"The current
Temple Mount is not large enough to
fit the Millennial Temple
complex. The Temple is
about 875 feet long and wide - the
territory to keep Holy is 5,100 feet
long and wide. There will
probably be a city around this Holy
complex."
"The Temple
proper could fit the Temple Mount
but the Holy complex would not fit."
"In Chapter
42, the area around the Temple to
keep Holy is 5,100 feet - a mile
long. The reed is used as a
tool of measurement. In the
Revelation, the Mount of Olives will
divide when Jesus steps on it.
Will a new mountain be created?"
MY REPLY:
Yes, it looks like
a new mountain will be created for
the Millenium Temple to sit on.
Evidently it happens when the Lord
Jesus stands on the Mt. of Olives,
and it splits in half creating a
valley which reaches as far as
Azal (Zech 14:5) which is supposed
to be near a gate east of
Jerusalem. Zech. 14:10-11 also
says, "All the
land shall
be turned as
a plain from
Geba (in the northern frontier
of the kingdom of Judah) to
Rimmon south of
Jerusalem: (southern Judea) and
it shall be lifted up, and
inhabited in
her place, from Benjamin's gate unto
the place of
the first gate, unto
the corner gate, and from the
tower of
Hananeel unto
the king's winepresses. And men shall
dwell in
it, and there shall be no more
utter destruction; but
Jerusalem shall
be safely inhabited." Ezekiel
40:2 also says, "In
the visions of
God brought he me
into the land of
Israel, and set me
upon a
very high mountain, by
which was as
the frame of a
city on the south.
Ezekiel 43:12, "This is the
law of
the house; Upon
the top of
the mountain the
whole limit thereof
round about shall be most holy. Behold,
this is the
law of
the house." So it looks like
the Millenium Temple will
sit on top of a mountain
where people can go up to
worship.
In my opinion, it is
possible that the third
temple will destroyed
during the earthquake when
the Lord Jesus' feet stand
on the Mt. of Olives
because when the land is
lifted up, it would
destroy the third temple
which leads me to believe
that this might be the
same earthquake during the
Gog & Magog invasion
in Ezekiel 38:20 when "the
mountains shall be thrown
down, and the steep places
shall fall, and every wall
shall fall to the ground."
