Hi Fay, I always look for your posts, never thought I would actually have an answer. 

I worked for “Ma Bell” for years, sometimes in San Francisco. There is a “windowless” ATT building in almost every large city. It houses their network “systems” for lack of a better explanation. Back when I worked there “not in that building”, it was frames and switching systems. Horse and buggy stuff compared to the systems now. Safety and security are primary, if ATT went down we were in trouble. 

It’s just a large, clean air environment, with techs and engineers.
