Mankind is up against sooo much evil in this
world. And this damning report from Congress following
an investigation of NIH, NIAID and HHS proves that we, the
American people can not - absolutely cannot - trust these
agencies. The report even states that, the NIAID
(that Fauci was the long time director of) "cannot be
trusted to oversee its own research of pathogens
responsibly."
This should shock everyone to their core. The
NIAID is the department that Fauci was head of for
years! No telling what other pathogens they've
'altered' to 'test' on the the American public. No
telling what "lab leaks" are in our future because of
illegal, immoral, unethical research done by them and their
U.S. funded partners. All in secret.
We've seen how little power the Republican House
actually has - contempts of Congress go nowhere, requests to
indict certain criminals goes nowhere, exposure of crimes
goes nowhere, requests for testimony from certain
departments/department heads goes nowhere, requests for
documents, research information, emails, etc goes
nowhere. So much is hidden from Congress and the
American people. There is definitely some sort of 'shadow'
government that's been hidden from view and is
untouchable. Once in a while, something will 'leak'
out - but that's usually by a whistleblower, a FOIA request
(which are usually highly redacted), and rarely, by
subpoena.'''
There was a Monkeypox outbreak in the U.S./globally in
2022. It's 'interesting' that the clade
(sub-species/strain) in the U.S. was Clade IIa - the same
one in the NIAID experiment with gain-of-function. And
it came about six months after a Monkeypox tabletop
exercise! Coincidence?
This Congressional document begs the question:
what else does our evil government have planned for
us? Are they preparing for another 'leaked' viral
pandemic? Maybe a more virulent Monkeypox/Mpox this
time? Or maybe bird flu/cow flu?.
Something is headed our way, no doubt. We have not all
learned from the U.S. Covid crime against humanity.
And many people will never see this report or many
won't believe it after reading it. They are soooo
trusting of the U.S. government.
There is no way that any Congressional oversight
committee will be able to rein in NIAID, NIH, HHS...they
have their own leaders and their own "police" force.
They are weaponized against the American people.

Fauci's NIAID Hid Plans To Create Mutant Monkeypox Virus:
Congress discovered that back in 2015, Dr.
Fauci and his NIAID "submitted plans to create a more
transmissible and more lethal strain of Mpox (a.k.a.
monkeypox - Mpox doesn't sound so bad) This 'altered'
monkey pox had "pandemic potential".
The House Energy and Commerce Committee released their
findings in a report this week - after over a year long
investigation. The DailyMail published it on June 12,
2024.
"The
report said the HHS, NIAID and NIH repeatedly 'obstructed
and misled the committee' about whether the risky
experiments had been approved and conducted, describing
their cooperation with the probe as 'unacceptable and
potentially criminal.'
"Investigators
added: 'HHS and the NIH repeatedly told the
Committee the..experiments had not been "formally
proposed" or "planned", had never been approved or
conducted, and were not currently under
consideration." "These repeated assertions were
false."
Conclusions: "The NIAID cannot be
trusted to oversee its own research of pathogens
responsibly."
"Investigators said this would be classified as
gain-of-function, which is research that can result in
deadlier and more transmissible viruses...."
"It was
estimated the new Mpox virus would have had a fatality
rate of up to 15 percent and a reproductive rate of 2.4,
meaning one sick person could infect more than two other
people. At this rate, the hybrid strain would have
had pandemic potential."
The article has info on two strains of Monkeypox - a
third would be the gain-of-function lab-created one; their
experiment was to transfer genes from Clade 1 to Clade 2 -
making it more lethal.
Clade 1 or Central African Clade is deadlier than
Clade 2 and has a fatality rate of 11.0%
Clade 2 or West African Clade caused a 2022 global
outbreak and has a fatality rate of less than 1.0%
Gain-of-function Clade 3 is U.S. lab-made and has a
fatality rate of 15%.
If this 'altered' Monkeypox was 'somehow' leaked from
the lab - it "posed an exceptionally high risk to the
public....the news shocked experts and Americans as they
raised concerns that such research continued to be conducted
in the US despite fears similar practices may have started
the Covid pandemic."
HHS said the research was never carried out - but "HHS
has repeatedly refused to produce any documents that
corroborate this claim."
"The CDC reports that as of January 2024, the most
recent data available, there have been 32,000 cases of
Monkeypox in the US, with 58 deaths. Globally, there have
been 95,900 cases since the outbreak began."
The Congressional Committee started its investigation
in October 2022, but was only given the relevant
documents in March of 2024 - and these came about "after
subpoena threats forced the agencies to provide them,
which finally confirmed the experiments had been
approved."
The Committee recommended that an oversight board
reviews NIAID research on dangerous pathogens and
gain-of-function research approval be given to another
agency.
The lack of transparency by Fauci and NIH/NAID calls
into question what they've reported about the Covid-19 virus
(and it's "vaccine") and it's gain-of-function research,
origin and connections to Wuhan, China.
I have written in various Doves letters for years now
that I do not trust the NIH, HHS, CDC, FDA, NIAID. They are
all run by people with a demonic agenda - they want
depopulation by increased morbidity and mortality.

Monkeypox Outbreak 2022 - Suspicious?
I find it HIGHLY suspicious that 32,000 people in the
U.S. were diagnosed with Monkeypox, yet in Africa where it's
endemic - plus globally - the number diagnosed was 95,900 in
this outbreak (2022). We would expect the endemic
countries to have the most cases, and non-endemic countries
to have very few cases. Yet the U.S. had 32,000!
And most in homosexual males. Sure looks like it was
intentionally 'spread'. Maybe this was part of yet
another NIAID, HHS experiment on the American people.
And in Africa, it's not he 'homosexual male' population that
gets Monkeypox!. What happened to the virus?
Was There
A Tabletop Monkeypox Pandemic Exercise?
Absolutely!
I've written letters in the past about tabletop
exercises conducted on pathogens spread in fake pandemics by
NIH, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller
Foundation, Johns Hopkins and others over the last several
years. There was one for a Coronavirus pandemic in
late 2019 just before Covid-19 virus was announced.
And, there was a Monkeypox exercise the year before
the 2022 Monkeypox global outbreak. Coincidence?
The Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) on March 17, 2021 had an
exercise on "a deadly global pandemic involving an unusual
strain of Monkeypox that emerged in the fictional nation of
Brinia and spread globally over 18 months." A
terrorist attack on the fictional date of May 2022 used a
lab engineered virus to spread the pandemic. At the
end of the exercise there were over 3 billion cases and 270
million deaths. This was before the 2022
outbreak. The NTI said the use of Monkeypox
virus was "coincidental" with the following outbreak.

There was also an exercise called "Clade X; it took
place on May 15, 2018: A Pandemic Exercise" -
involving Johns Hopkins, of course. Clade X is their
mystery virus. The exercise reported that a group of
people "focused on overpopulation" "may be responsible for
release of Clade X". They note that in time, "genes
for neurologic virulence of Nipah had been
inserted into the parainfluenza genome". They report
"this appears to be a biological weapon." The U.S.
President federalizes a quarantine and multiple countries
are doing vaccine research. Their modeling "suggests
0.5 - 2 million US deaths over the next year and >50
million globally."

Will the American people ever trust them again?
The report found that NIAID "cannot be trusted to
determine whether an experiment on a potential pandemic
pathogen or enhanced potential pandemic pathogen poses
unacceptable biosafety risk or a serious public health
threat....NIAID cannot be trusted to honestly communicate
with Congress and the public about controversial GOFROC
experiments. (gain-of-funcition research of concern)
This particular research with Clade 1 and Clade 2
resulting in a chimeric virus "could have a reproductive
number (Ro) of 1.10 to 2.40 coupled with a case fatality
rate of 10 - 15 percent...
"NIAID has a culture of secrecy and
obfuscation regarding experiments involving pandemic and
potential pandemic pathogens. HHS and the
NIH are complicit in enabling NIAID's culture of secrecy and
obfuscation. This is incompatible with accountable,
democratic governance and further erodes the public's trust
in government health agencies."
The report notes that the Mpox that spread through out
the U.S. in 2022 was Clade IIa - the NIAID research was
focused on Clade IIa - transferring genes and replacing
genes from Clade 1 to Clade IIa. And this Mpox
research was "formally proposed and approved in 2015."
"HHS, the NIH, and NIAID have not been forthcoming about the
details of the MPXV gene transfer research efforts....HHS,
the NIH, and NIAID made misrepresentations that misled the
Committee and attempted to conceal the fact that
transfers from Clade 1 to Clade II had been proposed and
approved. The obstructive behavior by HHS and the
NIH is unacceptable."
"The Constitution assigns to Congress the power of
legislation, including the implied authority to conduct
oversight of federal government programs, including research
impacting public health. Congress cannot discharge
this duty of oversight if agencies, like NIAID, obstruct the
collection of facts, analysis and documents needed to assess
policies to support critical research and to make sure it is
conducted safety. The lack of transparency and
lack of full cooperation undermines public trust in the
NIH."
"The stubborn refusal to provide basic information
about research of public concern warrants significant action
by Congress to enhance oversight and control over NIH's
risky activities."
The
Future:
THEY have much, much more planned for the American
people. And they won't let some pesky Congressional
committee stand in their way or try to enforce any outside
controls on them.
Turns out our own government health
agencies - NIH, NIAID, CDC, FDA, HHS, etc. were creating
their own real pandemics - not "tabletop exercises" -
which were templates for the real thing!
What has happened with Covid-19 virus
and "vaccine" and now with this "bombshell" info on the
Mpox virus should be a major heads up for everyone.
We cannot trust THEM.
So which one is
next? Weaponized versions of Monkeypox/Mpox?
Weaponized Bird Flu? Or will it be weaponized Cow
flu (a bird flu chimera)?
The mRNA
"vaccine" technology has already been green-lighted by
the FDA. Just replace a few 'genes' and there's
the "vaccine". The 'vaccines are back up if they
can't finish us off fast enough with their weaponized
virus....they learned alot with Covid.

American people have too.
