Hello John and Doves,
On the chabad calendar,
the eve of Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah) or Rom Teruah
(The day of trumpets), is 29 Elul or September 6. And ends
on the eve of September 8. It became known as Rosh
Hashanah (head of the year) in the 2nd Century A.D. after
the Temple was destroyed and the people were scattered.
In Leviticus 23: 23
"The Lord said to Moses, "Speak to the Israelites and say,
'On the first day of the seventh month you are to have a
day of rest, a sacred assembly announced by trumpet
blasts. You must not do any regular work, but you
are to present an offering made by fire to the Lord."
The Lord designated ONE
day for this festival - not two. A second day was
added by the people - "The reason for the two days is the
result of trying to find the exact time the feast
occurs. Since the feast occurs on the first day of
the seventh month the new moon was the start of the
month. Many times, because of clouds and weather, it
was hard to spot a new moon. Once a "New Moon" was
spotted distant Jewish communities would be notified via
bonfires. Since it took time to notify and certify,
Rosh Hashanah was celebrated for two days."

The Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah)
On this day the Temple
service included the fire offering: "a young bull,
ram, and seven lambs were offered as a burnt offering,
along with a kid goat as a sin offering. These
sacrifices were in addition to the "New Moon" and "Daily"
offering Israel was required to offer."

The Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah)
Depending on the branch
of Judaism, this day is celebrated for one or two days.
Mark Biltz was on The Jim Bakker show recently. He
talked about God's time clock. The gears of this
clock are the weekly shabbat, the monthly new moons and
the yearly festivals - all of these are known as the
moedims or appointed times. There are also the
yearly moedim and then the seventh year of the 7 year
cycle or the Shemitah, and every 50th year - the Jubilee.
He spends quite a bit of
time telling us about the Shemitahs - sabbatical years,
years of rest.
"But in the seventh year
there shall be a sabbath of solemn rest for the land, a
sabbath to the Lord," Leviticus 25.4
We are in the year
5781. This Rosh Hashanah will start the year
5782.
Mark has a power point
where he's numbered out the years in groups of 7....with
each 'year 7' Shemitah starting with Rosh Hashanah - where
the next Hebrew New Year begins. He sees this
coming Rosh Hashanah as significant. As this 5782
is the seventh year - the Shemitah year.
He has '10 Shemitah
Cycles Covering 70 Years'.
The first cycle starts
with 1966/1967 (Hebrew year 5727): blood moon
tetrads/6-Day War ending with 1972/73 (Hebrew year 5733)
and 5773 is 'year 7 Shemitah'.
He shows the following
cycles also.
And then he has
2015/2016 as the start of the 'Present Day" Shemitah
cycle: blood moon tetrads ending with 2021/2022 (Hebrew
year 5782). So 5782 is the seventh year - the
Shemitah year.

These days we know exactly
when a 'new moon' is: September 7 00:51
UTC 0% illumination. This converts to 5:59 PM
Pacific Daylight Time on September 6. The moon will
wax to a crescent with 3% visible on September 7 in the
U.S.
For those looking for the
sliver of the new moon, it would be visible the next
day...
The High Sabbath begins at
sunset on Wednesday September 8.
Declaring the start of Yom
Teruah in Jerusalem will be at sunset...Jerusalem is 7
hours ahead of the east coast. And 10 hours ahead of
the west coast.
Sunset will be around 7 PM
in Jerusalem at the time of the start of this feast.
12 noon on the east coast. and 9AM on the west
coast. 10AM MDST. For midnight in Jerusalem,
just add 5 hours to the U.S. times.
We can see why the Jews
made this a two day feast for the world!
I know many believe like
JD Farag, "when the bombs come down, we go up"...meaning
the Ezekiel war will start at the Rapture. This
could certainly happen, but it could also happen before or
after the Rapture.
Jewish tradition holds
"that the War of Gog and Magog will begin on the day of
the Biblical feast of Sukkoth, referred to as Hoshanna
Rabba." "The War of Gog and Magog is the 70 Nations
joining together against Jerusalem, against the God of
Israel, and against the Jews." Hoshanna Rabba is 21
Tishrei - the last and seventh day of Feast of
Tabernacles.
"Rabbi Glazerson then
noted that according to the Talmud, the War of Gog
and Magog will take place during a Shemittah
(sabbatical) year." According to Mark Biltz, this
Rosh Hashanah 5782 starts the seventh year - a Shemitah
year. And there is only ONE Feast of Tabernacles
and Hoshanna Rabba per year. So if this holds
true, the Gog and Magog War will be on September 26/27,
the 21st day of Tishrei.
'The Shemittah is referred
to in the Torah as shevi'it, the seventh year,"
Rabbi Glazerson explained. But it is written with
only one letter 'yud'. The gematria of shvi'it as it
is written in the Torah is 5782, hinting at the year that
will begin on Rosh Hashanah, which is 5782."

I looked up 5782 in
Strong's Hebrew: arise, awaken, raise, lifted.
Could this be a
reference to the awakening of the dead, the raising of
the dead at the Rapture? The lifting up of the
followers of Christ to be with Him in the sky?
Or: "Arise, O
Lord, in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the
rage of mine enemies: and rise up for me to the
judgment that thou hast commanded." Psalm 7:6
"Arouse Yourself, why
do You sleep, O Lord? Awake, do not reject us
forever." Psalm 44:23
If this upcoming New
Year, 5782, is THE year of the Shemitah, and the Talmud is
correct about the day of the Gog War...and the Rapture
indeed comes before the Gog War, we could be just days
away from the Rapture. Which could possibly occur on
Feast of Trumpets - at the Last Trump!
I have no doubt that what
is coming for the world is far worse than anything we have
ever seen. I hope and pray that Jesus' followers are
not here to see much more of this.
Pray for the peace of
Jerusalem!
Maranatha!

I referred to the chabad
calendar in this letter. I don't know if this
calendar is correct or the calendar that is a month later
is correct. Either way - look for the new moons in
September/October. If September passes and nothing
happens - I'll be looking to October.
