They end up in the lake of fire if their name is not found in the book of life as their punishment because the opposite of a reward is a punishment although I have never heard it called anti-reward before. Matt. 23:14, Mark 12:40, & Luke 20:47 does mention "greater damnation for the scribes & Pharisees who were hypocrites, and Judas committing the "greater sin" by delivering Him unto Pilate. So it sounds like a greater degree of punishment for those who have greater damnation.
