Doves, This subject of Obama's inauguration matching up with Daniel 12 & the 1290 and 1335 days, ending in a feast of Trumpets date on September 17th is getting "curiouser and curiouser." Also, I have read several articles on the book "The Harbinger" but I have now ordered it. There is little doubt that 9-11, whoever you may think was behind it, that God used this to call "His people" to humble themselves and pray. For a while, people flocked to churches. It is not a surprise to me at all that the leaders that would be are "thumbing thier nose at God." Here is the article straight from the White House website about the reconstruction of the tower, which will end up being 1776 feet tall. Tom Horn writing on 1776: http://www.newswithviews.com/Horn/thomas127.htm White House article on the 1776 new "WTC": http://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/2012/08/02/beam-signed-president-obama-installed-world-trade-center I think its worth reviewing what is said in Daniel 12 8 And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things? 9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. 10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand. 11 And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days. 12 Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days. I find it notable that the key verse in this passage of scripture is Daniel 12:12. Twelve (12) is the number for biblical government (tribes of Israel, apostles, etc.). Here we are in the year 2012, which is known by both believers and non-believers as a marker for the "end times." No one can plead ignorance. I would like to pose a couple of scriptures first that the temple is our body, and the daily sacrifice (or perpetual sacrifice) is Jesus. John 2 19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. 20 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? 21 But he spake of the temple of his body. 22 When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said. 1 Corinthians 6 18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. 19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. So, I am very open to beleiving that the temple will be our bodies...this does not mean a temple will never be built again. I am sure many will point to those prophetic scriptures. Many times, a foreshadowing occurs. For example, Passover was fulfilled through Moses, and then later through Jesus. Daniel is an example of going to God for the prophetic in advance, as he did with Nebuchadnezzar. God rewarded Daniel and when the idol was built (like the WTC?) when Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were faced with surviving the flames, where was Daniel? Let's take a quick look at these verses: Daniel 2:49 49 Then Daniel requested of the king, and he set Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, over the affairs of the province of Babylon: but Daniel sat in the gate of the king. This is a Elijah to Elisha type handoff which is associated with the rapture. Daniel is safe and not mentioned in what follows. Whereas, his three bretheren are placed directly in the fire, clearly a picture of the tribulation. Daniel 3 3 Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of gold, whose height was threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof six cubits: he set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon. 23 And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. 24 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonished, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king. 25 He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God. So it is that Daniel is rewarded for taking initiative and great risk into the prophetic, of which God gave him the understanding, and who also gets the glory. Looking again at this key verse: 11 And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days. If we can put "Jesus" in place of "the daily sacrifice" and then "the anti christ" in place of "the abomination that maketh desolate" then we get: "And from the time Jesus is taken away, and the anti christ is set up there is 1290 days." For those who believe Obama is the anti christ, or for those who are unsure, then this is worth looking at very closely. If we believe that Jesus is the "daily sacrifice" and Obama, the anti christ, then it still is left to our discernment, and watching to see if his inaguration is the key event. But, as those who are "watching" for His return, I personally cannot ignore the dates and events that are lining up. I cannot help but watch with hopefull expectation. Yes, it has ended up in heartbreak so far, but I am willing to continue on and try again. You must make up your own mind... Here is a brief synopsis of the dates and events that are lining up: January 21, 2009: Obama's 2nd secret inaguration (doing away with the Bible, and also Israel departs the Gaza strip) 1260 days from this date: CERN announces the finding of the "God particle" 1290 days from this date: Tu B' Av, the day marked for taking of the Benjamin brides, and also make ready to enter the promised land. Also, August 2nd the laying of the "Harbinger" beam by Obama. Also, this is just before his August 4th, 51st birthday. >From and including: Wednesday, January 21, 2009 To and including: Thursday, August 2, 2012 It is 1290 days from the start date to the end date, end date included 1335 days: Rosh Hashanah, The Feast of Trumpets, Rapture???
