Oh to only be able to fully express how awesome His presence is. Dr. David Jerimiah had MercyMe’s “I Can Only Imagine” on today. I’m listening to it (DVR). I feel the Holy Spirit so strongly right now. I feel like crying. Our God is so wonderful and awesome.

Just imagine we’re going to get to see Jesus face to face! No matter it we finally get to meet Him through death or the Rapture we will be in His presence. Just to hold His nail scared hands. Just to kiss His beautiful wounds. Just to be hugged by the arms the rose up to be nailed to the cross (I really felt His Holy Spirit in that last sentence).

 

He told me one day that He knows what it’s like to be broken. He reminded me of His scars. He told me He understands what it’s like to be broken hearted for His heart was broken in more than one way (in a literal way or broken by sin and rejection). The Matzah represents His body (it is even pierced like He was). The wine His blood.

I remember it was on a Christmas Eve/ Christmas He helped me to realize something. I asked Him His favorite game. He said “Hide in seek. I like to seek out the lost.”

 

When you’re in His presence nothing else matters. Just to be held by His nail scared hands. No plans of wicked men or demons in Hell can get through. He won’t let it. He has power over everything.

 

He is not only good at finding the lost but at hiding. He hides His children with His nail scared hands.

 

He wants more people to come to the Marriage Supper. But like I felt the Holy Spirit tell me before “No one can come to the Marriage Supper with dirty hands”. What cleans dirty hands? Water. What cleans a dirty soul? The Living Water.
