The KS Ragan letter links to an
article - with information very similar to what Dr. Buttar
and Todd Callender warned us about - the author, Mike Adams
writes about graphene oxide (GO)
found in the Covid-19 "vaccine", being a 'carrier' for a
'payload' that can be activated by 5G. (sound familiar?)
Based on the science paper linked
in the article, Mike concludes that "This means that potent
chemical weapons - theoretically including nerve agents that
are fatal at nanograms of exposure - could be loaded into
graphene oxide (GO) molecules what are surreptitiously
delivered into the body via aggressively propagandized
medical interventions such as fake vaccines or covid
swabs....Once inside the body, a small amount of payload
leakage may generate some level of nerve damage among
inoculated victims, but the real payload delivery
won't happen until a proper 5G signal is broadcast across
the inoculated population, using the "release frequency"
that generates the required voltage to unleash the
payload."
"In other words, a 5G
broadcast signal at the appropriate frequency could
instantly cause graphene oxide molecules to release the
payloads into the bodies of those who were previously
inoculated with those payloads. This would
happen simultaneously, across the entire population that is
within range of broadcast frequencies which generate the
necessary voltage in the body."
"If the payload were a nerve
agent, the real world effect would be the sudden dropping
dead of large portions of populations across cities where 5G
broadcast are able to saturate them. If
payloads were virus-like nanoparticles ((like what Dr.
Buttar/Todd Callender have warned us about in my two Doves
letters)), payload delivery could cause a large population
to suddenly appear to be "infected" with a pandemic virus
that is spreading at unimaginable speed."
"This technology, in other
words, could be used as a "kill switch" to terminate
whatever portion of the population was previously
inoculated with payload-carrying GO (graphene
oxide)."
Mike then writes about graphene
oxide, itself, being able to transmit Ghz signals...this is
per a research paper in Applied Physics Letters, 2010.
"...graphene oxide has high potential for transmitting
signals at gigahertz ranges". "Graphene oxide
materials, in other words, can both carry payloads which
are delivered via remote cell phone signaling, as well as
transmit signals to other nearby receivers."
I don't know if KS Rajan saw my
two Doves' letters from the previous week, but KS's letter
adds to this whole 'possibility' of some sort of 'nefarious'
payload inside the Covid-19 "vaccines"- either carried on
the graphene oxide, or contained inside the hydrogel or
nanoparticles. That will be released at some point via
a cell phone or cell tower signal - like 18 GHz.
In my letters I wrote about Dr.
Buttar and Todd Callendar - totally separate from each
other, having different sources - reporting/warning
that the 5G towers will, at some point (Dr. Buttar
said this year/Todd Callender said October) use the 18GHz
electromagnetic frequency to release the 'pathogen payloads'
from hydrogel or nanoparticles in the Covdi-19 "vaccines" -
and that these payloads contain Marburg virus, Ebola virus,
E. coli and other pathogens.
KS's letter brings cell phones
themselves into this whole possibility. And includes
graphene oxide as what carries the 'payload'. Also, in
the science paper published in Materials Today Chemistry
"cell phone signals can be used to release biological or
chemical payloads from graphene oxide that's introduced
into the human body." The research has been done.
In this Natural Science article is
a link to this science paper that's quoted:
"Here, we have demonstrated how to
control the drug release rate remotely (from the graphene
oxide nanoparticle surface) with a handy mobile
phone...." (Graphene oxide has "hydroxyl,
carboxyl, and expoxy groups, which significantly enhance the
interfacial bonding within the components" that make
graphene oxide an "extremely potential nanocomposite
material as a drug carrier in the field of biomedicine and
biotechnology..." In other words, things like drugs,
chemicals, even pathogens can 'stick' to graphene
oxide.)
"Bias voltage" is "the amount of
voltage that an electronic device needs in order to power on
and function."
What
is Bias Voltage?
So, with the use of a cell phone -
at a specific 'power' - THEY can release drugs, or any other
'payload' that's been attached to graphene
oxide. And we know that graphene oxide is in the
Covid-19 'vaccine'. According to Dr. Buttar and Todd
Callender (see my two letters above), hydrogel or
nanoparticles release the pathogen payload via three 18 Ghz
bursts. And with the above research, we see that
graphene oxide can also be used to carry a pathogen payload
and the release of this can happen via a cell phone.
In my two doves letters, I wrote
about hydrogel or nanoparticles carrying the payload (which
contains Marburg, Ebola and other pathogens) - and that 18
Ghz pulses will cause the hydrogel/nanoparticles to release
these pathogens. Mike Evans wrote about graphene oxide
carrying a nerve agent or a pathogen. Obviously, he
isn't aware of Dr. Buttar or Todd Callender's warnings along
very similar lines.
What are the odds that three
people have almost identical warnings?? Dr. Buttar and
Todd Callender are certain these pathogens are in the
"vaccines" - Mike Adams is "saying, What If?" based on the
depopulation plans of Western countries and he presents the
method by which they can do this.
I wondered about places around
the country that don't have 5G towers and rural areas that
are too far away from these towers to feel their
affects. How will THEY get to these people - IF there
is something inside these "vaccines" that will be released
via 5G towers? According to research, cell phones,
routers can also be used to trigger activation.
October 4 (Or 11) WEA and EAS:
So this makes me suspicious of the
upcoming October 4, Cell phone alert - and
FEMA is involved!!
On October 4, 2023, "FEMA and FCC
will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System
and Wireless Emergency Alerts."
"This will be the third nationwide test, but the second test
to all cellular devices."
"The national test will consist of
two portions, testing WEA and EAS
capabilities. Both tests are scheduled to
begin at approximately 2:20 PM ET on Wednesday, October
4."
"The WEA portion of the
test will be directed to all consumer cell phones...The
test message will display in either English or in Spanish,
depending on the language settings of the wireless handset."
"The EAS portion of the test will
be sent to radios and televisions. This will be the
seventh nationwide EAS test."
"FEMA and the FCC are coordinating
with EAS participants, wireless providers, emergency
managers and other stakeholder in preparation for this
national test to minimize confusion and to maximize the
public safety value of the test."
"The purpose of the Oct. 4 test is
to ensure that the systems continue to be effective means of
warning the public about emergencies, particularly on the
national level. In case the Oct. 4 test is
postponed due to widespread severe weather or other
significant events, the back-up testing date is Oct. 11."
"The WEA portion of the test will
be initiated using FEMA's Integrated Public Alert
and Warning System, a centralized internet-based system
administered by FEMA that enables authorities to send
authenticated emergency messages to the public through
multiple communications networks. The WEA test will be
administered via a code sent to cell phones."
"All wireless phones
should receive the message only once."
"Beginning at approximately 2:20
p.m. ET, cell towers will broadcast the test for
approximately 30 minutes. During this time,
WEA-compatible wireless phones that are switched on, within
range of an active cell tower and whose wireless provider
participates in WEA, should be capable of receiving the test
message."
"For consumers, the message that
appears on their phones will read: "This is a test of
the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No
action is needed." "To help ensure that these alerts
are accessible to the entire public, including people with
disabilities, the alerts are accompanied by a unique tone
and vibration."
"The EAS portion of the test is
scheduled to last approximately one minute and will be
conducted with the participation of radio and television
broadcasters, cable systems, satellite radio and television
providers and wieline video providers." This test
message will state: "This is a nationwide test of the
Emergency Alert System, issued by the Federal Emergency
Management Agency, covering the United States from 14:20 to
14:50 hours ET. This is only a test. No action
is required by the public."

IF they are looking for
deficiencies or problems in the system - this will let them
know what they need to 'fix' - to make sure that every
cell phone gets their 'messages' in the future.

4. And I question ANY and EVERY thing that has FEMA's
name on it. Todd Callender said October was the
'activation' month. Hmmm.
Just fyi, 5G towers are much
smaller than 4G towers - 5G antennas and panels can be
mounted on utility poles or anywhere. "When
you travel around the city, keep an eye out for discreet
boxes mounted on lamp posts or other utility poles."
4G towers are big towers - usually on big masts/big metal
frames with lots of antennas and dishes. "4G towers
can of course be kitted out with 5G hardware as well." The
5G signal doesn't travel as far as 4G - so more 5G towers
are needed per area. "You may not even notice when a
5G tower goes up in your neighborhood. They are
designed to blend into the surrounding area..."

And it's
interesting that 5G didn't actually become mainstream
until 2022. This article is about the 5G rollout in
the U.S. - ex. Verizon has "fixed and mobile 5G all over
the US; AT&T has Mobile 5G in thousands of cities;
T-Mobile/Spring is available in thousands of locations;
plus many other providers.
The
Severe Adverse Reactions/Death Following Covid-19
Vaccination:
Could 'leaking'
of these payloads be responsible for the terrible deaths
and the most severe adverse reactions following the
Covid-19 vaccination? Many bizarre symptoms followed
these "vaccines" - The brain bleeds and bleeding out, the
blood clots - abnormal clotting function, organ failure,
shock, body aches, headaches, malaise, fever, confusion,
seizures, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, trouble breathing,
chest pain, chills, inflammation of the brain, and death -
these are also all various 'symptoms' of Marburg, Ebola,
E. coli, staphylococcus, etc. (Todd Callender mentioned
chimeras of these pathogens - and we don't know how they
have been lab-manipulated - so we don't know how they
compare to what we know of African Ebola, Marburg Virus
Disease, etc.)

The New Covid-19 Booster:
And with the recent approval and
EUA of the next booster shot that they started giving last
week - that was approved AFTER it was shipped all across the
country - makes this booster suspicious. And it's
being pushed on 6 months to 11 years old as EUA. What
emergency?? None of this is adding up as
'normal'.
October 4 is near the end of the
week of Sukkot - just a day before Hoshanah Rabbah and two
days before Sehmini Atzeret - using the new moon
sighting. I don't know if October 4 has any
satanic meaning - THEY seem to pick their days carefully.
Just a lot of things to make me go
'hmmmm'. But I'd rather be warned than surprised.
