So much keeps coming out about
Hurricane Helene - the bizarre path of the hurricane, the
tremendous amount of damage, the FEMA follow-up (or lack
there of), FEMA funds (or lack there of), FEMA rescues (or
lack there of) - FEMA is not looking good. One would
think after all of these hurricanes, FEMA would be better
'prepared' and have the basic responses down pat - it always
seems like they are starting from square one with every
hurricane. This time FEMA seems even more unprepared.
Along with these major 'issues' there is the concern about
the upcoming elections: how are people going to register,
what happened to all those mail-in -ballots that were sent
out?, what if the power can't be turned back on in time,what
if people aren't able to get to new poling places,
etc. etc.
Was Helene Manipulated?:
I saw this the other day about
"Alexa" and I heard Alexa's answer - was this faked or is
this true?
Alexa was asked: Did the
government use cloud seeding for hurricane Helene?
The answer was: "Project
Cirrus, a weather modification program, sought to influence
the storm's path by seeding clouds with silver iodide.
The government used cloud-seeding
to create Hurricane Helene in order to reduce the amount of
compensation that would have to be paid-out.
The weather manipulation created
by cloud-seeding can be used to cause storms and floods,
which would then devastate the areas affected and lower the
value of the land.

Weather Weapons:
President Johnson said that
whoever controls the weather controls the world.
Take a look at my Doves letter
from 27 Aug 2023 on weather weapons. In this letter is
a link to a 29 December 97 document from the Air War
College, Maxwell Air Force Base, AL. The title
is: Weather as a Force Multiplier:
Owning the Weather in 2025".
"In 2025, US aerospace forces can
"own the weather" by capitalizing on emerging technologies
and focusing development of these technologies to
war-fighting applications."
"Current technologies that will
mature over the next 30 years will offer anyone who has the
necessary resources the ability to modify weather
patterns and their corresponding effects, at least on the

"In the United States, weather-modification
will likely become a part of national security policy with
both domestic
and international applications."

appropriate application of weather-modification can provide
battlespace dominance to a degree never before imagined.....in
2025 we can "Own the Weather".

categories: suppression and intensification of weather
patterns. In extreme cases, it might involve
the creation of completely new weather patterns,
attenuation or control of severe storms or even alteration
of global climate on a far-reaching and/or long-lasting

I would bet that our technology/knowledge has surpassed
expectations even for 2025. I would bet that
'someone' can steer severe storms as with 'ground based
frequency transmitters', that
'someone' can create severe storms now
in 2024. And it's possible that DEW (Directed Energy
Weapon) caused the Lahaina fires. This was covered
in multiple Doves letters last year - lots of
bizarre/unexplainable things happened during that fire.

Was This Weather
Modification For "National Security"?:
"Hurricane Helene hit
especially hard in heavily Republican areas of Georgia and
North Carolina...Research has shown that major
disasters can influence both voter turnout and voter
preference. And Helene has pushed this contest into
novel territory: It's the first catastrophic
event in U.S. history to hit two critical swing states
within six weeks of a presidential election.."
"In 2020, he (Trump) won 61
percent of the vote in the North Carolina counties that were
declared a disaster after Helene. He won 54 percent of
the vote in Georgia's disaster counties."
"Now both states face crucial
decisions..."extend next week's voter registration
deadlines, grant more time for voters to cast absentee
ballots, and set up new polling places in areas where floods
destroyed roads. State records show that
nearly 40,000 absentee ballots were mailed to voters in
the 25 North Carolina counties that were declared a
disaster following Helene. Fewer than 1,000 have
been returned." The power outages and
internet outages are keeping Georgia from determining status
of 43 election day sites. The article notes
major hits to Democratic communities also - North Carolina's
Buncombe and Watauga.
"Overall, Helene could
"dramatically change who is in the electorate,"....North
Carolina is on "the razor's edge between red and
blue." North Carolina could extend the registration
deadline and the mail-in-ballots deadline. In the
past, some states have "allowed displaced residents to vote
by email or fax. Republicans have opposed these
efforts. In Florida, after Hurricane Michael, voters
were "confused by the state's moves to close and consolidate
polling places. They weren't sure where to go on
Election Day." This resulted in a drop in voter
turnout in the "heavily Republican Panhandle counties of
Florida".
And the death toll due to this
hurricane is still climbing - FEMA isn't getting in as
quickly as they should. People in the area have been
noting the absence of FEMA employees. One woman said
FEMA said their people were all at the border.
Wouldn't surprise me. Downed power lines, internet
outages and lack of phone cell service is only adding to the
misery.
And now we have Hurricane Milton
expected to become a major hurricane right before it slams
into Florida. States won't have recovered from
Helene when Miltion hits.
Hurricane Milton is now a "rapidly
intensifying hurricane". It's likely to bring
widespread flooding rains to the Florida Peninsula along
with very high winds.
"Dangerous winds, a
life-threatening storm surge and tornadoes are all possible
as Milton makes landfall on Florida's western coast by the
middle of this week."
We only have some 30 days before
the election. IF Helene was manipulated and if they
will manipulate Milton - the destruction from both could be
monstrously staggering. Disasters of biblical
porportions.
All of this while Biden and the
Democrats are trying to play both sides and are funding both
sides of a potentially nuclear
conflict between Israel and Iran. Looking at all the
Biden flip flopping - most people wouldn't be able to tell
whose side he's on. For those paying attention - it's
easy - he is against Israel. He's just trying to 'look
like' he supports the Jewish state. It's all smoke and
mirrors. Bibi be ware!!!
I'm leaning towards weather
manipulation on Helene. Not looking forward then, to
what else they have planned for us.
