"The Holy
place IS Jerusalem, God wrote His
name on this city. This is an
abomination. The armies of
satan stand in Jerusalem."
These
44 verses refer to 'the holy place'
in the tabernacle and in the temple
which was right before the high
priest entered 'the most holy place'
also called the Holy of Holies
inside the temple.
There
are also 10 exact phrases for 'holy
city' which refers to the city
of Jerusalem KJV
Search Results for "holy" AND
"city" so Jerusalem is
not 'the holy place' referred to
in Matthew 24:15 and Mark 13:14 in
which Jesus gives a future
prophecy when referring back to
Dan. 11:31 and Dan. 12:11. Both of
these verses in Daniel first refer
to the daily sacrifice being taken
away which was performed on the
altar for burnt offerings outside
in the temple's courtyard, and
then the abomination of desolation
will be set up or abomination that
maketh desolate will be placed
which is supposed to be set up in
'the holy place' according to
Jesus in Matt. 24:15 & Mark
13:14 which would be inside the
temple.

"I see this as:
God's temple is in
Heaven. In Revelation
15:5 John wrote, "And after
that I looked, and behold, the
temple of the tabernacle of
the testimony in
heaven was opened."
There is no temple on Earth
for John to measure.
Because no temple has been
built - nowhere are we told
about the building of a temple
in The Revelation. There
is nothing on earth to measure
but the court on the Temple
Mount. All that's there
is what is there now - the
Temple Mount and the two
mosques. Nowhere is
there a 'building of a temple'
or 'a rebuilt temple' in
Jerusalem in The
Revelation. It was
destroyed in 70AD. And
the Gentiles certainly aren't
in Heaven in the temple's
outer court - so it seems to
me, this court is on Earth -
it's the Temple Mount
area. And the two
witnesses aren't mentioned as
going there. There is no
mention of a temple at all in
Jerusalem."
MY
REPLY:
As
you know there is no gentile court
outside the Temple of God in
heaven. The gentile court was
always outside the Temple in
Jerusalem. However, the
gentile court was an enclosed area
all around the outside of the
temple with gates leading into it
as can be seen in the diagrams of
Solomon's & Herod's temples
below at
So it is not the present
day open courtyards outside the
Muslim mosques on the Temple
Mount in Jerusalem that John is
told not to measure which can be
seen at
Jerusalem-2013(2)-Aerial-Temple
Mount-(south exposure) -
Temple Mount - Wikipedia nor
is it gentile court outside the
temple of God in heaven that
John is not to measure. So it is
the enclosed gentile court
outside around the future temple
of God that John is not to
measure. So if a future enclosed
gentile court outside the temple
of God on Earth should not be
measured by John, there must be
a future rebuilt Jewish temple
in Jerusalem that John is to
measure. It looks like John is
to measure the rebuilt future
Temple of God in Jerusalem which
doesn't yet exist on Earth and
neither does the future enclosed
Gentile court around it.
Is it the temple that the Temple
Institute plans on building? The
mystery is how is John able to
measure a temple that doesn't
yet exist on Earth if it a
vision. However, John did say in
Revelation 11:1-2,
"And there
was given me a
reed like unto a
rod: and the
angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the
temple of
God, and the
altar, and them that
worship therein. But the
court which is
without the
temple leave out, and measure it not; for it
is given unto the
Gentiles: and the
holy city shall they
tread under
foot forty and two months."
So somehow John was able to
measure it, and nothing is
impossible with God.
Also consider
this if there is no way to
measure a future rebuilt
temple in Jerusalem that does
not yet exist, and John is
told not measure the future
enclosed gentile court
surrounding the temple, there
would also be no way to
measure the present day
courtyards surrounding
the Muslim mosques on the
temple mount in Jerusalem
because they also didn't exist
at the time that John was told
to measure the temple of God,
and not to measure the court
outside the temple. Also
the open present day court
yards surrounding the Muslim
mosques are not enclosed like
the Gentile court surrounding
the temple of God in
Jerusalem.
