The 'threat' of Disease X has been around for a
while - I believe it was first mentioned in 2017 by WHO.
This article is dated 7 August 2023 - "A new vaccine
development unit has opened at the high-security Porton
Down laboratories in a bid to tackle "Disease X" and other
unknown future threats."
To go along with the WEF and UK's '100 day to a
vaccine' agenda - the UK has built a state-of-the-art unit
for vaccine development right next to their biological
warfare laboratory. Porton Down will be working on a
Disease X 'vaccine'. "The Vaccine Development and
Evaluation Centre (VDEC) in Wiltshire will house more than
200 scientists working to support development of vaccines
to protect against threats including avian in influenza,
Mpox and Crimean-Congo Haemorrhagic Fever."
"Run by the UK Health Security Agency, the
unit is designed to support the global "100 Days
Mission" on vaccines, which aims to create prototype
vaccines for all major viral pathogens ahead of a new
outbreak. This new centre cements the
UK's global position spearheading pandemic preparedness,
vaccine development and scientific discovery..This
state-of-the-art complex will also help us deliver on
our commitment to produce new vaccines within 100 days
of a new threat being identified."
"The new unit at Porton Down holds samples
of some of the most deadly pathogens and has several
"Level Four" laboratories - the highest security
category. Only twenty of the UKHSA's
scientists have clearance to work in these facilities."
"Chain-link fences topped with barbed wire mark its
perimeter, while CCTV cameras cover every angle inside and
out. The walls are sterile and white and marked with
red hazard signs."
"The Vaccine Development and Evaluation Center is
situated at the UKHSA's Porton Down site, where it
neighbors the separate Defense Science and Technology
Laboratory."
"More than 200 scientists will be housed at the new
centre developing vaccines for bird flu, Mpox (Monkeypox)
and Crimean-Congo Haemorrhagic Fever."
I have no high expectations for these agencies in
the UK, the US or anywhere else to have mankind's best
interests at heart. The US DoD is involved in so
much of our pathogen and "vaccine" research - which is
really just a cover for "biological weapons
research". Everyone knows this. And now this
UK lab is housed beside the UK bioweapons lab....I see the
same overlap of departments and issues we have with our
DoD.
Now we know that the mRNVA "vaccine" was used on
people as 'their clinical trials' - that are still on
going. THEY are learning from those injected.
This is just yet another study or experiment with a
biological weapon.
This article actually has info on the history of
problems at this bioweapons lab - reminded me of our CDC
and U.S. Public Health Service and the syphilis 'research'
which began in 1932 - 1972 on African American men in the
U.S. (the Tuskegee Study) - a study on the full
progression of the disease - the participants were told
they were being treated for 'bad blood' - they were
promised 'free medical care' if they took part in this
study. The researchers were told not to treat the
participants - the men died - going blind or insane or
exhibiting other severe health issues due to the untreated
syphilis. And then there was the US state-sponsored
radiation experiments from 1944 to 1974. A 1995
Human Radiation Commission was appointed to evaluate
ethics - their report found 'no ethical issues'. Of
course.
Here's what happened at Porton Down:
"Hundreds of servicemen were subjected to unethical
chemical experiments at Porton Down before the Second
World War and throughout the Cold War, many of whom
volunteered believing they were part of trials to treat
the common cold."
"The UK's chemical and biological weapons programme
was closed down in the 1950s." (so we're told)
"Porton Down has since been active in developing
effective countermeasures to the constantly evolving
threat posed by chemical and biological weapons."
"The UK government website is also very clear on one
long-standing conspiracy: no aliens either alive or
dead have ever been taken to Porton Down."
To follow up on Pordon Down and the UK Military -
"During the Cold War, the British Government used the
general public as unwitting biological and chemical
warfare guinea pigs...In more than 750 secret operations,
hundreds of thousands of ordinary Britons were subjected
to "mock' biological and chemical warfare attacks launched
from aircraft, ships and road vehicles....The new
research...has revealed that British military aircraft
dropped thousands of kilos of chemical of 'largely unknown
toxic potential' on British civilian populations in and
around Salisbury in Wiltshire, Cardington in Bedfordshire
and Norwich in Norfolk. Substantial quantities were
also dispersed across parts of the English Channel and the
North Sea. The research reveals, for the first time,
that around 4600 kilos of the chemical, zinc caminium
sulphide (potentially carcinogenc) was dispersed from
ships, aircraft and moving lorries between 1953 and
1964." And an "unknown biological warfare field
trial was carried out in the capital's tube system in May
1964." This secret operation was carried out by
Porton Down...who released "large quantities of bacteria
called Bacillus globigii.. Scientists were looking
at travel of aerosols due to within the train or within
the air ventilation system. There was another test
with live plague bacteria on the west cost of Scotland in
1952 The UK moved on to the Bahamas for
further testing. They released Venezuelan Equine
Encephalitis viruses over the sea near the Bahamas.
Nigeria was used for chemical warfare field trials
involving experimental nerve gas weapons.
My point for reporting on this is that governments
see their 'research' more valuable than their citizens -
who are unknowing participants in experimentation.
We are nothing but peons and useless feeders to
them. THEY have no ethics when it comes to their
'research'.
The Covid-19 virus and following Covid-19 mRNA
"vaccines" should make us all acutely aware of how little
value we are to our governments. The mRNA "vaccines"
were never truly clinically tested in a Phase II, III or
Phase IV before being released to the public. The public
inoculations became the second, third and fourth
phases. And are on going. We have been
experimented on.
There are many of us that believe that 'Disease X'
has been pre-planned - like SARS-CoV-2 - and the "vaccine"
to "Disease X' has probably already been
pre-manufactured. All for depopulation and
control. It's a more advanced and sophisticated
re-run of Covid-19 with less 'bugs' present such as mis
and disinformation to deal with.
An example of this is Google's February 2024 update
to their 'inappropriate content policy' to clarify their
definition of 'Sensitive Event'. A 'Sensitive Event'
is an unforeseen event or development that creates
significant risk to Google's ability to provide high
quality, relevant information and ground truth...Examples
of Sensitive Events include events with
significant social, cultural or political impact,
such as civil emergencies, natural disasters, public
health emergencies, terrorism, and related
activities, conflict or mass acts of violence."

Alphabet, Inc owns Google, Youtube. Which has
a huge audience.
With 'Disease X' , THEY are getting all of their
ducks in a row. The Davos meetings should help firm
things up for them and show them loose ends they need to
deal with.
A friend sent me an article titled, "Everything is
in place and nobody can stop us." Reminded me of a
group of men and the Tower of Babel. We all know how well
that went for them.
