Over the years, we've had many letters to Doves concerning Chanukah/Hannukah as a possible Rapture day. We've also had many letters about Haggai's prophecy on the 24th day of the 9th month (24th of Kislev - the eve of Chanukah.) possibly being the day of the Gog and Magog War. Grant Jeffrey wrote about Haggai's prophecy and the Gog and Magog War.In this letter I also wrote about a couple of Bruce Baber's recent letters.And both sides of the Ukraine-Russia war will have or have already had emergency sessions over recent developments - the use of three different long-range missiles on Russia and Russia's use of an unstoppable hypersonic experimental weapon. There are 'rumors' Russia is moving mobile ICBM - Topol-M missiles. Things are happening quickly.I'm writing about Chanukah now because Russia has threatened the U.S. with nuclear war by Christmas. Chanukah should fall right about Christmas this year. 'By Christmas' can mean now 'til Christmas. And an interesting day for a war is Haggai's twenty-fourth day of the ninth month (Chanukah). And in his letter from 5 Dec 2012, Bruce wrote, "IF we go up at Hanukkah, then that must be when the two witnesses come down because they are presently standing before the Lord. Immediately after they come down, they will have 1,260 days to complete their mission."

Bruce wrote about Zechariah in relation to "the word of the Lord" given him concerning the two olive trees/branches on the right and the left of the lampstand (seven branched menorah). The angel told Zechariah these are "the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth." Zechariah 4:14Zechariah and Haggai were both prophets to the Jewish people. They were contemporaries. In fact, we know they both had messages from the Lord when they were in Jerusalem during the second year of the reign of Darius 1. So connecting their prophecies might be what we need to do. Like Bruce did, connecting the appearance of the Two Witnesses to Chanukah at about the time of the Rapture and the 1,260 day time period. This day count begins when they start prophesying. Rev 11:3The 25th of Kislev, on the chabad.org calendar, is December 26. The eve of Chanukah is Christmas Day.And Bruce Baber and Olaf V both pointed out that the EIGHTH DAY of Chanukah is December 2, 2025 - much has been written about 'The 8th Day' also. Ezekiel also prophesied about a war coming to Israel - the Gog and Magog War.Years ago, I came across a book by Grant Jeffrey - it was about Haggai and his prophecy in Haggai 2 and Ezekiel's prophecy in Ezekiel 38 and 39.The wording given to these prophets is eerily similar. Haggai was given the "word of the Lord" on the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month - in fact, he was told to "carefully consider this day" more than once and he was given the day more than once. Certainly seems like a heavy emphasis on this particular day.
Grant Jeffrey compared Ezekiel 38/39 to Haggai 2:Note that the 'word of the Lord" came on the twenty-first day of the seventh month...and this 'word' was "Once more, in a little while"...meaning not this day the twenty-first day of the seventh month, but soon....then came the 'word of the Lord on the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month...three days and two months later. So is this telling us God gave Haggai a prophecy early for a following day/prophecy? Sure sounds like it.So, I put what God told Haggai on the twenty-first day of the seventh month with what He told Haggai on the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month - fulfilling the 'in a little while'....On the twenty-fourth day of the night month, of some future year, 'The Lord will shake the heavens and the earth and the sea and the dry land... He will overturn royal thrones and destroy the power of the kingdoms of the nations; He will overturn chariots and their riders; horses and their riders will fall, each by the sword of his brother.'On the twenty-first day of the seventh month, the word of the LORD came through Haggai the prophet,For this is what the LORD of Hosts says:
Haggai 2:
“Once more, in a little while,
I will shake the heavens and the earth,b
7I will shake all the nations...,
For the second time that day, the twenty-fourth day of the month, the word of the LORD came to Haggai, saying
22I will overturn royal thrones
and destroy the power
of the kingdoms of the nations.
I will overturn chariots and their riders;
horses and their riders will fall,
each by the sword of his brother.
Compare this to Ezekiel 38:In My zeal and fiery rage I proclaim that on that day there will be a great earthquake in the land of Israel. 20The fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the beasts of the field, every creature that crawls upon the ground, and all mankind on the face of the earth will tremble at My presence. The mountains will be thrown down, the cliffs will collapse, and every wall will fall to the ground.
21And I will summon a sword against Gog on all My mountains, declares the Lord GOD, and every man’s sword will be against his brother. 22I will execute judgment upon him with plague and bloodshed. I will pour out torrents of rain, hailstones, fire, and sulfur on him and on his troops and on the many nations with him. 23I will magnify and sanctify Myself, and will reveal Myself in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am the LORD.
Nuclear War By Christmas?:IF the Rapture happens before the Gog and Magog War and IF this war is on the eve of Chanukah - Christmas. The Russians are 'threatening the US with nuclear war by Christmas'..... Is this all a coincidence?

Greeks were driven out of the Holy Land and the Jewish people got their Temple back. It was a great day of victory. A small bottle of ritualistically pure oil was found and !miraculously kept the Temple menorah burning for 8 days. A miracle! Satan would like to crush that date with an all out attack on Israel.
Russian troops are on the Syrian border. They recently increased their surveillance posts there on the Golan Heights.

Each side is trying to out guess or out maneuver the other side. This will not end well for anyone.Zechariah's Flying Scroll:I'd like to add to the paragraph above about connecting the prophecies of Haggai and Zechariah. The Two Witnesses show up in Jerusalem and start their prophesy- ministry during the Tribulation Period. Right after Zechariah learns about the 'two anointed ones who stand by the Lord', he tells us about a vision with a flying scroll. This is most likely an ICBM - We know the two witnesses show up during the Tribulation - so do the flying scrolls show up then too?? Or will the world see those before then? The West is getting ready to hold 'emergency' meetings. Putin/Kremlin are currently holding 'emergency' meetings.
