Hello John and Doves,
Tulsi Gabbard, Director of National
Intelligence, has resigned. Her last day is June 30,
2026.
Gabbard said she was going to release
information on these bioweapons labs...and she has.
Ukraine is one of those countries with these labs - and
they have denied any such labs.
Here is
info on her announcement to release:
Gabbard said that she is "releasing
never-before-seen documents concerning the U.S. government
funding 120 biolabs in 30 countries, including
Ukraine....In support of President Trump's Executive Order
to end federal funding of dangerous gain of function
research around the world, and increase transparency and
accountability, ODNI will continue working with partners
across the administration to identify where these lab s
are, what pathogens they contain and what 'research' is
being conducted," Gabbard said on X.
And, of
course, Ukraine is denying any such labs on their
territory:

what was released on April 23, 2026:
The Institute of Experimental and
Clinical Veterinary Medicine (IECVM) in Kharkiv (Ukraine)
probably houses at least some dangerous pathogens..."as of
the early 2010s, IECVM held hundreds of pathogens and was
one of over forty Ukrainian-owned and operated
laboratories that received assistance under DOD's
Biological Threat Reduction Program." IECVM, "as
recently as 2019 had at least some biosafety and
biosecurity deficiencies - most notably in rooms handling
contagious Brucella bacteria....Recent reporting suggests
that laboratories were ordered to destroy holdings after
Russia's invasion."
Over 40 labs were built and
supported in Ukraine - for "storage of BW (Bioweapon)
pathogens from Soviet Era"; there was "U.S.
training for Ukrainian scientists to work in
biocontainment", and these labs had "Especially
Dangerous Pathogen Certification" and were "Repository
of BW and disease causing pathogens: Anthrax,
Tularemia, Tuberculosis, Swine Fever, New Castles
Disease, MERS, SAFS, Marburg, Ebola, Lass, the Plagues,
Rickettsia, etc."
The U.S. built and funded numerous labs
in Ukraine - with millions of dollars. "The U.S.
paid Ukrainian scientists to study the genome of highly
pathogenic avian flu and other highly infectious viruses
in biocontainment labs, which were also paid for the U.S.
government."
There is also a chart that shows the
U.S. BW Defense Industry organizations found to be
connected to Ukraine. They include the CDC, USDA,
Metabiota.

"As evidence of a potential bioweapons
cover-up has started emerging, a company called Metabiota
is gaining prominence...Hunter Biden's investment fund,
Rosemont Seneca and the U.S. Department of Defenses'
Threat Reduction Agency, which contracted Metabiota to run
operations in U.S. connected labs in Ukraine."
Nathan Wolfe is the founder of
Metabiota. He's a WEF Global Leader graduate.
And he has ties to Peter Daszak of EcoHealth. EcoHealth
worked with the Wuhan Institute of Virology in
China. There are major connections here to
SARS-CoV-2! Wolfe has "received more than $20
million in research grants from Google, the NIH and the
Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation...." And Daszak
received coronavirus research funding from NAIAD - under
Dr. Fauci and the U.S. State Department. Daszak and
Fauci helped cover up the gain of function research for
Covid-19.
And Metabiota was involved in the
response to the Ebola outbreak in 2014 in West
Africa. Metabiota was accussed of "no tracking of
samples" and "absolutely no control on what is being
done"...."Metabiota's response was a disaster".
According to the WHO's Department of Epidemic and Pandemic
Alert and Response. Metabiota employees were seen
"entering homes of suspected Ebola patients without
protective gear, and leaving high-risk areas without
performing any kind of decontamination procedure."
This was witnessed by Doctors Without Borders.
"On the 24th February 2022, the very
day of Russia's invasion, some of us were already worried
about the prospect of biological weapons laboratories
existing in Ukraine...The existence of bio-weapons labs on
Ukraine's border with Russia has since been confirmed by
both Russia and the U.S. (the Ukrainian government is
serving as a US proxy). The only remaining question
is around what
we were doing in those laboratories."
"It is no longer in doubt
that we funded bio-weapons research in the Wuhan lab in
China...so we were doing the same in Ukraine too?
Russia has certainly made the allegation...."
The US and Ukraine would be in
violation "of the first article of the UN Convention on
the Prohibition of Bacteriological and Toxin
Weapons." It appeared that Putin's "special military
operation' targeted some of these dangerous labs."
In 2021, Ukrainian people petitioned
Zelensky to immediately close these U.S. bioweapons labs
in Ukraine. And Putin told Zelensky he needed to
shutter those labs...or Russia would invade and close them
for him. Zelensky did nothing - he was following
orders from the U.S.
Russia accused the U.S. of pulling out
parts of their Ukrainian bioweapons labs during the
invasion and moving them to the Congo. Where we are
seeing more Monkeypox and a new strain of Ebola recently
emerge. Coincidence?
It's NOT Russia
that's the problem...it's the U.S. and the people behind
these bioweapons labs - their funding, their
research.

(fellow cronies of Fauci) indicted now for bringing
monkeypox into the country from Congo - lying to customs,
etc. Dr. Munster is an NIH Ebola expert and
gain-of-function researcher.

Did Gabbard 'catch wind' of the U.S.
bioweapons labs in the Democratic Republic of Congo..the
labs that fled from the Russian invasion of Ukraine?
I hope so and I hope there is more coming out about
these hidden labs...and some legal 'follow up' by the
Trump administration/DOJ/FBI. I would assume
the labs Gabbard doesn't know about will go dark/go
underground so they can continue their 'research'.
Will these labs be somehow involved in the pestilences of
the Tribulation? I don't think Fauci ever went
away...
No telling what all these scientists
have created in these labs. And there is no doubt,
these labs are still being funded and the 'work' is
continuing....
