More has come out on those U.S.
bioweapons labs that were in Ukraine. Russia told us
back in 2022 that those labs were moved to Africa and
Southeast Asia. And now the Russian military is
telling us what they know about these African labs.
They want an investigation and they want this research
stopped.
Interesting timing right before
the New Year celebrations, Jan 6 the electoral vote and Jan
20 the inauguration. We know how desperate the Deep
State is to stop President Trump. How desperate are
they?
Russia is warning us and the world
for a second time. This time, listing several African
countries that the U.S. military is involved in - possibly
creating bioweapons. Even after their top radiation,
chemical and biological defense force leader was
assassinated recently - he also warned us about these
bioweapons labs and that the Biden admin was planning a
false flag bioweapons attack on Americans. Now another
man in the same department is warning us and the
world. The Russians are being very persistent with
this.
Maybe it's time we listen.
Back in 2022 the Russians reported
what they found in these bioweapons labs in Ukraine to the
U.N. Security Council where they were poo-pooed so they
advanced their claims via Article V of the Biological
Weapons Convention. That went nowhere too. The U.S.
made a big stink about this, denying everything.
The Russians reported on these
bioweapons labs that they secured in Ukraine, confiscating
documents, pathogens, equipment, etc. AND they
presented documentation on the U.S. working on
spreading pathogens via migratory birds and they found
info on a U.S. patent for an unmanned aerial vehicle for
aerial release and they found actual aerial vehicles and
drones with containers and equipment for spraying
bioagents.
And now we've got large
unidentified drones that the U.S. government refuses to
acknowledge flying over more than a dozen states.
Hmmmm.
Some History on Ukraine's
Bioweapons Labs:
There is quite
the history to these bioweapons labs. Ukraine broke
away from the Communist USSR in 1991 when Gorbachev's
government collapsed. Old USSR labs were left in
Ukraine. In August 2005, Senator Lugar "announced
that the United States and Ukraine signed an agreement
August 20 to counter the threats of proliferation of
biological weapons and expertise." This was known as
the Nunn-Lugar Cooperative Threat Reduction agreement to
"assist Ukraine in upgrading security for biological
pathogens of health laboratories throughout Ukraine and
will help improve the detection, diagnosis and treatment
of infectious disease outbreaks in Ukraine." Senator
Lugar and then Senator Barack Obama visited one of the
facilities covered in this agreement. This lab did
"research on pathogens that cause diseases such as
anthrax, tularemia, brucellosis, listeriosis, diptheria,
cholera and typhoid." This research was for
naturally occurring outbreaks "or as a result of
bioterrorism."

Ukraine Sign Agreement to Counter Threat of Bioterrorism
Why were these
labs allowed to continue with storage and research of such
dangerous pathogens? There was too much oversight
and rules to follow in the U.S. concerning biological
research - there were no such rules in Ukraine. (Just like
now in Africa.)
This agreement
with Ukraine brought in millions in funding for Ukraine's
biological weapons labs. Then, later, Hunter
Biden via his Rosemont Seneca company played a role in
funding these U.S. bioweapons labs in Ukraine - The New York
Post provided proof of this back in March 2022. The U.S DoD
gave tens of millions to Metabiota for "research and
development" in these Ukraine/U.S. labs. Nathan Wolfe,
founder of Metabiota, is an American virologist and
epidemiologist and WEF Young Global Leader (He also knows
Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein) he was heavily
involved in these labs in Ukraine. And when Russia
invaded, he left for his lab in the Congo.
We were warned in 2022 by Russia
about what was going on in Ukraine. Lt. General Igor
Kirillov warned us in 2022 - about these labs, how they were
funded and what they were doing. This information and
documentation found at the labs, captured by Russia, during
the first part of their invasion of Ukraine, was presented
to the U.N. Security Council. The U.S. called it
'Russian propaganda, disinformation, lies'. THEY
fact-checked this Russian information to death. (The
U.S. later admitted to the presence of these labs.)
These claims of U.S. biological
weapons labs in Ukraine were refereed to as:
"fantastical lies", "fanciful claims", "cartoonish
propaganda", "fabrications", "false allegations", "spurious
claims". The U.N. said they "are not aware of any
biological weapons programs." Not only did Russia
present there proof to the U.N. Security Council (when that
flopped) they followed up by triggering the Article V
provision of the Biological Weapons Convention. The
last time Article V was used was in 1997 by the Government
of Cuba accusing the U.S. of flying U.S. aircraft over Cuban
territory and 'spraying an unknown substance'. The U.S.
denied any such thing was going on.

Russian Lt. General Igor
Kirillov Warned the U.S. of Biological Weapons Attack,
2022:
It's probably a good 'guess' that
the Biden admin, via the CIA, had Lt. General Igor Kirillov
assassinated. He was Chief of the Radiation, Chemical
and Biological Protection Forces of the Armed Forces of the
Russian Federation.
Kirillov waned that the Biden
administration was planning to launch a false flag attack in
the U.S. to create a new pandemic. And blame
Putin. He thought this was timed for before the
November election. He warned about a new variant of
monkeypox in the Congo that "causes miscarriage and has a
fatality rate of 10 percent." He also said that
a new deadly disease was to be spread by the U.S. government
via "migratory birds." (from info confiscated from
these labs - but he didn't consider the use of drones!
Much more effective and controllable.)

The Russians also told us, back in
2022, that these Ukrainian labs were moved to various
countries in Africa - particularly the Congo. To escape
the Russian advance in Ukraine. Congo is where Dr.
Wolfe was/is. And that particularly nasty Monkeypox
variant that 'showed up' suddenly.
African Bioweapons Labs 2024:
And on December 24,
2024 this article came out: The African continent is
the new focus of American biolab activities, the Defense
Ministry of Moscow has claimed.
"The US is
significantly expanding its military-biological presence
in Africa, raising concerns about sovereignty and
healthcare dependencies among participating nations, new
analysis from the Russian military has claimed...Studies
on the resistance of pathogenic microorganisms to medical
drugs are reportedly being conducted in 18 African
countries, while funding is provided through the US
Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)."

(monkeypox) Washington "delivered 10,000 doses of a
vaccine produced by the Danish company Bavarian Nordic."

US invested $40 million plus a project to study Lassa

US Army Medical Center "deployed a
network of field stations to monitor the spread of
infectious diseases in Equatorial African states."
"Metabiota" is one
of the "real clients" behind military-biological
projects. "Its requests are reportedly directed
towards the US Army's Infectious Diseases
Research Institute."
Russia said
that during the Ebola outbreak in Sierra Leone in 2014,
Pentagon employees "isolated virulent strains
and subsequently smuggled them....to the US Army's
Infectious Diseases Research Institute."

point of interest for the US government, which views the
region as unlimited natural reservoir of dangerous
pathogens and a testing ground for experimental medical
treatments, the Russian military has

attention was drawn to the transfer of unfinished Ukrainian

Rtishchev, the deputy chief of the Radiation, Chemical and
Biological Defense Troops, Washington's system for managing
biological risks in other countries was tested in Ukraine
and Georgia, and is now actively employed in Africa."

concerned about the efforts of Russia and China to engage
with African nations in exposing the true nature of the US
military biological programs, according to Rtishchev."
"Reporting on US biolab activities
was one of the main priorities of Lt. Gen. Igor Kirillov,
the Russian military's top official on the hazards posed by
weapons of mass destruction. He was murdered along
with his assistant in Moscow last week."
Dr. Peter McCullough and
Others Are Taking This Russian Info Seriously:
Interesting timing. Dr.
McCullough obviously doesn't trust the U.S
government/military either.
Nicolas Hulscher wrote the
following in "Courageous Discourse", Dec 24, 2024. He
and Dr. McCullough have called for a ban on gain-of-function
research.
Russia noted that sponsors
of these biological activities, include the Gates
Foundation and the Clinton Foundation.

functions of microorganisms are actively operating in
Africa."

international biolabs - including their founders - that may
be conducting bioweapons research, to prevent another
man-made pandemic."

Add all of this to the large drones
that have suddenly shown up in mass in over a dozen
states. And the Jan 6 electoral vote coming up in D.C.
and the inauguration on Jan 20 in D.C.
Then we have all of these
drones. And Russia warned us about their discovering
documents and equipment inside the U.S. bioweapons labs they
secured in Ukraine - showing the U.S. was working on
spreading pathogens via migratory birds (drones would be
better) and they found aerial vehicles and drones with
containers and equipment that could be used to spray
bioagents. And they found info on a U.S. patent for an
unmanned aerial vehicle for the release of
mosquitoes.
These unmanned aerial vehicles
could be modified to release 'other things'.
We know that U.S. government is
covering up what these drones are doing, and whose they
are. These could easily be testing out the dropping of
aerosols on the public. They could easily be testing
the public's response to these things and how well they obey
the FAA in terms not shooting these down or taking these
down in other ways. It's illegal. And we've been
told that ta warning went out about "a possible payload on a
downed drone' - keep 300 feet away, call hazmat, call the
FBI... why? If they aren't a public threat....
What would we see on these
drones? Canisters? Aerial spraying
equipment?
As has been said many times, keep
lying to the public and conspiracy theories, speculations
will run rampant.
Since these drones are legal per
FAA lighting (the red, green and white lights) they are
'ours' more than likely. And telling us they aren't a
threat when they admit they know nothing about them and
refuse to shoot one down is ridiculous.
The U.S., Saudis, Israel, etc.
shot down those drones Iran sent over to attack Israel
earlier this year, but our government won't even consider
trying to take one down even to analyze it. Like they
already know whose they are, what they are doing, what's
their mission, etc.
Who trusts the U.S.
government? Who trusts the U.S. military? The
Biden admin isn't gone - it doesn't want to be 'gone'.
How far will they go to stop the electoral college vote
results on Jan 6? How far will they go to stop the
inauguration on Jan 20? How far will they go to cause
chaos, havoc, fear in the American people?
Some weaponized pathogens could
have fairly lengthy incubation periods. People
wouldn't know they were exposed or infected for some time -
meanwhile, they could be spreading it themselves.
For Russia to warn us twice
- this is a BIG deal.
Americans are already suspicious
of the government and these drones.

In past letters
to Doves about these Russian 'allegations', I noted some
interesting findings by the Russians.
The Russians reported they had
proof the U.S. was working with drones to spread
bioweapons. The drones had cannisters.
Here's my letter from 30 Oct 2022

operation in Ukraine, they secured these biolabs along with
documents that prove "a most vivid insigt int he scale and
focus of these military and biological activities on the
territory of Ukraine." They noted 422 cholera storage
units and 32 anthrax storage units. Along with a
"large number of test tubes that contained the same strains
of different pathogens." "Absent mass outbreaks of
these diseases in Ukraine in recent years, the range and
accumulated volumes of bioagents challenge their alleged
preventive, protective and other peaceful purposes."
"At the same time, the list of studied pathogens disagrees
with the current Ukraine's health issues...but included
pathogens of dangerous infectious diseases that are
potential agents of biological weapons."
"The documents obtained contain
the description ofo UP-4, Flu0Flyway and P-781 projects to
study the possibility to spread dangerous infecitons through
migratory birds *including highly pathogenic influenza and
Newcastle disease) and bats (including pathogens of plague,
leptospirosis, brucellosis, as well as coronviruses and
filoviruses that are potentially infectious to humans that
can be considered as means of delivery. The geographic
scope of both projects included the Russia-bordering regions
of Ukraine as well as the territory of Russia itself."
The Russians also reported
finding aerial vehicles and drones with containers and
equipment that could be used to spray bioagents."
They also have information on a U.S.
patent for "an unamanned aerial vehicle for the aerial
release of the infected mosquitoes.."designed to be
applied as a technical means of delivery and use of a
biological weapon - "biological and immunobiological
agents, bacteria and viruses" (including those highly
contagious) "that could wipe out 100 per
cent of the enemy troops." "The attacked people get
infected with the highly contagious diseases via mosquito
bites..the document goes on to state that "sickness can be a
more valuable military tool, than the most up to date
military guns and equipment." "Therefore it follows
that a container as a bioagent delivery means has been
developed and can be quickly manufactured."
Now we are having these 'large'
drones show up and the government is pretty much denying
they even exist. Are they are trial run for this false
flag attack on the U.S.? To spread some variant of
monkey pox and bird flu??
Do the drones that the Russians
found look like the ones over New Jersey? And the
other states? What exactly was that patent of an
'unmanned aerial vehicle for aerial release'?
The U.S. government/Deep State,
elites, globalists has done some pretty bad things....they
want us dead. We are all expendable in their eyes.
