AlertsUSA.com today, August 14, 2024.
"WHO declares monkeypox to be a
public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC),
warning the virus may spill across int'l borders."
"On Tuesday, the Africa Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC) declared the
growing monkey pox outbreak in the Democratic Republic of
Congo and neighboring countries constitutes a "public health
emergency of continental security."

In my letter last week - I warned
that the PHEIC for monkeypox was coming - no
doubts.
WHO (via the IHR/WHO CA+) and Big
Pharma are working together to restructure the drug market -
so inadequately tested "vaccines" and other drugs will face
minimal regulations and entire populations can be compelled
to take them each time WHO declares another PHEIC. And
they are planning on all the Covid-19 controls/mandates PLUS
more!
We were warned by Russian Lt.
General Igor Kirillov, Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and
Biological Protection Forces of the Armed Forces about the
use of bioweapons in the U.S. before the election.
He said that 'bioweapons' (plural)
are going to be released by the U.S. Pentagon/Biden
administration before the election...and then blamed on
Putin.
He told us about a new variant of
mpox in the Congo with a mortality rate of 10%. This
has been gain-of-functioned by U.S. bioweapons labs in
Africa, specifically in the Congo.
Dr. Nathan Wolfe of Metabiota was
deeply involved in the U.S. bioweapons labs in
Ukraine. When Russia invaded - the labs were moved to
several countries in Africa...one being the Congo.
Hunter Biden's Rosemont Seneca helped fund this
research. Wolfe helped with this monkeypox
gain-of-function research specifically with his lab in the
Congo.
Kirillov mentioned the virulent
strain of monkeypox in the Congo and that a deadly disease
was going to be intentionally spread via "migratory birds".
Sounds like warnings for monkeypox
AND bird flu.

Then on August 14, 2024: Tedros of WHO declares it a
PHEIC.

Bird flu is next.
Why did Kirillov bother warning
us? Maybe he has a conscience. AND he knows
Putin is going to be blamed. Everything coming out of
Russia is labeled 'misinformation' and 'propaganda'.
Why would he even bother? I think he warned us because
he sees us as human beings while our government sees us as
useful idiots, deploreables and expendable.
Mpox and bird flu have been
gain-of-functioned. Making them more infectious and
more deadly.
The new Congo variant has a
mortality rate of 10% - that means one person in every ten
infected will die. THEY did this. And THEY
gain-of-functioned it to be spread via sex - even THEY admit
this will make it even harder to contain. Isn't that
part of the plan?
We see what THEY did with a
Covid-19 mortality rate of only 0.06% - wait until monkeypox
hits with a 10% mortality rate!
As I've written
before - the next few weeks before the election are going
to be 'rough'.
