First, of all don't forget that 65.4 million babies have been aborted in the U.S. since 1973 according to More than 65 million babies have been aborted in the U.S. since 1973, according to a new report - ZENIT - English To me this is a big issue when voting for a presidential candidate in 2024. Proverbs 6:16, These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren."
This article Ballotpedia:Defining noteworthy presidential candidates (2024) - Ballotpedia shows that in addition to the Democrat Kamala Harris and the Republican Donald Trump, Jill Stein from the Green Party and Chase Oliver from the Libertarian Party are also running for President of the U.S. in 2024.
Kamala Harris is Pro-Choice on abortion up to birth and wants it to be a Federal law, and Donald Trump who used to be a Pro-Life Republican now wants to leave it up to the states to decide. I personally don't like the fact that he is no longer totally pro-life, but consider voting for him as the lesser of two evils.
Jill Stein is Pro-Choice according to the articles at Jill Stein on Abortion (ontheissues.org) and Where Jill Stein stands on abortion - Washington Post states that it is unknown as to her view as to how up to how many weeks abortion should be permissible.
Chase Oliver is Pro-Choice and gay according to according to the article at Chase Oliver - Wikipedia. He also believes that he can win only 2% of the presidential votes according to the article at Who is Chase Oliver and What Are Libertarian Candidate's Views? - Newsweek which seems like a waste of time voting for him.
Here is a map of Pro-Life States & Pro-Choice states at Pro-life State Policy Maps (frc.org)
Here is a list of states who are most pro-life to least pro-life AUL's Life List 2024: Where Every State Ranks from Most to Least Pro-Life - Americans United for Life
Both Kamala Harris & Jill Stein are in favor of the Green New Deal policy.
According to the article at https://ballotpedia.org/Jill_Stein_presidential_campaign,_2024 "Stein has focused her campaign on environmental, economic, and foreign policy issues. Stein said she would declare a climate emergency on the first day of her presidential administration and enact a Green New Deal policy that would transition the U.S. off of fossil fuels by 2035 and create union jobs."
Voting for Jill Stein would be like voting for Kamala Harris so that all our homes are heated by electricity and cars are electric when a lot of people can't afford groceries let alone a new electric car. Donald Trump is not in favor of the radical Green New Deal Policy. He is totally against it according to Trump vows to pull back climate law’s unspent dollars - POLITICO Trump said, “To further defeat inflation, my plan will terminate the Green New Deal, which I call the Green New Scam,” the former president said before the Economic Club of New York in wide-ranging remarks focused on the economy, likening Biden’s agenda to a “waste” of money."
Based on abortion and the radical new green deal which the World Economic Forum is pushing for the New World Order, I will be voting for a Republican president as the lessening evil. There is less evil in the United States when states are allowed to be totally Pro-Life.
Voting: Lesser of two evils vs. lessening evil (christianpost.com)
"Not voting in order to “keep our hands clean” is a form of pietism, not Christianity. James is clear that if there is good that we can do, we should. To not do the good we can is sin. Dietrich Bonhoeffer, even in the face of far worse political realities than ours, rejected pietism as being contrary to Christian responsibility. Because Christianity is an incarnational faith, he wrote, it must be lived in “the tempest of the living.”
"But how then should we vote? Often, Christians and other citizens of conscience describe voting as choosing between “the lesser of two evils.” My former colleague Kevin Bywater suggests a better approach."
"Christians, he said, should think of voting as a way of “lessening evil.” Not only does this approach better fit the political realities of our particular context, it recognizes the inherent limits of politics even while maintaining principle. Also, voting to lessen evil acknowledges the moral inadequacies of candidates while still seeking to accomplish good through voting." FULL ARTICLE at above link.
Pastor Says Christians Can’t Vote for Kamala’s Abortion Agenda: Jesus “is Going to Hold us Accountable for How We Vote” - LifeNews.com"It’s imperative now more than ever, that pastors tell their congregations to vote biblical values. Not based upon personalities, but biblical values. And no, Jesus is not on the ballot, but He’s going to hold us accountable of how we vote.” FULL STORY at above link.
