Hello John and Doves,
On September 22, 23, world leaders
will meet in New York at the United Nations Headquarters -
to adopt the "Pact for the Future" - at the "Summit for the
Future".
This Pact is in it's fourth revision
and has been approved by "the Group of 77 which now
represents 134 developing countries...the 27-member European
Union and the United States"...they have "all agreed to the
fourth revision of the Pact of the Future." Russia
objects to some 15 issues in the Pact and Saudi Arabia
doesn't like the part about climate, and some countries
"objected to the language on reforming the international
financial institutions including the World Bank and
International Monetary Fund."

Will the vote reach the required
consensus among the 193 U.N. member states?
"Their decisions can pave the way
for a future breakdown or a breakthrough to a better world
for everyone. If you care about our lives, our world,

once-in-a-generation to forge a new consensus on what the
future of humanity and nature should be like and what
needs to be done to secure it."

Their Pact has all the buzz words - equality,
inclusivity, multilateralism, global transformation,
democratic, transformative, sustainable, good governance,
international cooperation, gender equality, climate
change, peace and security....
A big part of this Pact is global
peace and security. And global governance.
Global financial control. And they need to 'reform'
the U.N. Security Council that has veto powers.
But hardly anyone is aware of this
Summit or the UN's agenda and few in the MSM are even
talking about this MAJOR upcoming meeting. And it's
going to be adopted by world leaders.

The U.N. Summit of the
Future:
This weekend "We, the Heads of State
and Government, representing the peoples of the world, have
gathered at United Nations Headquarters to protect the needs
and interests of present and future generations through the
actions in the Pact for the Future." And, "We reaffirm
our unwavering commitment to act in accordance with
international law, including the Charter of the United
Nations and its purposes and principles."
"We reaffirm our enduring commitment
to the 2030 Agenda of Sustainable Development and its
Sustainable Development Goals. We will urgently
accelerate progress towards achieving the goals, including
through concrete political steps and mobilizing significant
additional financing from all sources for sustainable
development...Climate change is one of the greatest
challenges of our time with adverse impacts that are
disproportionately felt by developing countries, especially
those that are particularly vulnerable to the adverse
effects of climate change. We commit to accelerating
meeting our obligations under the United Nations framework
Convention on Climate Change and the Paris Agreement."
"..in this Pact we commit to
fifty-eight actions in the areas of sustainable
development and financing for development, international
peace and security, science, technology, and innovation and
digital cooperation, youth and future generations, and
transforming global governance."
In their Rev4 Declaration on Future
Generations, they've written about "Reaffirming our
commitments to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,
including the 2023 SDG Summit Political Declaration"
along with "The maintenance of international peace

They start their fifty eight actions
list with:
1) We will take bold, accelerated,
transformative action to implement the 2030 Agenda and
achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)
2) Eradicating poverty
the "center of our efforts to achieve the 2030 Agenda."
3) We will end hunger and all
forms of malnutrition.
4) We will close the SDG
financing gap in developing countries. Involving
taxation of 'high-net worth individuals. Scale up
assistance to developing countries.
5) We will ensure that the
multilateral trading systems continues to be an engine for
sustainable development...."We reiterate that States are
strongly urged to refrain from promulgating and applying
unilateral economic measures not in accordance with
international law and the Charter of the United
Naitons..' The World Trade Organization will be the
core of this.
6) We will invest in people to
end poverty. Promote universal health coverage.
Insure the safety, dignity and human rights of all
migrants. Maximize the positive contribution of
migrants...and strengthen international partnerships and
global cooperation for safe, orderly and regular
migration...
7) We will strengthen our
efforts to build peaceful, just and inclusive societies for
sustainable development..
8) We will achieve gender
equality and the empowerment of all women and girls
"Ensure universal access to sexual and reproductive health
and reproductive rights as agreed in accordance with the
Progamme of Action of the International Conference on
Population and Development and the Beijing Platform for
Action and the outcome documents of their review
conferences." (The Beijing Platform includes "sexual
and reproductive rights" of women and girls.
9) We will strengthen
our actions to address climate change. They wrote
about their pledge to that their Sustainable Development
Goals (SDG) of 2015 are 'in peril'. Things are worse
instead of better. "We will not accept a future in
which dignity and opportunity are denied to half the
world's population or becomes the sole preserve of those
with privilege and wealth." They wrote that
eradicating poverty is their top goal for achieving
their 2030 Agenda. And "we acknowledge the important role
of the United Nations in global economic governance.
And they want to "protect everyone on earth through
universal coverage of mult-hazard early-warning systems by
2024, including through the accelerated implementation of
the Early Warnings for All Initiative."
I won't include or write about each
action, but will look at a few more of interest:
12) We will plan for the
future and strengthen our collective efforts to turbocharge
the full implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable
Development by 2030 and beyond. This includes
International Peace and Security as "The United Nations has
an indispensable role in the maintenance of international
peace and security."
17) We will fulfill our
obligation to comply with the decisions and uphold the
mandate of the International Court of Justice in any case to
which out State is a party."
41) We will reform the UN
Security Council. They want to increase the number of
members. They want to reduce the power of the veto -
"limiting its scope and use."
47) We will strengthen the
United Nations system.
48) We will accelerate the
reform of the international financial architecture.
50) We will accelerate reform
of the international financial architecture to strengthen
developing countries. Even in the International
Monetary Fund and World Bank.
51) Additional financing for
development countries. Developing countries require
enhanced access to financing from all sources to achieve the
SDGs. More contributions and commitments to reach 2030
goals.
54) Accelerate reform of the
international financial architecture to "channel and
increase additional financing towards both sustainable
development and climate action.. Mobilize financing to
support and develop renewable , low and zero emission and
energy-efficiency technologies. Encourage the private
sector, especially large corporations to contribute to
sustainability and protecting our planet to achieve the 203
Agenda.
58) Strengthen international
cooperation for the exploration and use of outer space for
peaceful purposes and for the benefit of all humanity.
Other actions are "pursue a future
free from terrorism", "advance the goal of a world
free of nuclear weapons.", "uphold disarmament obligations
and commitments.', "pursue a world free from chemical and
biological weapons" and they want to control AI research and
development and advances in technology..
U.N. member states will pledge
to recognize the importance of the United Nations and
pledge to acknowledge the need to maintain and
strengthen the role of the United Nations..."in all
things". They will reaffirm their commitment to
the UN Charter. They will abide by global governance -
and reform of financial institutions. They will
reaffirm unwavering commitment to international law and
the International Court and pledge to abide by its
rulings. They will control space exploration and
use of outer space, along with AI research and
development. They will control global emergencies
- name the global emergency and decide on the global
response. They will reform the U.N. Security
Council so it will have limited power. This Pact
is all for empowering developing countries. And
they must all make sure that the three pillars of the
United Nations "never unravel....We will not let that
happen." The three pillars are: Sustainable
development, peace and security and human rights.
What will they not control??
And this is ALL FOR empowering
developing countries - taking from the non-developing
countries - the U.S. - and giving to developing
countries - China. Giving money and power to
China. China runs WHO. And setting up global
governance and banking.
To do what they have planned
they need money, a lot of money that they will demand
from Western countries - to give to developing
countries. For their equality, sustainability and "not
leave anyone behind" plans. It all sounds so
'equitable' and 'inclusive'.
They want to end hunger, end
poverty, end discrimination, end supply chain problems,
end climate change, get rid of nuclear weapons, end
wars, BRING PEACE AND SECURITY TO THE WORLD - it may
look good on paper - but these things are not possible
to attain - unless there is massive depopulation all
around the globe and total control of the
people.
If states sign on, they will be
signing a Pact of lies and deception. They will
loose their sovereignty and their ability to govern
their health care, their financial system, their social
media, their government, their militaries, etc.
WHO wants a weakened U.S./West
and they want world governance - for China.

My notes:
The U.N. is pushing for global
governance. The U.N. is seeking more power.
The Biden-Harris administration is planning to surrender
the U.S. to the U.N. agenda. They are aligned with
the international globalists that hate America and hate
our Constitution and hate our Judeo-Christian principles
and they want America to become like the rest of the
world. They don't want us to be subordinate or
governed by our Constitution. They want us to be
subordinate to the U.N. and WHO;
This vote to give more power
to the U.N. Secretary General. This
will help make the U.N. an international governing
body. These powers would be triggered by a cyber
emergency, a gun violence emergency, a climate
emergency, a financial emergency, etc. Biden et al
are in full agreement with the U.N. and WHO to place US
under their authority and require their international
health regulation - including surveillance of U.S.
citizens - the censoring of views, etc. The
American people didn't vote for this or support
it. The U.S. should withdraw from WHO. Any
agreements should require Senate approval.
This is a MOST important issue
for the country and American people.
The Summit of the Future will
take place September 22, 23 - this will cede America's
authority and America's sovereignty to basically
China. China is defined by the U.N. as a
developing country. It's not a developing country
- it's the second economy behind the U.S. It will
give our decision making ability to China - that's what
Americans need to know.
The Secretary General Guterres
said, in his Policy Brief 2 from March, 2023 - he
proposed the U.N. General Assembly provide the Sect
General and U.N. system with standing authority to
convene and operationalize an emergency platform in the
event of a future global shock. The WHO will
determine what is a global shock - examples are severe
climate or environmental events, future pandemics, high
impact events like biological agents, disruption of the
global flow of goods, etc. Also, it requires a 5%
payment, every year by the U.S., of our total medical
dollars spent - which are in the trillions.
America must be aware of
this. This must go through the Senate where it
will require 60 votes. Republicans are going to
fight this. The WHO needs to be defunded and the U.S.
needs to get out of WHO. HR 1425, which was just
passed last week, requires the U.S Senate to vote on the
surrendering of US sovereignty to the U.N. and
WHO.
This is really important - most
Americans don't even know this is going on. The
Senate should not approve world governance.
They want President Trump
to get VP Harris to say whether or not she supports
world government. And publicly support or
denounce this pact.
The Biden admin has attacked
U.S. sovereignty since Day 1 - attacking our
geographical integrity and now they want to cede our
sovereignty over to the U.N. and WHO. This
administration is dangerous for America.
$850 million is what we
are to pay to the U.N. annually - but we consistently
pay more than this because of the Biden admin.
We would have to pay more if we become enslaved to
them. HR2022 has been introduced - gets us out
of WHO. Why? Because the WHO
has been captured by China. We saw this with
Covid. WHO protected China.
Do not turn our health care
apparatus over to the U.N. that has no concern for
Americans.
We are WHO's largest
contributor. China has taken over WHO.
In this Summit, signing on would
require states to address misinformation and
disinformation. Which is what the Biden-Harris
admin wants. The U.S. should not cede to a
takeover by China.
The WHO and UN do not represent
anything good for America. WHO would decide what
our money would go to. They would be able to
define an emergency as anything they want. Like
climate or gun control.
This IHR treaty is nothing more
than a redistribution of wealth and government control
via global governance. This fits into the
Communist and Socialist ideology that defines the
Democratic Party. Biden-Harris would like to give
control of the U.S. to the U.N./WHO. The U.N.
needs to get out of the U.S.
This is a global power
grab. Period. The WHO are focused on
disinformation - shutting down dissenting speech.
Like what we saw with Brazil and X - silencing
dissenting voices. We cherish our freedom and our
families in America.
This should be treated as a
treaty for the Senate to vote on. Congress needs
to protect the American public from WHO.

This bill has been received by
the Senate and read twice and referred to the Committee
on Foreign Relations. It has passed the
House. It has not passed the Senate. When
passed by the Senate, it would have to go to the
President to sign. If Biden signs it, it will be
law.
We will see how the voting goes
this weekend. The U.S. is to sign on to
this.
Will H.R. 1425 get dumped by the
Senate? In my opinion, Biden will not sign this
bill. Biden is pro this Pact. So it looks
like this will be a real battle. If the bill dies,
America will be signed over to the U.N. and WHO.
Which means to China.
Pastor Dana Coverstone had a
dream a couple of years ago that he called, "Hail to the
Chief" - about a Chinese Communist take over of the U.S.
government and the country. U.S. politicians,
Senators, Congressmen, Biden, etc. sold us out to the
Chinese. The Chinese just walked in and took
over...which is not what some of the traitors
expected. Too late they realized they'd signed us
over to servitude and destruction. Will this dream
prove prophetic?

world leaders, the U.S. will be under U.N./WHO control -
and the CCP that have infected these organizations.
This Summit is September 22/23 -
Saturday and Sunday. This is about a week before
the end of the month of Elul and the Eve of Rosh
Hashanah.
