"Feast of Trumpets MUST be fulfilled, but in what year?"

Feast of Trumpets MUST be fulfilled, but in what year?

Feast of Trumpets absolutely MUST be fulfilled in these last days. There can really be NO doubt about it. Israel has 4 Feasts in the Spring each year and 3 Feasts in the Fall each year. In whatever year Jesus died, He was crucified on Feast of Passover, buried on Feast of Unleavened Bread, rose again on Feast of Firstfruits, and sent His Holy Spirit to start the Church Age on Feast of Pentecost. This was God's way of attempting to show the Jews that Jesus was their Messiah. All Bible Prophecy Watchers that I know of are agreed that the 3 Fall Feasts must revolve around the 2nd Coming of Christ. The 3 Fall Feasts are Feast of Trumpets, Day of Atonement, and Feast of Tabernacles, in that order.

So, the next Feast to be fulfilled is Feast of Trumpets. It seems very likely to be fulfilled on the Day of a Rapture. The pre-Tribulation Rapture is prophesied in the Word to be accompanied by the sound of Trumpets. Therefore, most Bible Watchers conclude that Jesus will be returning on Feast of Trumpets at the time of the Rapture, or at least at a Rapture. This seems to be a very logical and Scriptural conclusion. I concur with this conclusion.

The main purpose of this email is to suggest to you that the fulfillment of Feast of Trumpets does NOT have to happen at the beginning of the Final 7 Years, at the pre-Tribulation Rapture. It very well MAY happen on that day, but it is not mandatory. I am now going to give to you some other options as to when the Feast of Trumpets COULD take place:

1. At the Rapture of the two witnesses, which are probably Enoch and Elijah, or possibly Moses and Elijah. Revelation 11:11-12 says about these two witnesses, or prophets, "Now after three and one-half days, the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them. And they heard a loud voice from heaven say to them, "Come up here. And they ascended to heaven in a cloud, and their enemies saw them."

This event is obviously one of the seven Raptures, that I discussed in an earlier post. I am suggesting that this Rapture has great potential to happen near the end of the Final 7 Years, probably on Feast of Trumpets, to give encouragement to Israel that their Messiah is going to Return to Earth in nine more days on Day of Atonement. Day of Atonement is the absolute perfect and Scriptural Day for Jesus to Return to set up His 1000-Year reign. Just imagine, on this Day of Atonement, the Jews will be setting up animal sacrifices to ATONE for their sins during the past year, and here will come Jesus in the clouds, who IS THE ATONEMENT for their sins. What an awesome, seemingly ironic, fulfillment this will be! What an awesome plan God has for His 3 Fall Feasts! This potential fulfillment for Feast of Trumpets would mean that all three Fall Feasts would be fulfilled in the same year, which would be the last year of the Tribulation, just like the first 4 Feasts were all fulfilled in the very same year. Does it not seem logical that our very organized God would do this? Even if this Rapture of the two witnesses fulfills Feast of Trumpets, it would not preclude the possibility of a Rapture on Feast of Trumpets this year as well.

2. The Rapture of the 144,000 could also be the fulfillment of the Feast of Trumpets, in whatever year that might be.

3. The pre-Wrath Rapture, or 2nd Chance Rapture, in Revelation 7. I discussed this Rapture in-depth in a recent post, so I will be brief about this possibility. What year might this be? My first educated guess would be 2031, just one year before the Tribulation ends. I believe this is the year that the Wrath of God is supposed to start. Others believe it starts in the middle of the Tribulation. It also could be 2030 or 2029, as Revelation states that this vast multitude that no man could number, who washed their robes, and made them white, CAME OUT OF THE GREAT TRIBULATION, which would be the final 3 and one-half years of the Final 7 Years. It would be easy, and logical, that each year that these 2nd Chance Christians, who are enduring unimaginable suffering and persecution, and death, and resisting the Mark of the Beast, would be anxiously looking forward each year for a possible Rapture, as it speaks about in Revelation 7, on Feast of Trumpets. This would seem to me like a very real possibility for the fulfillment of Feast of Trumpets.

4. There is an unlikely chance of a mid-Tribulation Rapture, but with the 3 and one-half year Great Tribulation scheduled to begin in the Spring of 2029, any mid-Trib Rapture would have to be in the Fall of 2028, or the Fall of 2029, because Feast of Trumpets is always in the Fall each year. So, this seems unlikely.

There very well could be more than one fulfillment for Feast of Trumpets. When we include a pre-Tribulation Rapture, it would give us at least 5 different options as to when the Feast of Trumpets could be fulfilled. So, when Watchers say that 2025 HAS to be the year that Feast of Trumpets is fulfilled on September 23--24, 2025, they are mistaken, as it is only one of several different options. It seems so unreal and exciting to think that we will know for sure in just two or three more days, if Feast of Trumpets will see its fulfillment in 2025. WOW!!!

This is a final reminder that as much as Feast of Trumpets, September 23--24th, seems like the correct time, we do have another good option in October of this year, probably between Oct. 12th through Oct. 21st, so PLEASE do not get discouraged if Trumpets is not fulfilled this year.
.
I cannot wait to see my grandmother and my very spiritual mother again, who died at age 60 in 1991. I cannot wait to see all of you Five Doves, especially John Tng and Jim Bramlett, and too many others to mention. But I especially cannot wait to see my Jesus, my Lord and my Saviour, face-to-face, and to be with Him for all of eternity. What a day that will be, When my Jesus I shall see. When I look upon His face, the One who saved me by HIs grace, When He takes me by the hand, and leads me through the Promised Land, What a day, Glorious day , that will be! That was my favorite chorus during worship at Anchor Bay Bible Institute in New Baltimore, Michigan, from 1976 through 1979. I also cannot wait to see Rev. Albert Schinzing again, the dean of my Bible College, who, along with my mother, had the greatest influence on my spiritual life.

Whether it is 2 or 3 more days, or 3 or 4 more weeks, we SURELY do not have long now, fellow Watchers. Either way, please STAY ready!

Maranatha!
