‘And I looked and saw a white
cloud and seated on the cloud was One like the Son of Man,
with a golden crown on His head and a sharp sickle in His
hand’. -Revelation 14:14
The month of Elul has some very interesting connections and possible inferences still to a Summer Harvest Rapture. One has had different calculations about a possible Summer Rapture timing, there is still the consideration on the table about the Last Day of Summer to be connected to the timing of the Rapture, perhaps. Although one’s calculations have been based on the New Wine Theory, it all will or could converge on a September 22 date. Why?
It is because, as noted, it is the Fall Equinox that astronomically marks the end of the Summer and its harvests. In the case of the 3 First Fruit Feasts, 1 of the last types of Summer Harvests is that of the New Oil, i.e., Olives. And here one can connect the Oil in the lamps needed for the 10 Virgins and how the theme is in the context of hearing the Call and going with the Groom into the Bridal Chamber, etc. In one’s case, this Last Day of Summer, September 22, 2025 will be the last possible consideration for the Rapture’s Timing based on the New Wine Theory for 2025.
Beyond that, there are just too many variables that are not known or fully understood in one’s case to go beyond such speculation without losing respect. For example, if the end of the Church Age is to be like the Days of Noah and Lot, where do the 7 Days factor into the equation? But in retrospect, over the decades, we have learned so much about the Rapture typologies that we never knew before.
And the Holy Spirit will continue to teach us what we need to know. That is the best we can do as we wait, watch, and witness, etc. Now here will be some of those items that are of interest that will be expanded from Jewish sources about the prophetic connection of the Month of Elul with the timing of the Rapture, possibly. Aside from the Jewish traditions and facts, the prophetic inference to the Rapture will be based on one’s interpretation at the end.
-The month of Elul means ‘To Search’. It is about a spiritual introspection of one’s Soul.
-Then twice a day, Psalm 27 is read in all of the Jewish homes.
-The Shofar is sounded each morning signifying the ‘Awakening Blast’.
-It is the month of repentance commemorating what occurred after the Golden Calf.
The Beloved Bride
I was not made aware of this one
thing about Psalm 27 until years later in my Journey of Faith.
It is that this Psalm 27 would be my Life Verse. This would be
besides 3 others from the Book of Revelation that would define
my Commission, etc. And then here is that connection to the
theme of the Groom and the Bride from the Song of Solomon in
which the Rose of Sharon is shown and discussed about. How so?
The name of the month Elul is spelled (Alef-Lamed-Vav-Lamed). In
Jewish Gematria, it is the Acronym for ‘Ani l'dodi v'dodi li’
(אֲנִי לְדוֹדִי וְדוֹדִי לִי). In Hebrew, it means,
‘I am my Beloved's and my Beloved is mine’. -Song of
Songs 6:3
And it is in the Song of Solomon when in the late Summer Harvest time, that only then is the Bride summoned. Having matured and prepared, reflected and made ready, an escort comes to lift her up from the field and be taken by Solomon back to the Father’s House, etc. I am convinced that this is a prophetic type of the Rapture and its timing. This next section is where it gets into the day counts of the 50’, as in all those Pentecost inferences.

According to tradition, the month of Elul is the time that Moses spent on Mount Sinai preparing the 2nd set of Tablets after the incident of the Golden Calf (Exodus 32, 34:27-28). This is where one has to do some research because Jewish Tradition and day counts are not always about being ‘accurate’ but it is all about ‘Tradition’ instead. This is what Jesus called-out the Elders for.

So, according to Jewish Tradition,
Moses descended Mount Sinai with the 2nd set of Tablets on
Tishri 10. This was Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement). Thus, this is
the day that Israel completed its collective Repentance for
Sinai, etc. So, the month of Elul is the beginning of the 40
Days of Repentance led by Moses. This was followed by the 10
Days of Awe to make it a total of a 50-Day time-frame. It is
rather interesting how the number of Pentecost or the Jubilee
Count keeps occurring. Here are some more facts and traditions
about Elul.
- Elul is the 12th month or
final month of the Civil year, speaking of a Finality or End.
- It is the month of the Sign
of Virgo, known in Hebrew as Betulah, Maiden, Virgin.
- It is the month where the
King Is in the Field and the ‘Common People’ could approach.
Here is one’s final consideration
and strongest prophetic inference of why the Rapture is
associated with the final Summer Harvest. It is about the King,
the Lion King that has the Sickle in hand and harvests the
Summer Wheat. The imagery is that of Jesus in the Wheat Fields
where the Bride, the Church Age Witnesses has been sent to
labor, sow, water, and weed in the ‘Wheatfield of the World’. It
is very powerful in one’s mind.
As one who loves the study of Astronomy and especially tying it to Biblical Astronomy, one finds this convergence of the 2 Celestial Motifs of the Beginning and the End of the Mazzaroth besides oneself.

End of the Harvests
The Celestial Storyline begins with Virgo with the birth of the Man-Child Messiah. Then it ends with the Triumph of the Lion-King and a What Harvest. How cool is that? But, alas, will such correspondences ‘prove’ the timing to the Rapture? And specifically to occur on the very last day of the Astronomical Summer? And if in 2025?

As one who has developed the New
Wine Rapture Theory, obviously the Rapture did not occur on
one's calculated July 23 date or on the 9th of Av as other
Brethren calculated it. However, note that as there is that
overlap you mentioned, the Barley with the Wheat and then the
Wheat with the Wine, perhaps the patterns continues and is
fulfilled in the Wine overlapping with the Oil. These are the
following Summer Harvests.
1 Barley meeting-up with the
Wheat.
2 Wheat meeting-up with the
Wine.
3 Wine meeting-up with the
Oil.
This pattern would account for the 3
'Penta' or 50 day feasts of the First Fruits of the New Wheat,
New Wine and New Oil. Based on this pattern, the end of the
Summer Harvest will occur astronomically on September 22. For
2025, it coincides with the Fall Equinox and the Solar Eclipse
over the region of Christchurch, New Zealand. We shall see what
comes of this, perhaps in 2025. There is yet another pattern of
‘50’ as in days also but related to the Summer Harvests.
This has to do with how the month of Elul is a 40 Day countdown to Yom Kippur. That is the Day of Atonement or covering. It is said of the Jews that it is when the ‘Books’ of Judgment are open and Israel is weighed in the balance for 1 year. It is also when, according to the Protocols of the Torah, the High Priest, once a year enters the Holy of Holies to present and sprinkle Blood upon the Ark of the Covenant, etc. However, since 70 AD, this ritual has not occurred as there is no longer a Temple.
This has to do with how the month of Elul is a 40 Day countdown to Yom Kippur. That is the Day of Atonement or covering. It is said of the Jews that it is when the ‘Books’ of Judgment are open and Israel is weighed in the balance for 1 year. It is also when, according to the Protocols of the Torah, the High Priest, once a year enters the Holy of Holies to present and sprinkle Blood upon the Ark of the Covenant, etc. However, since 70 AD, this ritual has not occurred as there is no longer a Temple.
Elul 1 + 30 Days = Tishrei 1 + 10 Days of Awe = Yom
Kippur (Tishrei 10)
For the year 2025, Yom Kippur is on
October 2, 2025.This will be the 40th Day in the countdown of
Israel’s National Repentance observance. Obviously, Israel being
a Secular Nation, it is just the Orthodox and Religious Jews
that bear this in mind and observe. So, it is not really a total
‘National Repentance’. On Elul 1, YHVH instructed Ezekiel to lie
down on his side for 40 Days.
August 25, 2025 + 40 Days = Yom Kippur + 10 Days = October 13, 2025 (Simchat Torah)
This was to signify the amount of time for Judah’s punishment for not keeping the Sabbath of the Land. Then it is when Jonah began to preach against Nineveh for 40 Days. One’s point is that there is a 50 Day Count incorporated also within the pattern that could suggest when the 1st Day of the Daily Sacrifices are to begin. This is what initiates the 7-Year Tribulation Period, in one’s interpretation and understanding.
August 25, 2025 + 40 Days = Yom Kippur + 10 Days = October 13, 2025 (Simchat Torah)

later, but it will come about due to Jacob’s Trouble. The 40 Day
countdown to Yom Kippur started on August 23, 2025. But then
one’s point is that if one then adds the 10 Days to equal the 50
Day Count, it lands on October 13, 2025 with End Date included.
And?
This date is where one strongly suggests it could be the start of the 7-Year Tribulation Period countdown. And? If one then takes October 13, 2025 to be one possible scenario of the start of the Tribulation Period, then the following matrix could be possible to ascertain when the midpoint would occur with the AntiChrist ceasing the Daily Sacrifices, setting-up the Image that will be the Abomination of Seoslations and when Jesus is to return. Here is the suggested timeline.
October 13, 2025 = Daily Sacrifices initiate day count of Daniel’s 70th week of Years.
+1260 Days
March 26, 2029 = Nisan 10, day Jesus rode into Jerusalem, AntiChrist ceases Offering.
+1260 Days
September 6, 2032 = Yom Teruah, day Jesus returns and begins to fulfill Fall Feasts.
This date is where one strongly suggests it could be the start of the 7-Year Tribulation Period countdown. And? If one then takes October 13, 2025 to be one possible scenario of the start of the Tribulation Period, then the following matrix could be possible to ascertain when the midpoint would occur with the AntiChrist ceasing the Daily Sacrifices, setting-up the Image that will be the Abomination of Seoslations and when Jesus is to return. for 2025, the Jewish Feast Day will correspond to Simchat Torah.
This is the event in which in all ancient dedication ceremonies,
the Covenant of Moses was reiterated in the public reading of
National Israel. For 2025, this Feast corresponds to October 15,
2025. This is why one is more convinced that what will initiate
the Tribulation Period is how this timing will coincide with the
Ancient Jewish Temple rededication ceremonies.
These day counts and Jewish Minor Feasts of Shemini Atzeret and Simchat Torah are also ‘Dress Rehearsals’ for the Jews in that it leads to the Sabbath of Beginning. And for 2025, that will be October 18, 2025. This corresponds, like a ‘Bookend’ to the Sabbath of Return, on September 11, 2032. Coincidence? Perhaps.
