"RE: Fay: 09.05.21: In the Meantime - Back at the Ranch...."

The title of what you wrote caught my attention, because of how often that phrase was used in westerns.
Then it made think about a text I received, a few days ago,
where they quoted, what they said was their favorite verse in scripture:

Revelation 19:11 And‭ I saw‭‭ heaven‭ opened‭‭, and‭ behold‭‭ a white‭ horse‭; and‭ he that sat‭‭ upon‭ him‭ ‭was‭ called‭‭ Faithful‭ and‭ True‭, and‭ in‭ righteousness‭ he doth judge‭‭ and‭ make war‭‭.‭

To which I responded:
All good westerns have their endings based on that.
That bad guys want to kill the woman, meanwhile, back at the ranch,
they’re surrounded by other bad guys, closing in, and it looks like all is lost.
Then, suddenly, the hero rides in on a white horse, rescues the woman,
and gets to the ranch without a second to lose, and kills all the bad guys.
Then he and the woman live happily in the ranch.
