"Some Thoughts On The Time We Are In"

Hello John and Doves,

The Feast of Trumpets, Rosh Hashanah, passed with no Rapture.  Just wasn't THE appointed day by God.  So we keep watching for Him!  Because there IS an appointed day for this to happen.

Today, September 28, 2025 is one of the Ten Days of Awe/Repentance, in anticipation of Yom Kippur.

Yom Kippur starts sunset October 1 to sunset October 2.  The Chabad calendar is correct for the sighting of the new moon for the month of Tishrei.

Then Sukkot/Feast of Tabernacles starts sunset October 6 and goes for a week to October 13.  This is the day that some believe is also the day of the Transfiguration where Moses and Elisha showed up to talk with Jesus and Peter offered to build them 'booths'.  This is done on Feast of Tabernacles.

This is followed by Shemini Atzeret, 'the final and Great Day of the Feast', which starts sunset October 13 to sunset October 14.

Some believe that Jesus was born on Feast of Tabernacles - as He came to 'tabernacle' with us.  And was circumcised on 'the eighth day' (Shemini Atzeret).  Maybe He will come back (Rapture) during the anniversary of His birth or at the time of His circumcision.

The 'eighth day' is Shemini Atzeret - the day Jesus would have been circumcised IF He was born of the first day of Sukkot.  To me it makes sense for all of the major occurrences in Jesus' life to occur on an appointed day - a Feast of the Lord or a High Sabbath. Days that God Himself set aside.

Circumcision represents God's covenant with Abraham.  "It is a tangible symbol of the covenant between God and His people." It is a 'Profound act that carries deep religious, cultural and historical significance....By undergoing this ritual, Jewish males signify their commitment to the covenant..."  Circumcision is a "living symbol of faith, community and identity."  This ritual of circumcision was required by the Law.  Jesus' circumcision was a sign of God's covenant.

Shemini Atzeret or "The Assembly of the Eighth" was a high Sabbath.  God added this day to the end of Sukkot.  So it's a day that God set aside.  For what purpose?

And it's very timely that the Pilgrim's Road was just opened to the public - it goes from the Pool of Siloam to the Temple Mount.  During the Feast of Tabernacles, Jesus told the blind man (John 9:1-12) to go wash in the Pool of Siloam.

Could this be a clue for the time period we are in?

I have thought that Feast of Trumpets was The Second Coming - Jesus comes with His Heavenly armies.  Then this is followed by the books opened on Day of Atonement - Judgment.  Then the Millennial Kingdom starts during of Feast of Tabernacles - as that is the feast we are to go to Jerusalem and worship the Lord.

So where does the Rapture fit in all of this?  Just looking at the time period we are in now - maybe it's on one of these last Feast Days?  Or it's one of the in between days - after Feast of Trumpets, before Day of Atonement (during the Days of Awe) or during the seven day long Feast of Tabernacles or possibly on Shemini Atzeret.

And where does the start of the Tribulation fit in all of this?  It could start on the day of the Rapture or immediately following or some time later...

I am still looking at the U.N. 80th annual meeting and their "New York Declaration on the Two-State Solution" as HIGHLY significant right now.

Of the 193 member nations, 9 countries voted 'No', 12 'Abstained'.  The majority of the world's nations want Israel's land divided.

This is moving us right along on the prophetic timeline.  What is more important, though, than this Declaration - is that four out of the five permanent Security Council members now recognize the State of Palestine.  I read that IF the number of nations voting for this hits 160 - it's pretty much a done deal.

Keep looking up!  Things are moving quickly....

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem~

Maranatha~
