Jesus is called the Son of God, angels and believers are alsocalled the sons of God while both Judas Iscariot and the Antichrist are called the son of perdition which means a lost person who has never been saved so it doesn't necessarily mean that Judas Iscariot is the Antichrist.

Also according to Matthew 27:3-5, Judas repented that he had sinned in betraying Jesus' innocent blood.  He returned the 30 pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders; and he then went out and committed suicide by hanging himself unlike the Antichrist who will be wounded to death by a sword and did live.  (Rev. 13:3, 12 & 14).  Judas Iscariot was not wounded to death by a sword.

The Antichrist is also supposed to be the little horn of the book of Daniel while the 10 horns are 10 kings (Dan. 7:24) which means that the little horn is a son of a king or a prince or crown prince that rises to power to later become a king which Judas Iscariot was not.
