1.  Jovial, a Certificate of Live Birth is not the same as a Birth Certificate.  The Certificate of Live Birth is filled out by the hospital, doctor, or midwife to record the live birth of a human.  It should contain the proper name of the baby.  This Certificate of Live Birth is then sent to the State or local agency responsible for keeping such statistics (it is 'registered').

The Birth Certificate that you apply for a copy of is a copy of the State Registration and will be the ALL CAPS name.  

Your argument about the ALL CAPS name being for convenience falls apart when you see that the Certificate of Live Birth has the name rendered correctly.     

 

2.  If you will look closely at the webpage you supplied http://www.in.gov/dhs/ you will find that 'family & health' (which holds the birth statistics) at the top of the page comes under IN.gov and not under Indiana Department of Homeland Security.  Only those things under the thick Red line come under IDHS.  There is no such agency as the Indiana Department of Security.  That Birth Certificate scan that I sent tells exactly what it is ..... a Security.  Anyone who wants to make it something else is strongly deluded.

 

3.  You listed a bunch of cases here http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/nov2014/jovial119-5.htm and then stated that the Supreme Ct. had ruled on the ALL CAPS name.  Not one of those cases is a Supreme Ct. case.  You'll find a ton of Supreme Ct. cases here  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_Supreme_Court_cases    ....... please notice how they are cited.  I suggest that you take a law course or two.

 

I suggest that the reason that you see all those lower court cases against the ALL CAPS being no different than a correctly rendered name is that the argument was presented during an ongoing case.  Once a person answers to that ALL CAPS name it is too late to argue otherwise.

I've sent you a scan of a Birth Certificate that indicated it is a Security and you don't believe you own eyes.  I supplied you definitions from law books to show you exactly what a 'pledge', a 'security', and a'strawman' are and you don't seem to be able to add 2+2 and get 4.  In one of FDR's early speeches he made a statement that "government at all levels is broke".  Less than a year later he had 3 Billion dollars (that was BIG money in the 1930s) to hand out (with strings attached) to all levels of government, banks, building projects, and farmers.  He got the $$ from the Federal Reserve (a privately owned Bank).  Do you think a bank is going to lend out that kind of $$ without security?  What do you think FDR used as security for that loan?  He answered that (your lives and your property) in his fireside chat but apparently you don't believe him either.  Do a little digging and you will find that people used to get 'allodial title' to land when it was purchased and paid off.  Now all you get is a 'deed'. By the way, FDR had no Constitutional authority to do any of this but apparently very few objected because very few people knew what was really going on and didn't particularly care if conditions improved.
