There is very, very little public
awareness or debate on the World Health Organization's
"Pandemic Treaty' and some 300 amendments to the
International Health Regulations (IHR) of the World Health
Organization. These will have far reaching powers and
consequences globally if passed. And it looks like
they will be passed. The U.S. and 18 other co-sponsor
states back all of these amendments. In fact,
the U.S. is the author of some of the most egregious
amendments attacking human rights and state sovereignty.
The Director-General of WHO today
has the far-reaching executive power to declare a public
health emergency of international concern (PHEIC)
when faced with an "extraordinary event" in one state which
is' determined to
constitute a public health risk to other States through the
international spread of disease and to potentially require a
coordinated international response.'
In this May 23, 2023 article about
the 'Pandemic Treaty':
"The World Health Organization is in the midst of
negotiating a new way to deal with pandemics...the WHO has
a target date of May 2024 for a legally binding agreement
to be adopted by the UN health agency's 194 member
countries."
"In parallel with the pandemic
accord negotiations, governments are also
discussing more than 300 amendments to the International
Health Regulations (2005) in an effort to
strengthen those regulations and make the world safer from
communicable diseases while ensuring greater equity in the
global response to public health emergencies..
The proposed IHR amendments will also be presented to the
World Health Assembly in 2024, and would together, with a
future pandemic accord, provide a comprehensive,
complementary and synergistic set of global health
agreements."

And here's a list of the proposed
amendments to the International Health Regulations by Member
States: (the United States has offered several power
grabbing amendments for WHO)

I read through some of these U.S.
amendments - lots of actual deleting/crossing out of
individual state rights. Replaced with more power for
WHO and less for the states.
The amendments proposed by the
U.S. "will lead to considerable extension of WHO's emergency
powers."

The proposed US
amendments give even more executive power to the WHO
Director - the U.S. wants to remove the need
to consult with and find agreement with the respective
state power. So if a country is having a 'health
emergency' the US wants WHO to be able to just step in
and take over.
Also, a U.S. amendment wants WHO
to have six Regional Directors who can declare a 'public
health emergency of regional concern' (PHERC).
And under U.S. amendments,
WHO will be given power "to fast-track development and
global distribution and administration of unlicensed
investigational diagnostics, therapeutics and
vaccines." So Big Pharma will fast-track vaccines,
drugs, etc - fast-track clinical trials, safety testing,
etc. This will also result in "advance purchase,
production and stockpile agreements with governments
before the existence of a concrete health threat to the
world's population has been detected..."
With the U.S. amendments
increasing WHO power within sovereign states, this will
restrict state rights. Also, U.S. amendments
will give WHO the ability to rely on information
"outside of official channels" about a health risk -
giving the respective states only 24 hours to verify
such information and
to accept WHO's offer to collaborate in "assessing the
potential for international disease spread..and the
adequacy of control measures." The state would
loose their ability "to express its views on the matter,
including on potentially unjustified allegations."
US proposals "do not envisage WHO consultations
with the respective
state parties concerning information indicating the
potential existence of an "international public health
alert' or a PHREC."
Also, U.S. amendments
increase WHO powers "in relation to member states'
freedom to determine their own health policies during a
PHEIC in light of local circumstances and preferences."
These
proposals grant WHO AND the U.S. Center for Disease
Control and Prevention (CDC) - since they are closely
associated (NOTE: AND THE U.S. CDC!!!!)- "the
right to carry out on-site assessments/send expert teams
that the state party in question cannot easily reject,
should be carefully analysed also in light of similar US
proposals made in 2004 during the then thorough revision
process of the IHR. At the time, some WHO regions
rejected the proposal as they suspected a US intention
behind them to gain access to biodefence research
facilities around the world, thus fearing espionage."
And after the way WHO
handled the SARS-Cov-2 pandemic - WHO adopted
"unprecedented medical and non-medical countermeasures
around the world having extensive second and third order
effects, despite the fact that the Infection Fatality
Rate is low, in particular for persons under the age of
70." And there was a much too long termination
date for the end of the pandemic.
This is from Michele Bachmann:
"Next year, they will merge the
pandemic treaty and the 300 Amendments, they will be
synchronized with each other...essentially one
document. And they will pass next year."
One year from
today. We will loose our sovereignty if this is
allowed to pass.
I have read that the WHO Director could call just about
anything a PHEIC (Public Health Emergency of International
Concern) - and that it could affect just about anything -
like obesity, smoking, banning of abortions, banning of
'gender affirming' surgery for children, spreading of
medical misinformation, refusing to take a
vaccine..... The International Health Regulations
(2005) is for public health risks. This definition could
very easily be broadened.
WHO: "Lack of access to
safe, timely, affordable and respectful abortion care is a
critical public health and human rights issue."
Abortion
"WHO worked with YouTube to
enhance their Covid-19 Misinformation Policy...this led to
the removal of 850,000 YouTube videos related to harmful and
misleading Covid-19 misinformation from February 2020 to
January 2021."
Combatting
misinformation online
WHO abused their power,
interfering with our freedom of speech here in the
U.S. And the Biden Administration allowed this.
There will definitely be some major
abuse of all of this new power, once this is signed into
international law.
In this article below in 'the
Defender', concerning these new amendments, WHO would gain
power over national borders (control of who could enter and
leave), move billions of dollars for emergency use and
impinge on individual human rights and freedoms.
These "Proposals would create 'worldwide totalitarian
medical and scientific police state'.
Dr. Francis Boyle
(bioweapons expert and professor of International Law) said
WHO's "latest proposal may violate international law."
He has called for the U.S. government to exit WHO.
Boyle said that "Either one or both will set up a
totalitarian medical and scientific police state that will
be beyond the control of national, state and local
government authorities. Both the IHR regulations and
the WHO treaty, as far as I can tell from reading them, are
specifically designed to circumvent national, state and
local government authorities when it comes to pandemics, the
treatment for pandemics and also including in there,
vaccines." Boyle said this pandemic treaty could issue
orders that would 'go down the pike' to your primary care
physician, controlling how he can treat you. Stated in
this WHO treaty, is it "will come into effect immediately
upon signature." Whoever is representing the U.S. can
be ordered by Biden to sign - that's all it will take to
become law.
A final vote on this is set for
May 2024 at the 77th World Health Assembly.
Along with Dr. Boyle, this article
quotes James Roguski and author and researcher; his
"analysis of the "Pandemic Treaty" warned that it will
create a "legally binding framework convention that would
hand over enormous additional, legally binding authority to
WHO....This would "dramatically expand the role of the WHO,
by including an entirely new bureaucracy, the "Conference of
the Parties", which would include not just member states but
"relevant stakeholders". (These stakeholders would be GAVI,
The Vaccine Alliance, World Bank Group, etc.) This new
bureaucracy, according to Roguski, would be empowered to
analyze social media to identify misinformation and
disinformation in order to counter it with their own
propaganda. The WHO currently partners with numerous
such organizations, such as "fact-checking" firm NewsGuard,
for these purposes."
"Roguski said the
pandemic treaty would also speed up the approval process
for drugs and injectables, provide support for gain-of-function
research, develop a "Global Review Mechanism" to
oversee national health systems, implement the concept of
"One Health" and increase funding for so called "tabletop
exercises" or "simulations".
"One Health, a brain child of WHO,
is described as "an integrated, unifying approach to balance
and optimize the health of people, animals, and the
environment"...and is particularly important to prevent,
predict, detect and respond to global health threats such as
the Covid-19 pandemic." "In turn, "tabletop exercises"
and "simulations" such as "Event 201", were remarkably
prescient in "predicting" the Covid-19 and monkeypox
outbreaks before they actually occurred....the pandemic
treaty would provide a structure to redirect massive amounts
of money via crony capitalism to corporations that profit
from the declarations of Public Health Emergencies of
International Concern and fear-mongering that naturally
follows such emergency declarations."
Roguski said these new
regulations can deal with "anything that had the potential
to be a rick to public health...and would open up the
doors wide to massive abuse...." "The WHO
will no longer need to consult any sovereign nation in which
an event may or may not be occurring within that nation
before declaring that this is a Public Health Emergency of
International Concern within the borders of that
nation." WHO would be the coordinating authority and
could "mandate a variety of policies globally, which would
be legally binding on member nations."
"These policies could
include requiring medical examinations or proof of such
exams, requiring proof of vaccination, refusing travel,
implementing quarantine and contact tracing or requiring
travelers to furnish health declarations, to fill out
passenger locator forms and to carry digital global health
certificates." Health authorities could
commandeer aircraft, ships at their discretion. They
could "commandeer the means of production of
pharmaceuticals". This would "facilitate digital
access to everyone's private health records...also
facilitate the censorship of any differing opinions under
the guise of mis-information or dis-information."
None of this is involving
the general public. It's behind closed
doors involving secret meetings. With follow up
reports using "vague and undefined terminology and vague
criteria by which to measure preparedness."
An individual citizen would loose
their "right to privacy", their right "to choose or refuse
treatment", their right to "express one's opinions", their
rights "to protect one's children, to be with family and
friends, "and to be free from discrimination, including
discrimination on the basis of one's vaccination status."
Francis Boyle "described the
proposals as a massive power grab by Fauci, the CDC, the
WHO, Bill Gates, Big Pharma, the biowarfare industry (DoD)
and Tedros (WHO Director General).
The Future of the World:
"The head of the World Health
Organization is warning that the next pandemic...could be
even worse." Covid could come surging back. And "the
threat of another pathogen emerging with even deadlier
potential remains." Bill Gates said that the next
pandemic will be "a different pathogen next time."
Interesting..since we are finding out that SAR-CoV-2
was a man-made bioweapon.
It is not Mother Nature
that humans should fear - it's our own governments and
their bioweapons laboratories with their illegal
gain-of-function research. Especially that
belonging to our own DoD!
What this pandemic treaty and
amendments do is everything Fauci, the CDC, the U.S. DoD,
the Biden Administration, Pfizer, Bill Gates, etc. struggled
to do in the U.S. They fought against U.S. citizens
with lockdowns, mandates, forced vaccinations,
misinformation, etc. Once this passes, WHO will take
care of everything they struggled with. And the CDC
will be the power behind WHO. So the U.S. isn't
loosing power, it will be gaining power - world power.
And gain-of-function will be the top funded research in all
of the U.S. biolevel 4 labs.
