This is my theory as to why Jesus was resurrected after 3 days and the Two Witnesses are resurrected after 3 1/2 days according to Rev. 11:9-11 after witnessing for 1,260 days. In the Bible, 360 days equals 1 yr. or the 365 days it takes for the Earth to revolve around the Sun. However, 360 degrees in a circle or on the face of a 24 hr. clock can represent 360 for 1 day to go by. 360 x 3 days = 1080 THE HOLY SPIRIT in Greek gematria. Jesus was resurrected after 3 days. 360 x 3 1/2 days as 360 x 3.5 = 1,260 which represents the time that the Two Witnesses witnessed on Earth according to Rev. 11:3 after which they were resurrected after 3 1/2 days (3.5 days) And don't forget that the Lord Jesus' ministry on Earth was also 3 1/2 yrs. x 360 = 1,260 days after which He was crucified as a sacrifice for our sins, and rose from the dead after 3 days.
