Is "Someone" Modifying the
Weather?
"Rarely acknowledged in the debate on global climate
change, the world's weather can now be modified as part of
a new generation of sophisticated electromagnetic weapons.
Both the US and Russia have developed capabilities to
manipulate the climate for military use....The US military
has developed advanced capabilities that enable it

Back in 1977,
the UN General Assembly "banned 'military or other hostile
use of environmental modification techniques.' This
technology has gone 'dark' and people are abusing
it. Using it for their own agendas.
"HAARP was
developed as part of an Anglo-American partnership between
Raytheon Corporations, which owns the HAARP patents, the
US Air Force and British Aerospace Systems."
"The covert manipulation
of weather patterns, communications and electric power
systems as a weapon of global warfare, enabling the US
to disrupt and dominate entire regions."
"HAARP is presented by the US Air
Force as a research programme, but military documents
confirm its main objective is to 'induce ionospheric
modifications' with a view to altering weather patterns and
disrupting communications and radar." HAARP
operates as: "a gigantic heater that can cause major
disruptions in the ionosphere, creating not just holes,
but long incisions in the protective layer that keeps
deadly radiation from bombarding the planet."
Maybe during the Tribulation
someone goes nuts with HAARP and lets it rip; maybe man is
allowed to cause some of the disasters during the
Tribulation - earthquakes, droughts, etc. - ex.
resulting in "The fourth angel poured out his vial upon the
sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with
fire And men were scorched with great heat...."

As for Maui:
I have written several times about
the green lasers over Hawaii...were those somehow involved
with 'mapping' Lahaina and other places in Maui? For
follow up use with a D.E.W.? There is an awful lot of
dodging questions going on by the governor, the mayor, the
chief of police...and some 'legal' shenanigans behind the
scenes.

Proclamation Relating to Housing. This bill "aims to
streamline the development process and empower developers
and stakeholders to contribute to the creation of more
housing opportunities. It includes the Build Beyond
Barriers Working Group which is "dedicated to accelerating
housing development through stakeholder
collarboration." Their certified projects "can include
housing, infrastructure development and brownfield sites
primarily intended for housing..."

Per this bill, "The Build Beyond Barriers Working Group will
be established pursuant to the attached Governor's emergency
rules. Housing projects shall be certified based on
applications submitted to the Building Beyond Barriers
Working Group subject to the attached Governor's emergency
rules. And "..the disaster emergency relief period
shall commence immediately and continue through September
15, 2023...." Signed on July 17th, 2023 by Governor

Odd timing.
The governor said that "...any new
construction will be primarily to house
locals and not favor large developers." The
reconstruction of the Lahaina "will be the sole focus of his
previously issued "Emergency Proclamation Related to
Housing" (signed into law on July 17) Green is a
big mouthpiece for 'climate emergency'.
On a side note: I find it
interesting that Governor Green commented on the temperature
of the fire that went through Lahaina - he said, "I mean,
granite counters melted. Engine blocks melted."
The picture of
the burned up car caught my attention - especially the
asphalt the car is sitting on. Why didn't the car
sink into the asphalt?
So I followed up

I looked up at what temperature
granite melts: 2219 - 2300 degrees F. That's
very high.

At what temperature does a tire
burn - "they need to be heated to 750 degrees Fahrenheit for
several minutes in order to ignite."
Wood burns at 1,112 degrees
Fahrenheit. A maximum wood flame temperature is 1800
degrees Fahrenheit. How was the granite able to
melt? (Maybe it wasn't granite?)
Does anyone know why this asphalt
road in Lahaina did not melt? The tires obviously
burned up at 750 plus degrees. Asphalt melts at 300
degrees. Yet I don't see any melting of the
asphalt. This doesn't add up - maybe I'm missing
something - it just doesn't look right. Just something that makes me go
hmmmm. Along with so much else in Lahain.

Notes:
The Hawaiian governor spoke at the
United Nations as the keynote speaker - for Agenda 2030; he
spoke about sustainability plans in Hawaii And how
Hawaii mandated 100% renewable energy for electricity.
Dave said that "The EPA announced there would be no new
building, no rebuilding in Lahaina for two years." What
are the people going to do? A while back the governor
signed and set up $75 million dollars for land in Lahaina
for 50 one acre homes if land becomes available. Dave
covers much more. Dave is hearing all kinds of rumors but he
won't report any until he has verified what he reports.
