This is what the WEF and WHO have
wanted for a long time: WHO given authority over
pandemics. And a "pandemic" is anything THEY call a
pandemic. Last year, they didn't get enough
governments to sign on....
On February 27, 194 WHO member
states will meet to "work out the final terms" and then
ratify the final draft. It looks like it won't come to
a final vote until 2024 - that's just next year.
This "grants the WHO the power to
declare and manage a global pandemic emergency. Once a
health emergency is declared, all signatories, including the
United States, would submit to the authority of the
WHO regarding treatments, government regulations such as
lockdowns and vaccine mandates, global supply chains,
and monitoring and surveillance of
populations."

Physicians will do like they did
during Covid - treat patients, not like they believe is
right or medically correct, but as they are told.
This is medical tyranny above and
beyond what we've seen with Covid. Having WHO dictate
how our doctors respond to a health issue. And
deciding what is a "pandemic".
"They want to see a centralized,
vaccine-and-medication-based response and a very
restrictive response in terms of controlling populations...They
get to decide what is a health emergency, and they are
putting in place a surveillance mechanism that will ensure
that there are potential emergencies to declare," said David
Bell, "a public health physician and former WHO staffer
specializing in epidemic policy."
This agreement would supersede the
laws of the members of WHO. "This would set up a
worldwide medical police
state under the control of the WHO, and in particular WHO
Director-General Tedros," said Francis Boyle, international
law professor at the University of Illinois College of
Law. (Dr. Boyle wrote our bioweapons laws under
President Bush.)
WHO will tell primary care
physicians what they can and can't give as treatments.
Would this really be legal?
"...the draft also includes a clause that the accord
will go into effect on a "provisional" basis as soon as
it's signed by delegates to the WHO and would, therefore,
be legally binding on members without being ratified by
legislatures."
Francis Boyle went on to say that
"Whoever drafted this clause knew as much about U.S.
constitutional law and international law as I did, and
deliberately drafted it to circumvent the power of the
Senate to give its advice and consent to treaties, to
provisionally bring it into force immediately upon
signature." Also, "the Biden administration
will take the position that this is an international
executive agreement that the president can conclude of his
own accord without approval by Congress and is binding on
the United States of America, including all state and local
democratically elected officials, governors, attorney
generals and health officials."
In the U.S., the federal
government does not has authority over health care - the
states do. This was a problem for the Biden
administration when it came to imposing vaccines, masks,
mandates, social distancing and other 'rules' they wanted to
enforce. To circumvent this little problem, "The Biden
administration went to the WHO, for either the regulations
or the treaty, to get around domestic oppositions,"
per Dr. Boyle.
Along with this agreement,
member states will "implement "One Health Surveillance".
"One Health is a concept that has been embraced by the
United Nations, the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention, the World Bank and other global
organizations. One Health includes all human
and animal activities - along with climate and racism,
even fisheries management. One Health would
include carbon emissions as a health issue, and health
emergency. The WHO draft doesn't identify what exactly "One
Health surveillance" actually is or what it involves.
That is to be "worked out later".
Will the coming "One Health
Surveillance", which they have yet to define, include a
Digital ID or a mark? So they will know who has taken
their vaccines or not this time. Who is following the
mandates or not this time.
All member states would agree to
the "official narrative when it comes to information about a
pandemic." So they will monitor all public
communication for "misinformation, disinformation and
false news" under the guise of "strengthening
public trust."
In July of 2020, President Trump
withdrew the U.S. from WHO membership. Then Biden
signed the paperwork on his first day in office to rejoin
WHO.
Governments of the world are to
submit to the "One Health" agenda under the dictatorship of
WHO/WEF.
This medical tyranny will take
control of anything THEY decide to call a health emergency -
whether it's carbon emissions, climate change, bird flu in
chickens, more Covid-19 variants, the common cold, too much
methane production from cows, water pollution with dioxin,
etc..
On the WHO website, One Health "is
an integrated, unifying approach that aims to sustainably
balance and optimize the health of people, animals and
ecosystems. It recognizes that the health of humans,
domestic and wild animals, plants and the wider environment
(including ecosystems) are closely linked and
interdependent...By linking humans, animals and the
environment, One Health can help to address the
full spectrum of disease control - from prevention to
detection, preparedness, response and management - and
contribute to global health security."

The people of the world will no
longer have any freedoms. We will be bound to the evil
few who work according to satan's agenda. Creating a
world of slaves - total control of people, animals and the
environment. (And that includes our food
production.) This is not what God wants for His
world. Satan's agenda is to use men to destroy the
earth.
In Revelation 11:18, we are told
that at the end, God will "destroy those who destroy the
earth".
On February 27, the WHO's
Intergovernmental Negotiating Body is scheduled to "work out
the final terms, which members will then sign," legally
binding the 194 member states to the medical tyranny of a
few. The Biden administration is ready to sign on.
If this gets ratified, WHO could
declare their long fought for "climate emergency" - this
will effect every aspect of our lives - work, food, travel,
products sold/bought/manufactured, etc. And they will
"surveil" everything we do.
"The U.S. federal
government is tracking people who decided not to get the
Covid-19 vaccine injection, according to
bombshell federal government records and video exclusively
obtained by National File. ...unvaccinated people are
quietly tracked when they go to the doctor's office or to
the hospital due to a quiet new program proposed and
implemented by the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention. Government meeting materials make clare
that the new program is designed to "track people who are
not immunized or only partially immunized."

Our CDC is all over this "One
Health" - and I can see THEM going after our pets - dogs,
cats and other animals, as on this CDC.gov website, they
identified Covid-19 virus in "companion, wildlife, zoo and
production animals, including cats, dogs....One Health
investigations and animal surveillance are crucial in
evaluating transmission of SARS-CoV-2 between people and
animals."
All WHO would have to do is say all dogs and cats need to be
euthanized. All cattle and pigs and chicken need to be
killed. To stop "climate change" or Covid spread or
some such utter nonsense. And it would be law -
enforceable by the government.
The discussion of this draft will
be done in a series of meetings on Feb 24 to March 3.
Supposedly a final draft won't be ready for signing until
2024. By then they will have their "surveillance"
requirements worked out. (And I suppose THEY could
rush this through for signing this year.)
