THE RIDER ON THE WHITE HORSE OF THE FIRST SEAL ( Rev 6:2 ) IS THE PRELUDE TO THE RIDER ON  THE RED HORSE OF THE SECOND SEAL ( Rev 6:3-4 ).....

The definition of 'prelude' is :  An  ACTION or an event serving as an introduction or a preparation leading up to a more important action or EVENT.

The following Scripture is speaking of the ACTION of the rider on the white horse ( Rev 6:2 ) leading up to the EVENT of the rider on the red horse ( Rev 6:3-4 ):

1 Thessalonians 5:3

"For when they shall SAY PEACE AND SAFETY; then SUDDEN  DESTRUCTION COMES upon  them "

SO, THERE YOU HAVE IT :

When the action of the rider on  the white horse of the first seal "SAYS PEACE AND SAFETY"; then  the event of the rider on  the red horse will bring "SUDDEN DESTRUCTION UPON  THEM". 

The rider on  the white horse of the first seal  is promoting the 'Abrahamic Peace  Accords' which are "SAYING PEACE AND SAFETY" for Israel  as A PRELUDE to the rider on the red horse of the second seal which then bring the  "SUDDEN DESTRUCTION " of the Gog-Magog War upon  Israel.
