The second part to your post was a WOW moment for me. I was out mowing the yard like 2 days ago thinking about Cain and Able because earlier in the day I was listening to a bible talk show on the radio and they were talking about different parts of the bible and they had mentioned Cain and Able. I remember thinking to myself that I never understood why Cain's offering was not acceptable to God. Then I was mowing later that day thinking about that again and wham! it hit me because it had no blood! That is when I understoon that Able's offering had blood and that was acceptable to God. I stood there looking around saying the same thing after all these years I was like Duh! Sometimes the simplest truths so confound our brains that we make things so much harder than they need to be. 
 
So from your Brother in Christ and a proud member of they DUH! club maybe you are onto something!

	Twice in the past 12 years, I have asked the Lord to show me......to teach me.....something.
	 
	First:  2009:   I asked "Lord, we may not be able to know "THE" year of the Rapture, but can we know the "time of the year?"   And, as I have posted before, ( http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/apr2012/randy411-2.htm )   in the next 10 days the Lord taught me about the Parallel of the Jewish Feasts with the first and second coming of Jesus.
	 
	Second:  March, 2010:  I finally asked "Lord.....if You would, can you tell me "the year" of the Rapture?"   And the following morning (as posted before on five Doves..... http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/dec2011/randy1210.htm )  .......the answer I heard in my head was "Randy...you already know the year.)
	 
	So......this morning....in my frustration about all this WAITING.....I asked again:
	 
	"Lord......IF 2012 is "THE" year for the Rapture.....would you please CONFIRM it for me?"
	 
	Now remember, when I drive to work, I have 2 ways to go.  It's a 1 hour drive.  And, as I've posted before, on BOTH routes - a main state route and a more country route - there are 2 billboards that say  "RAPTURE Air"   An airconditioning company. And the "T" is a cross.  These billboards have been up for about 4 months now and I've seen their trucks on and off over the past 10 years.
	 
	anyway......
	 
	As I approached this billboard on the country route....the voice I heard in my head said..
	 
	"How much more confirmation do you need Randy?"  (And I thought as well....there are TWO billboards so that no matter which way you go to work, you are reminded of this EVERY day!)  
	 
	Soooooo........
	 
	Do I just make this stuff up in my head?  (lol...could be.....could be.....)  
	Do I just force square pegs into round holes.....to make everything fit MY Rapture timeframe??   (could be.......especially if there is NO Rapture for a long time..)
	or
	 
	Has God been answering my prayers about the Rapture over the past 13 years??????
	 
	I dunno......but,  Rosh Hashanah is in 4-1/2 months......  I/we... will know by then!!

	Forgot to add this to the last post....
	 
	Last week.....I was listening to the book of Genesis on a CD in the car.  As it came to the part about Cain and Able.....and their offerings to the Lord.....Able's being acceptable and Cain's NOT being acceptable.....
	 
	I didn't pick up on WHY Cain's was NOT acceptable.  so I asked the Lord to help me understand that.
	 
	Within 1 week, the answer came from another Radio Sermon....might have been by Chuck Swindol....and the answer was THEN so obvious.....
	 
	Cain was a farmer.....so he gave a grain offering.  But.....becuase this was not a NOT A BLOOD offering, as was his brother's offering.....it was NOT acceptable.
	 
	And I thought to myself....DUH, Randy.....   there ALWAYS has to be a BLOOD offering, for it to be acceptable. 
	 
	Thus.....of course as well........the death of Jesus on the cross....
	 
	anyway......
	 
	I do get answers to my prayers....(especially to the questions....)  and they tend to be timely and insightful.
	 
	Soooo.......  did God answer my prayer today about CONFIRMING this year?    (see the post)
	 
	Is the Rapture THIS year in 2012?
	Is it on Rosh Hashanah, mid September??
	 
	I'm ALL IN on this date of Rosh Hashanah, mid Sept, 2012.... we shall see.   (Earlier, this month.....Ascension Day through Pentecost...is just fine with me as well!!)
