For years, militiaries have been testing biological
and chemical weapons on their populations without their
knowledge....and it's still going on.

From 1949 to 1969, the U.S. army conducted 239
"open-air" tests of biological agents on its own
population. They worked in cooperation with the U.K.
and Canada to "develop defenses to enemy attacks by
biological weapons." According to the Nuremburg Code
there is suppose to be "voluntary, informed consent" for
this sort of 'testing'. Information on the military
actions was discovered via the testimony of scientists and
the FOIA.
In September, 1950, there was a special operations
division from Fort Detrick; one of their experiments was
called Operation Sea Spray. The "purpose of this
experiment was to spray large quantities of bacteria
(Serratia marcescens) over the San Francisco Bay area from a
ship just offshore, in order to determine how vulnerable a
coastal city may be to a bioweapons attack. From the
20th to the 27th of September 1950 the U.S. Navy released
two different bacteria from on board their vessel in the
bay. Everyone involved believed the bacteria to be
harmless to humans. Based on monitoring equipment
stationed in 43 separate locations around San Francisco the
U.S. Army were able to determine that the city had received
a large enough dose for nearly every single member of its
800,000 strong population to have inhaled as least 5,000
particles. In terms of proving vulnerability to a
biological attack well, the experiment was a resounding
success. Unfortunately...on October 11th 1950, eleven
San Francisco residents were admitted to Stanford Hospital,
all displaying a very rare form of urinary tract infection
(caused by Searratia marcescens)." (The San Francisco
experiment became public knowledge in 1976) In 1977
there was a Senate subcommittee on this topic... The
military admitted what they did but denied it had any link
to "rising illnesses in the area". One of the sick
residents (Edward Nevin) ended up dying.
Dr. Stephen Weitzman testified that "the coincidence
of time and place is absolutely overwhelming, there is a
very good probability that the organisms used by the army
are the organisms that killed Edward Nevin. Later it
was thought this experiment was responsible for the
increased number of heart valve infections noticed at the
time. There is no evidence that the population was
warned before the Navy's experiment.
"The same bacteria was used by American and British
scientists as late as the 1970s in
the U.K. during the "DICE" germ warfare trials in
Dorset, only this time it was mixed with phenol and an
anthrax stimulant. Panama, Key West Florida, Minnesota
(Zinc Cadmium Sulphide), Washington, New York, the New
Jersey turnpike were other sites for experimentation.

"The Ministry of Defence turned large parts of the country
into a giant laboratory to conduct a series of secret germ
warfare tests on the public...Many of these tests involved
releasing potentially dangerous chemicals and
micro-organisms over vast swaths of the population without
the public being told...The report reveals that military
personnel were briefed to tell any 'inquisitive inquirer'
the trials were part of research projects into weather and
air pollution." Zinc cadmium sulphide was also
released on the English public - it is now recognized as a
cause of lung cancer and "during the Second World War was
considered by the Allies as a chemical weapon." The
U.K. Military of Defense also released bacteria from a ship
off the Dorset cost - " They also released bacteria in the
London Underground at lunchtime "spraying
the micro-organisms in a five to 10-mile radius." .

The most 'appalling and direct' experiment took place
on June 6th, 1966 in the New York subway - along the 7th and
8th Avenue lines. A group of scientists entered the
subway and "then preceded to smash and deploy the light
bulbs they were equipped with at various different locations
throughout the subway. Each light bulb
contained many trillions of bacteria so much so that they
left partially visible clouds when broken."
"Army scientists would conclude that it took between
four and thirteen minutes for train passengers to be exposed
to the bacteria."
"Dropping an agent package to the roadbed from a
rapidly moving train is an easy and effective method for
covert contamination of a segment of a subway line with a
biological agent...It it aerosolized and dispersed rapidly
by the movement of trains, penetrating stations and trains
in the area and persisting there for one hour or longer."
"According to
their report just five minutes after deploying the bacteria at
the 23rd street station it could be detected at every station
between 14th street and 59th. Over the next four days
they estimated that more than one million people had been
exposed. While the army suggested they had conducted the
trial to measure the vulnerabilities of the subway to
biological attack the report also stresses that this could be
used as an offensive measure and cites multiple foreign
entities that have large underground transport systems such as
the Soviet Union, Europe and South America."

These 'experiments' were not without consequence on
the public - from birth defects, various odd illnesses and
infections, lung/breathing problems, miscarriages, learning
difficulties, even deaths, etc.

Porton Down in the U.K. and the U.S. military
conducted secret bioweapon and chemical weapons experiments
on their unsuspecting public.
And they are still doing this! "Operation Warp
Speed" was a military operation. Covid-19 "vaccine"
was released under Emergency Use Authorization without
proper clinical testing. The American public became
the clinical trial for this. The U.S. military has a
history of 'testing' on the American public without their
knowledge and without their informed consent.
And these same organizations - the U.S.military and
Porton Down are working on their plans for Disease X.
What can possibly go wrong??
Disease X is
coming -
Seems no one can call THEM to task for their 'attacks'
on citizens - as there is no oversight for what has been
happening. The censorship brought about by these
entities is almost total. Any follow-up seems hollow
and impotent and these organizations are 'protected'.
This information shows that THEY can do what they want
without informing anyone. And we have no idea what is
going on where. Research at bioweapons labs continues
and only THEY know on what and why. Only THEY know
what Disease X really is.
