Record (Hourly) Rainfall in New York
Most of us sense the urgency of the days we are living in, just before the Return of the Lord Jesus Christ!! Two weather warnings have been given to New York. On Saturday 21 August 2021 heavy rain fell in New York, the remnants of Hurricane Henri. In one hour, 1.94 inches (around 50 mm) of rain fell in Central Park. Lightning and rain forced the cancellation of the We Love NYC Homecoming Concert, celebrating return to cultural life, in the midst of a Barry Manilow song. Link to article below. This was four years to the day following the American eclipse on 21 August 2017!!! A warning from the Lord who does all things according to His Plans!!
This record lasted only 11 days!! On Wednesday 1 September 3, 3.15 inches (around 80 mm) of rain fell in Central Park in one hour (from 8.51 pm to 9.51 pm). This was linked to Hurricane Ida. Many parts of the North East of the United States experienced catastrophic flash floods. In Australia, television coverage showed amazing footage of flooding in the New York Subway and in North East regions. Warnings that need to be heeded – the Lord is looking for Repentance!!
Twin Towers – Judgment in One Hour
I know that Revelation 18 primarily prophesies the total destruction of the final Babylon kingdom of the Antichrist. However, there may be other prophetic inferences. We are just six to seven days from the 20th Anniversary of the destruction of the Twin Towers and the attack on the pentagon!! It is worth remembering that the 911 attacks occurred within ONE HOUR!!
· Flight 11 crashed into the North Tower at 8.46.40 am
· Flight 175 crashed into the South Tower at 9.03.02 am
· Flight 77 crashed into the pentagon at 9.37.46 am.
Three attacks within one hour!! Some very brave crew and passengers prevented further attacks. Flight 93 was hijacked but then diverted by crew and passengers and crashed into a field in Pennsylvania 10.03.01 am. This averted a further attack, possibly on the Capitol Building. The course of (recent) world history was changed as a result of three terrorist attacks that took place within ONE HOUR. This is a warning of how suddenly judgment can come. The very recent events in Afghanistan show how quickly life can change.
When these things begin to come to pass, LOOK UP for our redemption draweth NIGH!!
