Hello John and Doves,
In this letter I wrote about CIA Director John
Ratcliffe's 'surprise mystery' visit to Moscow this last
week. And what the MSM is telling us about it.
Even though the White House, the Pentagon, the CIA and even
Moscow are mum about the reason for the visit. It is
highly unusual for a CIA Director to do such visits.
There are speculations about the purpose of the
meeting. The one I see as most plausible is Moscow
summoned Ratcliffe. To tell him how things are going
to be...
I also wrote about Russia's recent threats to the UK
and France.
And right after Ratcliffe's visit to Moscow, Russia
tested an ICBM - a follow-up to that meeting??
And Hal Turner reported he has info there is/was a
Russian sub off of the NYC/New Jersey coastline - some 70
miles. Another follow-up to that meeting?
And I added a few rumors that are going around....
Also, I noted that the UK and France are preparing
their civilian populations for war with Russia.
Then I ended with a look at AI in the military:

CIA Director's Visit To
Moscow:
On August 26, 2026, CIA Director John Ratcliffe
flew to Moscow. He flew in on a US Air Force C-17,
Globemaster III from Riga, Latvia. It was on the
ground in Moscow about 8 hours; then returned to Riga the
same day.. Mum has been the word from the Trump
administration, the CIA, the Pentagon and Moscow about the
purpose of this visit... the trip was described as a
'surprise', a 'mystery', 'highly secretive' - so secretive
that senior White House officials were not informed of the
visit.
The last CIA Director to visit Moscow was Director
Burns - he went to warn Putin against invading
Ukraine. Russia invaded Ukraine some three months
later.
It's being reported that the meeting lasted less than
two hours. And that the meeting was with Russian
Intelligence Officials - and not Putin himself. Putin
was later briefed. At the same time as Ratcliffe's
visit to Moscow, the Vatican Foreign Minister Archbishop
Paul Gallagher met with Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov - he
reportedly was there to 'urge and end to the Russia-Ukraine
war.'
"An
unannounced visit by the CIA Director to Moscow is highly
unusual...Historically, CIA directors don't engage in
direct diplomacy. Highly public trips to a
potential direct adversary typically are meant to deliver a
message that Washington knows of activity that is working
against the interests of the united States, gauge the
response, and compile an analysis...Ratcliffe's trip comes
at a time when Russia has become significantly more
aggressive on NATO's Eastern flank and toward Japan."
Why
did CIA Director Ratcliffe travel to Moscow
Did Ratcliffe Warn Moscow?:
The MSM is CIA controlled and they reported that
Ratcliffe went there to 'warn Russia not to attack NATO'.
There is speculation that Ratcliffe's
meeting was also about Russia's military involvement with
Iran in the US-Iran war - that he was 'encouraging' Russia
to stop backing Iran financially and militarily and that he warned Russia about
further attacks on Ukraine. Some believe he was
there to urge Russia to make a deal before their
military/financial situation worsens. And some
believe he was there to deter Russia from escalating
action against American interests because of the Iran war
depleting America's military assets.
Was Ratcliffe Summoned By Russia?:
Yet, there are some who
believe that Ratcliff was summoned by Russia - that NATO had
or was about cross a Russian 'red line'. And, why was
Ratcliffe in Riga, Latvia?? (Riga has an advanced command
and staff cell of NATO there.)
I agree with the above reason for the 'surprise'
visit. And many others do also. The CIA Director
personally going to Moscow to tell them to 'not attack
Ukraine' is NOT a normal part of the Director's job.
This had to be about an extremely sensitive matter. I
believe the Russians wanted the CIA to hear them loud and
clear. Since the CIA is probably running the Ukraine
side of the war. Maybe Russia told the CIA to tell
Ukraine to stand down or else. 'Or else' meaning
tactical nuclear weapons...The Russian-Ukraine war just
keeps going on tit-for-tat...something has to break this
pattern.
Russian Threats Against UK
and France Intensify:
Meanwhile, Russia
has increased their threats against the UK and France
this week. Because the UK said it will give Ukraine
access to classified technology for Ukrainian production
of their own Storm Shadow long-range cruise
missiles. And France has also agreed to supply
their missile technology with Ukraine. Russia
responded that both countries were 'playing with fire'
and a follow-up of 'inevitable catastrophic
consequences.'
Russia Tests ICBM:
This comes just shortly after
Ratcliffe's 'visit' to Moscow. Is it a follow up
warning that Russia is serious?
To, possibly support a summoning of Ratcliffe to
Moscow, "Russia's Defense Ministry announced Friday that it
conducted a successful combat training launch of mobile,
solid-fuel intercontinental ballistic missile from the
Plesetsk Cosmodrome in the northwestern Arkhangelsk
region. The Strategic Missile Forces deployed a MOBILE
LAUNCHER BATTERY to a remote area before firing the missile
across to the country to the Kura test site on the Kamchatka
Peninsula, located more than 6,700 kilometers (4,160 miles)
to the east...The military said the goal of the launch was
to confirm the "tactical, technical and flight
characteristics of the missile system....the ICBM maintained
a "flawless trajectory"...The latest launch comes less than
a week after unverified reports claimed that Ukrainian
drones targeted Plesetsk, Russia's only military spaceport."

Russian Sub Off East Coast:
And Hal Turner is reporting some
interesting news. Are all of his recent news
articles 'dots' that can be connected to Ratcliff's sudden
trip to Moscow?

Hal Turner posted this article on August 28,
2026: "An "unidentified" submarine has been detected
in the Atlantic Ocean, about 60 to 80 miles off Sandy Hook,
New Jersey and New York City. US Northern Command
anti-submarine warfare aircraft are searching the area."
Hal added, "My personal bet: It's a Russian
nuclear submarine. If they were detected, my next bet
is because they WANTED to be detected. I think it's
likely Russia - "sending a message" to the USA."
"A little after 6:00 PM eastern time on Friday
evening, I reported that an Unidentified Submarine had been
detected in the Atlantic Ocean about 75 miles off the New
Jersey/New York City coastline. What I didn't realize
as I reported multiple P-8 Submarine hunters flying search
patterns looking for the Sub, elsewhere in the continental
US...five E-6 Doomsday Aircraft were scrambled." These
are Boeing E-6B Mercury - Navy aircraft; often called the
"doomsday plane" - "it is built to survive a nuclear war or
a total breakdown of normal military networks.
After Hal reported the sub off the coast of NYC, he
found out "that it had been a Russian submarine and surfaced
on purpose, to be detected. I suspected the sub was
the Russian government "sending a message" to the U.S."
All of this tells Hal that we are dangerously close to
actual nuclear war. He also wrote, that this tells him
"the US is expecting to be attacked."
U.S. Ukrainian Embassy
Warning Update:
In Hal Turner's article posted August 28, 2026, he
wrote about the U.S. Embassy in Kiev announcing that U.S.
citizens currently in Ukraine should prepare for immediate
evacuation."
Hal reported that this notice came after Russia
finished up with fifty-five hours of drone and missile
attacks on Kyiv.
He wrote, "It seems to me - just my personal
assessment - the U.S. is now aware that something much
bigger is likely coming to Ukraine. Perhaps something
that came up when CIA Director John Ratcliff visited Moscow
earlier this week????? Looks to me like that meeting
didn't go so good."
"For a U.S. Embassy to issue this kind of public
warning to Americans seems like an extraordinary thing to
me. I can't help but feel this entire Ukraine thing is
about to escalate in ways that lead to the unthinkable."
I see that the alert at travel.state.gov states "Do
not travel to Ukraine for any reason due to the
Russia-Ukraine war. U.S. government employees need
special authorization to travel outside of Kyiv due to
safety risks...the State Department does not authorize
family members to join U.S. government employees in
Ukraine. U.S. citizens in Ukraine are advised to take
the same precautions." This was updated on August 28,

Rumors Going Around:
There are rumors, August 28, that Putin has taken off
to bunkers in Siberia. 'Russian state aircraft are
suddenly departing from Moscow on after another, heading to
shelters and command-and control centers in Siberia."
And there are rumors that the Baltic states are
warning about a potential Russia attack. They have
officially appealed to the E.U. for help.
Lukashenko, President of Belarus, was urgently flown
to Moscow to meet with Putin and the Russian Foreign
Minister.
Poland has called up their National Guard for
immediate deployment.
UK And France Prepare for
War With Russia:
Well, the UK is taking Russia's threat seriously:
"Russia warned that it would pay a "price" after
reports that British made drones had been used in strikes
deep inside Russia..The UK Cabinet Office has reportedly
been told to bring forward planning for the home defence
programme."
"It includes plans for the "war book", the
Government's classified blueprint to transition the country
for crisis and conflict..."
In Conclusion:
It's been a very busy week! Lots more, of
course, going on we'll probably never learn about.
The US government is not preparing its population for
war...most Americans probably think nothing will happen
here.
Many times we have been 'that close' to nuclear
war...during the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962, then again in
1983 with the exercise 'Able Archer' and the Russian's
malfunctioning missile detection equipment, the Suez Canal
Crisis in 1956, the Korean War and numerous false alarms
like in 1980 with NORAD.....I suspect we are 'that close'
again. these were all 'human involved' near
misses....what about AI? Who knows what someone's
military AI is looking at...
"As nuclear weapons competition and risk grow, the
U.S., Chinese and Russian militaries are racing to integrate
AI tools into their conventional military systems and
nuclear command-and-control systems to process more
information more quickly to provide, as the Pentagon
describes it, a "decision advantage" in a crisis of war."
"Artificial intelligence (AI) models used for a
simulated war game escalated conflicts by the threatening
nuclear strikes in 95% of scenarios, according to new
research from King's College London." Three models
were used in this exercise: GPT-5.2, Claude Sonnet 4
and Gemini 3 Flash. There were 21 'simulated nuclear
crisis scenarios'
"Nuclear escalation was near-universal: 95% of
games saw tactical nuclear use and 76% reached strategic
nuclear threats."
"For all three models, one striking pattern stood
out: none of the models ever chose accommodation or
surrender. Nuclear threats also rarely produced
compliance; more often, crossing nuclear thresholds provoked
counter-escalation rather than retreat. The models
tended to treat nuclear weapons as tools of compellence
rather than purely as instruments of deterrence." This study
shows AI systems will not default to cooperative or 'safe'
outcomes.
And before AI we were still 'that close' to nuclear
war...several times.
Hal Turner's report of the Russian sub off our coast
isn't surprising...they are always off our East and West
coasts...but with the Poseidon nearing deployment...they
could set it near our coastlines...and detonate
remotely. Same for off the coast of the UK.
I remember hearing John Paul II talk about the Third
Secret of Fatima...he said something to the effect of why do
people want to know about millions drowning on the
coastlines....sounds like a tsunami-type incidence.
Poseidon detonation?
Nothing will happen outside of God's will.
Hopefully the Rapture will happen before the first
nuke goes off...
