"Old Saints comforted by Hebrews 11"

Sometimes giving a sunday school lesson comforts the teacher
perhaps more than the group. Remembering Abraham looking for the city
of God while dwelling in tents in a foreign land. The analogy that we
all live in tents soon to be folded up when we embark on our final
journey home. Oh come that day! We likewise are strangers and
pilgrims in the Earth.
I have been looking for that day fifty years,
Vs 9-10 "waiting for the city that has foundations, whose builder and
maker is God."
Vs 13-16, "they all died in faith, not having received the promises,
but having seen them afar off, were assured of them, embraced them and
confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth ....."

Oh, come that day ///// Maranatha,
Lewis
