more valuable military tool, than the
most up to date military guns and equipment."
"Therefore it follows that a container as a bioagent
delivery means has been developed and can be quickly
manufactured."
They go on and note that "the
nature of military and biological activities carried out in
Ukraine testify to the violations of provision of BTWC
Articles 1 and 4 by the US and Ukraine."
"Mr. President, We put forward to
the Security Council a draft resolution. In accordance
with Article 6 of the BTWC, the draft is aimed to set up and
dispatch a commission to investigate into the claims against
the US and Ukraine contained in the complaint of the Russian
Federation regarding complains with their obligations under
the BTWC in the context of the activities of biological
laboratories in the territory of Ukraine."
Then Russia gives a deadline:
"We also expect that the commission would present a
relevant report on the issue containing recommendations to
the Council no later than November 30, 2022 and to inform
the BTWC states-parties of the results of the
investigation at the Ninth Review Conference to be held in
Geneva on November 28 - December 16, 2022."
Of course, we would expect a U.S.
reply of this as "Russian disinformation", "Russian lies",
"war propaganda", "misleading the Security Council meeting",
"Russia is raising a false alarm"...and that's exactly what
happened. (We've seen this alot from this Biden
government lately- especially with Covid, the vaxx,
etc. (When THEY deny, debunk, they are admitting it's
true, imo)
And Russia responded to the
U.S./West response to this information - "We lodged a
complaint with this Council, and we put forward a draft
resolution requesting an investigation. We
have the right to do this, whether you like it or
not. So let us remain in the legal field
and save our political assessments for other meetings.
Thank you."
So, the Security Council has until
November 30, 2022 to come up with a relevant "report" on
this...and present the results of their investigation in
Geneva on November 18 - December 16, 2022.
I wonder if we'll ever get to those
dates the way things are going in the world.
I know the U.S. would not like it
one bit if China had bioweapons labs in Mexico on our
border...and they were working on an ethnic bioweapon to
kill Americans. The U.S. would demand a cease and
desist and remove the labs..or else. ((China
probably already has ethnic bioweapons to use against the US
- per their own admission; and maybe they are on the border
- who knows with Biden!)) If the US is doing
"research" outside of the rules of the BTWC then that needs
to be exposed and addressed by this Security Council.
Same for any other country. Even though Russia, China,
etc. are also doing research outside of the rules - just not
on another country's border.)
Russia presented their
final draft to the UN Security Council on October 28,
2022. And Russia has the evidence, documents,
etc. and all the U.S. has done is screamed "disinformation",
"Russia propaganda". Can the U.S. disprove any of
this??
All of those involved in these
biological weapons violations need to be tried by
international tribunals. We can't see what other
countries are doing within their own borders...but when they
are conducting illegal biological weapons work outside their
borders...that can be exposed and followed up with an
international military tribunal.
The petition presented to Zelensky
asks what Russia asked for - immediate shutdown of these labs and ensure
an investigation. The petition was ignored/Russia was
ignored. Now it's come down to this draft with the UN
Security Council.
I don't have high hopes for any
real "report" or investigation...especially if SOMEONE
starts WW3 before this happens. And who would have the
most sins to cover up? The Biden Administration/the
DoD!. Connect the dots.
These articles flushed out some new
names and connections I was not aware of. What has and
is being done 'behind our backs' is mind boggling!
I'm not talking about ways to protect the country or
defend against a true enemy (those secrets)...I'm talking
about the evil behind this. The monstrous evil.
