My KJV in the margin says Obadiah 1:12-14 was 587 BC and Habakkuk 3:3 was 626 BC [both James Ussher's chronology].

 

587 was ca. time Judah was taken to Babylon by Nebuchadnezzar.

626 was ca. time of supposed birth of Nebuchadnezzar.
