Hi John and Doves,

"TO EAR: The Beast of Daniel & Revelation Has A Shia or Shiite Head"Hi Donna,
My advice to you is please stop combining Daniels visions if you really want to understand what is going on in the world… (re: your third paragraph, above), and especially don’t join Daniel and Revelation together! Daniel is for the Jews… Revelation is for Christians (broadly speaking)!
Re: the contents of Daniel’s chapters:
Daniel 2 gives a broad and overall view of 4 kingdoms and their successors, and the Roman Empire and its decline. Also the kingdom the saints would receive…
Daniel 7 is about 4 beast/empires that will rise up, with particular emphasis on the European part of the 4th beast/Holy Roman Empire (1st Reich), German Empire (2nd Reich), Nazi Germany (3rd Reich) and Inquisitions that persecuted the saints of God (Jews) during the 9th to 20th Century, eventually causing the Holocaust. The 4th beast ‘little horn’ and Germany died in flames in 1945. Afterward, the Jews received their kingdom inheritance: the State of Israel in 1948 (Dan. 7:27).
NB. Three of the remaining beasts from Daniel 7 (v.12) had their lives prolonged to reappear in Revelation, as the leopard, bear, lion beast with seven heads, in a tripartite form to show the territory it occupied. This was a totally separate vision seen by John on Patmos, for the end-time (post 1920).
Daniel 8 relates to the several historical conflicts between Media-Persian Empire (Ram with two horns), and the kingdom of Greece, (Male Goat with the large horn), Cf. Dan. 8:20–21. A different ‘domestic animal’ metaphor is used in Daniel 8 to depict what they did (head butt), and to portray the make-up and breakup of both Empires; whereas in Daniel 7:5–6 the same two empires were previously described briefly as ‘wild beasts’ (2nd/bear and 3rd/leopard), showing them as predecessors for the 4th beast and its vile actions.
Daniel 9 tells how Daniel’s reading of Jeremiah 29–33 told him about the length of their exile, and about the New Covenant (Jere. 31:31–34; cf. Hebrews 8:8–12, confirmed in Christ) that God would provide for the Jews through Messiah the Prince; this would take a long period of time after their exile had ended. Reading Jeremiah provoked Daniel’s long prayer that was answered by Gabriel in the Prophecy of 70 weeks that has been misinterpreted by dispensationalists to refer to anti-Christ: (i.e., a name I prefer not to use of a man, but of a spirit of unbelief!) 1 John 4:1–6

Chapters 10-11 covers future events for the people of Judah, the break-up of the 3rd kingdom (Macedon-Greece) and intrigues between the Seleucid and Ptolemy dynasties in Syria and Egypt.
Chapter 12 contains final instructions about the end of the age.
As far as the anagrams you provided are concerned… anyone can make up anything they fancy from mixing up the letters in a sentence! I have found the ‘words’ in the Bible have been carefully chosen, and when studied in depth they lead to understanding and not to confusion.
See my ‘A History of kingdoms –January 21, 2024, which gives a colour-coded outline of Biblical references combined with historical events, which provide the basis for the books I have written.
Maranatha,
