Yes we have discussed these issues for many years

From a Christians perspective it probably wouldn't need rebuilding

But from a practicing Jew who did not believe in Jesus, well.

 

I think though that it might, and it might be used by God to draw the Jewish people back

Because the Bible does say he will regather them

First by enticing, then by force

 

So it isn't over yet, some also believe the Tabernacle of David may be rebuilt on the Temple Mount

They didn't just throw it away you know.

Actually most of the things they need to practice Temple worship have been stowed away a long time ago

That is because they plan to use it
