This is a giant pointer toward the end time prophecies.  According to prophecy, Saudi Arabia will not escape the destruction in Isaiah 21. Iran will attack Saudi Arabia, according to prophecy. Ezekiel 38 tells that Dedan (Saudi Arabia) will be one of the nations - alongside Tarshish - that will express shock at the Ezekiel 38 attack on Israel. In my opinion, Saudi Arabia knows something dangerous is coming - otherwise they would not be making this dangerous and controversial pact with Pakistan. India is furious over this pact with their enemy, Pakistan. Both India and Pakistan have nuclear weapons.
