Just a
quick follow up/reminder....followed by some comments on
the Iran debacle.
I've
considered the religious calendar this year as being a
month too early in starting. Making mid-August the
start of the month of Av and not the month of Elul.
This
would make the 15th of Av fall on August
28; the 15th of Av is a very joyous day to the Jewish people -
the Jewish maidens danced in the vineyards and were 'snatched'
away as brides and it's the day the 'dying of the generation
of the Exodus' ceased. The people woke up from the
'graves' only to find that no one had died...the curse was
over.
The
15th of Av is a full moon.
And
this year, August 28 (15th of Av?), the full moon, is a blood
moon; 96% of the moon will be blood red. Over Jerusalem
it will be seen as a partial eclipse with part of the moon
red. It will begin as 4:23AM, with the maximum as
6:11AM. The moon will set before the event ends.

Lunar Eclipses Worldwide
This
will be a deep partial eclipse, meaning about 96% of the
moon's disk will pass into the Earth's shadow - making it a
reddish color. They are calling it an 'almost total
lunar eclipse'. Over Jerusalem, the moon will be
partially red.
A
blood moon, in prophecy, is seen as a sign of God's impending
judgment (Joel 2:31); it's viewed as a harbinger of God's
wrath - this calls for repentance. Nineveh experienced a
total solar eclipse - and Jonah presented God's warning to
them. They were given 40 days to repent. Forty days from
August 28 is October 6, 2026. That's a week before Feast
of Trumpets on the 'corrected' religious calendar.
At
Pentecost (Acts 2:20), Peter quoted Joel 2:31: "The sun
shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before
that great and notable day of the Lord come.."
Will
this coming lunar eclipse be THE warning for the world of
coming wrath - the great and terrible day of the Lord?
It follows the total solar eclipse of August 12.
I
do not know if the 'sun is darkened and the moon to blood'
occurs on the same day or is two 'natural' eclipses where the
solar eclipse is followed by a lunar eclipse.
BUT
using the corrected religious calendar, the total solar
eclipse occurred on 1 Av. Av is the month of the Lion
"which represents tragedy and potential for redemption.
Jewish sages teach that the Lion (Messiah) shall come, under
that constellation of Lion (Leo).." It is believed
that the first High Priest, Aaron (Moses' brother) died on
this day; Av is the month the two Temples were destroyed
(9th of Av, Tisha B'Av); the first 9 days of Av are a period
of great mourning.) and the lunar eclipse occurs on the 15th
of Av (Tu B'Av) - one of the most joyful days of the Jewish
year. It is a day for "new beginnings". "The
Talmud considers this day the greatest festival of the year,
followed by Yom Kippur, as its essence represents the future
redemption."

Av
is the month of the constellation Leo. The Lion
represents the tribe of Judah. The new moon of August,
2026 (August 12) occurred in the constellation of Leo.
Another reason to believe that the religious calendar is a
month off.
The
Talmud "teaches us that the tragedies and suffering associated
with the 9th of Av will turn into joy with the coming Moshiach
(Messiah). They believe their Messiah will come in the month
of Av.
IF
the Rapture happened on the 15th of Av (Tu B'Av) I don't think
the Jews will miss the meaning of this. Our Messiah
coming in their month of Leo the Lion tribe of Judah - in the
month their Messiah will come.
This
corrected calendar could be wrong...but either way...we still
have the month of Elul and Tishrei with the fall Feasts of the
Lord to consider.
Final Thoughts:
So
much is happening in the world...the US is now officially $40
trillion in debt. I have no idea how the country is
surviving on fumes. The continued drought and heat and
severe weather, high water costs, high electric costs around
the country is taking its toll. I was told that various
cities in my area are telling their people they can only water
their lawns one day a week. And many cities in my area
have a ban on new building due to no water available.

is now fining people for watering violations:
Some
people say, THEY will start a war to 'reset' everything.
The
Middle East is a mess. Yes, sanctions have not worked on
Iran. They are Twelvers.
Engaging
with an apocalyptic regime is futile. Are nuclear
weapons next? Is President Trump really contemplating
using tactical nukes? Things are just not going well all
over the world. Drought, heat, finances, etc.
People sense something big is coming...and, for the world,
it's not something good.
