People are being conditioned for the coming "mark of the beast" (Revelation 13:16-18) that will be fully implemented after the upcoming Rapture during the 7 year Tribulation Period. This cartoon is to make the MARK appealing to kids.

P.S. I would like to just make a comment here about something else. The final world power during the 7 year Tribulation Period after the Rapture will be the "Revived Roman Empire". I believe very strongly that it is no accident that America is declining now in preparation for the rise of the European Union after the Rapture, as the power base for the coming antichrist will be Europe, and the best way to describe Europe during the Tribulation is as the "Revived Roman Empire". This can be substantiated with much Scripture, but I simply don't have time here to do this.
