There is a large Bear on an ice flow then a large drop on
a red line graph
Then you see a smaller Bull on a smaller ice flow with a
small rise or rebound in the graph
Both seem to follow Bear and Bull market symbolisms
Then you see 2 small bears on smaller ice flows,
indicating a steady slow trend downwards.

God showed a polar bear walking on a floating ice rock in ice storm,a bull and two polar bears standing on the little ones, with the black and red arrow.
It obviously respresents the economic states.
