A Word Study of the Hebrew Verb “to confirm” or “gabar”: Daniel 9:27

 

Wow!  That is an amazing word study for the Hebrew "gabar" or "to confirm" for Daniel 9:27.

 

"And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week."

 

I had never seen a study of this word.  Or this part of this verse.  It's just been accepted that this covenant is the Antichrist's work.

 

For years I have believed that 'he' in this verse is the Messiah, Jesus and not the Antichrist.
