A circle or an analog clock face has 360 degrees so each minute represents 6 degrees x 60 minutes to 1 hr. = 360 degrees. From the 9 on the face of the clock clockwise to the #3 would represent 180 degrees. From the #3 (9:15) to the #4 = 30 more degrees (9:20) = 210 degrees and 4 minutes more x 6 degrees for each minute = 24 more degrees which is 9:24 on the clock. So the 210 degrees at 9:20 + 24 degrees to 9:24 = 234 degrees which was Vincent Tan's #. So 9:24 is 924 Feast of Trumpets 2nd day this year. So maybe it points to the day of the Rapture rather than the year of the Rapture.
