"Charlie Kirk Tribute"

Charlie Kirk,

Im saying his name because there are some pastors this coming weekend who likely won’t mention his name, as they didn’t mention President Trumps name when he was almost killed.

Im not going too political here, though sometimes biblical truths do get intertwined with politics occasionally as well they should. We shouldn’t avoid certain topics in church just because they are also mentioned in the political sphere.

Above all this is a heart issue. The same people who are celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk, are the same people who celebrate and excuse the killing of the innocent unborn.

If the killer of Charlie Kirk couldn’t access a gun he would have tried to stab him or blow him up or any other number of ways a murderer can do these things.

This is a battle not against flesh and blood but of principalities and powers as Ephesians 6:12 Reminds us. It’s good vs. evil. Our God is a God of life, the enemies of God worship at the altar of hate and death. There is no gray area here.

Like Erika Kirk just said last night on the news, this will have the opposite effect of what was intended. Charlie Kirk’s movement was just given steroids and this is a very good thing that is being born out of a tragic event. Many who were asleep spiritually are now awakened to what’s really important. I have friends and family who were away from the Lord and now have come back already because of this.

Will the violence end? Of course it’s our prayer, but it’s not likely, because it’s a heart issue. Until someone repents of their murderous thoughts and ways, these people who are controlled by the demonic, will continue in their sin and their pursuit of the death of those who speak truth.

The Bible has also told us ahead of time that these things would happen right before Jesus comes to steal his ready followers. But we as Gods children can do our part by not being silent in the face of evil. Whatever we were before this tragic murder of a Godly man, needs to change.

NO more being silent on these issues that we know are tearing our country apart and have been for decades even going back to the 60s when they took prayer out of schools. Many then, foresaw these days we are witnessing now, and certainly God foresaw them before we did.

So what’s next you might ask and wonder as do I. Again we must go back to scripture to see. Though we want things to get better and in some circles they may, the overall bigger prophetic picture isn't good. Can the evil thats here and coming be delayed or pushed back?

To some extent yes. Among the souls that have already come closer to Jesus than they were before and to those who have rededicated their lives to the Lord, it’s a wonderful thing. Whenever God sends or allows judgement and or punishment, people at the same time get saved by crying out to the Lord.

But the Book of Revelation reminds us of what and who is coming. Not only Jesus, but more punishment on those who won’t repent. But God knows how to protect his children in all of this.

Just remember, God allowed Charlie Kirk to be taken at this time to become part of the army of Martyrs before him and the future Martyrs which will be many. We can have a righteous anger about this, but don’t let it turn into bitterness.

Charlie, Stephen the first Christian Martyr, the 70 plus million already and the many more that will all be beheaded during the tribulation period which is fast approaching, will all get to come back with Jesus on White horse back with us, who are about to be taken into the clouds any day now along with the dead in Christ.

Yes we all get to come back and defeat the enemies of God. All these evil people who are doing things that God hates, will be dealt with swiftly on the Second great day of the Lord. But the first great day is almost here. Even at the doorstep.

So for now, brothers and sisters, keep on fighting the good fight, but in the meantime don’t be silent as you once may have been, now is the time to speak up on all these issues, not to cower back as we once may have. Now is the time to stand and be counted worthy and not be ashamed of the Gospel of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

Many have said this door of opportunity that we now have may not last long and I tend to agree. It’s time to pray more than ever, repent more than ever and be ready more than ever for what’s coming next. We know it’s Jesus, but we must be strong enough ourselves individually as Luke 21:36 proclaims. To pray that you will be strong enough to escape all these things and that you can stand before Jesus and not be ashamed.

Until next time God bless you all
