Habakkuk 3:2 O Lord, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid:
O Lord [revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; IN WRATH REMEMBER MERCY.

note: this is God's wrath in the midst of years. [ tribulation/ latter days]

3) God came from Te'man, AND the Holy One ( Jesus Christ) from mount Pa'ran.
Selah. ( stop, understand, ponder, reflect )
His glory [covered] the heavens, AND [the earth] was [full] of his praise.
There has never been a time [yet] in the history of this world where these TWO saviours were glorified and their praise filled the earth ! Never. Not Yet.
It will happen once our Christ rules and reigns here upon the earth.
Obadiah 1:21
And saviours shall [come] up on mount Zion [to judge the mount of Esau;] AND the kingdom shall be the Lord's.

Revelation 11:15
And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, [The kingdoms of this world are BECOME the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ;] and he shall reign for ever and ever.
Rev 10:7
But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, [when he shall BEGIN to sound, [ the mystery of God should be finished,] [as] he hath declared to his [servants] the prophets. (Habakkuk and Obadiah etc) 

Habakkuk 3:3 and Obadiah ( Esau's judgment] are [not] past and over with, they are yet future.
