"At A Time You Think Not: Simchat Torah for Some and Shemini Atzeret for Others in 2021?"

According to the Torah Calendar, the correct Appointment Times during Tishri this year are 2 days behind the Hillel Calendar. Branches of Rabbinical Judaism follow the Hillel and so do a number of Messianic congregations. Let us consider several days in Tishri related to the Torah Calendar. When Simchat Torah begins in Israel the evening of 9-30-2021, the rest of the world far back on the 24 hour grid is beginning Shemini Atzeret: the 8th Day of Solemn Convocation. For all the world, the 7 days of Sukkot have ended, the sukkahs have been dismantled. Technically, all 7 Appointment Times are over for the world in 2021. Concluded and complete. The King’s Calendar was complete on Elul 30. All this is fulfilled by the Autumn Equinox on 9-22. “Summer is near, even at the gates.”

Look to Erev Simchat Torah (Tishri 22) on 9-30 for Israel at her Midnight Hour. Rejoicing In The Torah Day. Rejoicing in THE MESSIAH AS THE LIVING TORAH (the personification of the words of life from Genesis through Deuteronomy). This is about far more than showcasing respect for torah scrolls at synagogues all over the world. The Torah showcases Him! And many will believe that the calendar is 2 days ahead. The Messiah has promised to come “at a time you think not.” There would be NO CORRELATION of importance or understanding to those who would believe the days are Tishri 23 or 24 on the Hillel Calendar rather than Tishri 21 or 22 on the Torah (Creation) Calendar! Calendar consternation. Tishri 23 or 24 are not among the most momentous days of Tishri! The days of Sukkot, 7th Appointment Time, are nearly here. We shall see…
